For me, this Starbucks is great. I use the mobile app to order ahead and my order is always ready when I pick it up. Beware, during the busy times the drive thru gets really backed up. When this happens, the line for the drive thru makes accessing most of the parking really tough.
The cashier was sweet and personable. Got my coffee quickly and it was great.
The best choice for black coffee anywhere. Excellent service Friendly staff
Just left wonderful customer service from ALIZE definitely deserves a raise! Very nice an polite, as well as up neat ! Will be returning 10/10
They had very helpful staff they made my macchiato the way I like it and made it quickly. There was some Riff Raff outside the front door but I think that's just because they treat everybody equal which is not a bad thing in my eyes. They seem to have plenty of room in there.
Coffees were definitely on point here. Quick service and great flavor. Extra whipped topping was a total plus. Our drive thru guy RYAN was so super nice. Great attitude and super friendly. My bf and I appreciate that great customer service, especially for it just being the drive thru. Thanks Ryan 😁
This location of Starbucks, located near the River Walk in San Antonio, is really nice!! The place is clean + well-kept, the staff are kind, and it's a convenient stop for a coffee before heading over to the Henry B. González Convention Center via the River Walk.
During a recent visit to San Antonio, we stayed at The Menger and ate at this Starbucks twice for breakfast. (It is located just a few steps away from The Menger.) The service was friendly and efficient. The food and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was bright, spacious and provided a great space for dining in. Being inside the River Center Mall was a bonus - giving us quick access to the shops inside.
Mac was super helpful and and explained to me how the points worked since it was my first time using my points. She was super sweet, and the place was clean! Thank you again!
I go here often for the water, cause it taste so good! How can Starbucks water taste better than regular water, you ask? Because they put it through the filter three to four times before giving it to us!!! It's the purest of the pure!!!
The drink I had this afternoon was fixed to perfection. I hesitated, at first, to getting something there. However, changing my mind was the best decision. My caramel macchiato was prepared exactly as I asked and I could not have been happier.
My Starbucks app was acting up on my birthday, and when I came in the next day, Soja was happy to help me get my free drink! Thank you for making my week better
These employees are FAST while making great drinks! Thank you for our coffees every morning of our vacation!
Small, but glad it's in this shopping center. Tried to use order ahead. None of the rivercenter landmarks work. I show them what I usually order. They were awesome to copy and make.
Great service from Jacob.
Good coffee in a place full of atmosphere.
This is the busiest location and I’ve never had a problem before with getting my drink in an appropriate amount of time. For the amount of traffic they are on top of their game. Don’t worry if the line looks long, they will get to you quickly. Today I accidentally spilled a glass of water during a busy time, it was embarrassing going up front and admitting I made a mess. Fortunately they told me not to worry and this nice girl with pink hair came with a mop, SORRY AGAIN!
Such a great location! Visiting from out of town for my birthday, this is the biggest Starbucks I've ever been inside. I forgot to get names, but the 3 people working this AM (6/27) were really nice!! My drink didn't fit all in one cup so they poured the rest of it in another cup for me to take. Great conversation while my drink was being made. Stay awesome!!
Super genuinely friendly! Had lots of drinks to carry to car, with baby in tow and the manager helped me take them to the car (told her was parked right outside). Drinks were perfect! This was awhile back but forgot to post : )
Amazing staff, great service
Nina and Rita were amazing, there were some very rude customers in front of me. They handled it very well and were very professional. I always order a more “complicated” drink and Nina or Rita make it perfect every time. They always greet me and say goodbye. Favorite downtown Starbucks!
It's close to the Alamo and a reenactment was happening as we were waiting for our drinks. It was really busy and we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks, but every one was yummy.
Lovely welcoming staff. Big window out to the pedestrian street
8/24/24 Starbucks on East Commerce Street ⭐ Stopped in for a refreshing drink after walking around downtown San Antonio, and this Starbucks was a perfect choice! The atmosphere was cool and inviting, providing a much-needed break from the Texas heat. The staff did a fantastic job keeping the place clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more pleasant. What stood out the most was the friendliness and welcoming nature of the staff. They greeted us with warm smiles and were very attentive to our needs. Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. Highly recommend!
The girls that were on the shift today are so kind! they helped the kindest old man choose a drink and kindly guided him through the options that matched what he wanted. I feel like most employees like this are so impatient but these girls were the kindest EVER!
Yum! I ordered a hot vanilla latte with oat milk, but got a cold one instead. I decided it was fate that it was cold! I tried it and it was outstanding! So, my recommendation is a vanilla latte with oat milk HOT or COLD!!! My preference is hot since you have more coffee (you lose 1/4-1/3 of your drink to the ice)! Also… Don’t forget your red cup!! :) This particular location is on a busy corner, so keep that in mind… Not bad if you’re heading west or north, but if you’re heading east or south, allow yourself a little extra time!
Order is exact and correct. Service is fast and great. The food is always nice and hot to order.
My go to stop for coffee and bkfast before work. They are friendly, foods always fresh, and drinks are made quickly. I can always trust that they will be fairly quick!
Had an amazing experience! I always worry ordering an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso because some places make it like a latte for some reason, but when I got my order it was nicely layered and you could taste the espresso! The worker with the colored septum piercing was also super sweet :)
I took my kids to this Starbucks a few times already and always have great service. One of the employees that works there named Andrew is a nice guy. I have talked to him a few times and he always makes sure our order is made fast and delicious. Oh and it was nice and clean!
I come here everyday just about. Its improved greatly! Very convenient. Pedro and the girl that wears the cute stylish beanies are the best! The manager with blond hair is also great!!! The new hire staff is also good.!!! Purchase on app pick up in store is the fastest way to get your items.
This was a Starbucks! My order from the app was ready immediately. The person working at the counter was friendly when I picked it up. I think this one must be busier at other times. There was a ton of wide-open space, and very few seats available as in places to sit are minimal.
Starbucks is probably the most consistent food chain I have ever experienced. Sometimes the service varies but I can always count on the coffee being perfect. Of course I don't go for the fancy stuff just latte with heavy cream. Other places have refused to make this for me, they say the heavy cream can't be run through their machines which is funny because I make these at home in my cheap latte maker and it works just fine.
Everyone is kind and considerate. The barista that took my order had a pin that said they know ASL which is great for those who also use that language. :)
No ajoinng RR and could have had more relaxed seating.
This location was in a bit of a tough spot with so much coming and going. The staff was constantly busy and you could never enjoy a peaceful atmosphere at this spot. I would break this up into two sections to meet the needs of the different types of patrons. The tables were not clean and that was in large part to them being so busy.
This place is always busy. My coffee was good and correct. I noticed a lot of people hovering around the pick up area and they were confused about the orders because they couldn't hear the names being called. There were a few cups just sitting o t he counter for 30 mins and after I left that looked like they were already sitting there for quite some time. I suggest them getting a screen with a que of people's names on it so they don't have to worry about yelling out people's names. There food was practically all gone from the case as well.
Employees are knowledgable and efficient with their craft! The wait can be kind of long depending on the day of the week, but you can easily just have someone else order for you in your group and go chill by the river while you wait and take a breather! There are awesome views by this location!
Pretty standard Starbucks. I placed the order online and it was 7 mins past the expected time. It didn't seem busy, but maybe there was a lot of mobile orders. They use paper straws which is appreciated. Not a lot of prepped stuff in the display, no bottled water.
Typical Starbucks. Nothing spectacular, but they did their job fairly well. Mainly younger people working that do decent, but not exceptional. It’s very close and handy to the nearby mall, as well as some tourist things, including the local hop on hop off bus tour operation which stops at around 19 locations (citysightseeingsanantonio.com - which allows food and drink), so if you want a quick something, this is a close by place to grab what your after. Place was fairly clean and modern. If you’re happy with the typical and average Starbucks, this one will likely serve you just fine. And again, it’s close and handy to some nearby attractions that you may already be participating in, so this place would work great to grab what you want and board a bus.
Needs to pay more attention to the orders. Ordered a vente iced white mocha latte and he gave a grande. Otherwise everything tasted good. The pink drink had plenty of strawberries. Good, convenient location. The line to order was long but surprisingly got it to me fast after I ordered.
☕Grabbed Lunch & Tea Here☕ If you're touring the Alamo and looking for a lunchbreak spot, this Starbucks does the job just fine. It offers a variety of ready-made sandwiches and wraps, which the staff warms up fresh before serving. Serving and preparation time was reasonable, if not a bit on the longer side. Because this location was a popular lunch spot, the interior seating was taken. I took my food and went into the Rivercenter for another place to sit and eat. I appreciated the warm grilled cheese (on sourdough, yum!) and breakfast tea on a chilly day.
Nice place, but it takes way too long to order a drink. They did not have cream for frapps which I was disappointed, after all they are one of the most requested drinks. It needs more staff to handle the influx of customers.
I ordered the vente white chocolate mocha, egg white bites, and chocolate brownie. The food was delicious but the barista who served me went home and the new one charged me to refill my coffee. I explained i was a gold member and I've never actually taken advantage of the free refill that comes with that. He argued that it didn't count because it was a "different visit" but all I did was go to the restroom. I spend so much at Starbucks this has me furious. I did pay for my refill.
Last Friday around 2:30ish i came in because it’s next to my job, i always go in and never a problem. However this time I asked for a specific drink. Doppio espresso over ice with almond milk and if it could be double blended. Some spilled on the side and while the girl was cleaning it up she said it a normal tone not even under her breath. “ i hate this drink” and the barista guy with tattoos said as well “ i hate this drink” as they gave me my drink. if your gonna say something say it when i leave. I asked for a drink not your opinion about what kind of drink i ordered.
It was very warm inside the store during our visit and a tad messy. We visited a little before it was time to close. It took a little longer than expected to get our order but, everything was great and correct. I would definitely return.
As a daily Starbucks customer, I found the staff seemed annoyed. I wasn't demanding, nor did I even say anything. I placed a mobile order. Just stuff like consistently no responses to "thank you." Stuff like that. I also don't thing this location is in compliance with Starbucks' merchandising standards. Lastly, the exterior entry carpet border has protruding metal that prompted more than one person to trip. No way it's ADA compliant.
It was Jam packed with Iowans in town for a bowl game.. Standing room only. Those baristas work!!! But not a pleasurable experience. Waited in a line for about 25 minutes of about 40 people, then waited another 30 mins for 2 coffees and an order of egg bites. Wow. Nobody's fault but it was ridiculous. I don't know how to rate this experience...
Needed our morning coffee run to take the edge off our morning headache! Ordering went quickly and was painless. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. One coffee and the 2 sandwiches came out quickly. The other plain drip coffee and a little syrup took nearly 20 minutes. They had no reason for taking so long on the drip coffee. Everything once delivered tasted great! Staff was very friendly!
Good drink, tasted great. Very busy. I had placed a mobile order and when I got there it wasn’t ready yet. Not a big deal. But then it came to be 25 minutes after I had placed my order and still nothing. I asked at the counter, and though staff was friendly they didn’t seem too concerned that I didn’t have my order. They just said sorry. Come to find out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time. Technically it was by the mobile order area but it was completely hidden behind the counter and by the busy baristas. I feel they really could have done more to help me and maybe place orders in a visible area.
The wait time to get two tall lattes of 18-20 mins is ridiculous. If this Starbucks is so popular then Starbucks needs to employ more staff. There was one barista serving all the customers. Totally unacceptable.
It was a loooong wait to get our drinks, but it was apparent with the amount of people inside the place. Also, when the barrista was calling out names he could barely be heard. Maybe I'm just being picky, but I'm used to hearing.... "ORDER FOR JOE" vs. "order for joe" almost whispered. My advice is order through the app for quicker service!!
It was alright. They were out of chocolate stuff to make mochas and hot chocolate, so I got a peppermint hot chocolate instead. It was decent, but tasted a little watered down or something to me It seemed a little understaffed, and was a little slow. The tables outside were kinda nasty too. But I'll give it the benefit of the doubt since it was around 7PM when I came. It's a convenient location though and it seemed overall acceptable
I enjoy this Starbucks as it’s close to my work area but sometimes when I go in there’s always a guy in a beanie that just doesn’t give good customer service.. when I get my order taken I never get a “hello what can I get you”. Isn’t that part of customer service to welcome your customers and not have them wait awkwardly as you stare blankly at them to get their order? Overall I enjoy this Starbucks and everyone else feels so welcoming!!
I recently visited a Starbucks location and was disappointed to find that my drink was made incorrectly - it was very watery. I paid $8.12 and was looking forward to enjoying it, but unfortunately, I didn't notice the issue until later. I called the store to report the problem, and the representative offered to remake the drink. However, when I returned a few weeks later to follow up, the cashier informed me that they couldn't do anything about it due to the time that had passed. As a busy person, I understand that mistakes happen, but I wish they had shown more flexibility and empathy, especially since I'm a loyal customer. In the future, I'll make sure to speak up immediately and get the issue resolved on the spot. If that doesn't work, I'll ask to speak with a manager and make sure to get my name and the representative's name on file. Lesson learned
This review has a lot of history to it, much like the mission next door. As a law clerk, I run to Starbucks for my boss a lot and I go to Starbucks on my time off, too. Normally I get a grande hot water with chai concentrate, and typically charged $0.60. I went to this Starbucks during the summer with an intern and everything went pretty good for the first few visits, and suddenly the manager (?) decided to up the price to $5.00, claiming "It is still a chai latte without milk.", I wasn't going to pay that so I make a compromise of $3.30, because some other stores have charged that. I vow never to go here for work ever again. Now today, 3/19/18, I decided to pick up from this location because everyone deserves a second chance. Firstly, the new guy was really nice, we spoke a little Spanish and joked around. Then I order my drink and he needs to get a hold of his boss to ring up the order. I mentioned "Most places charge either for the chai ($0.60) or a custom iced tea ($2.45)." Well that didn't work, along came the manager from the summer and she goes ahead a explains that hot water with chai concentrate is the exact same thing as a chai latte, so she goes ahead and rings up $5. Wonderful. I was in no mood to fight about it, especially since there was a line out the door. But generally, I found it a bit rude. I understand they want to make money off the tourists, especially in this part of downtown, but most people are much more tactful. I suggest going to the East Houston St. location, they are much more friendly and a lot quicker.
Slow, slow and do I mention they work at a dry snails pace? Baristas too busy trying to by hip rather than sling coffee. Four people working the line and still people just giving up and walking off before ordering. If I wasn't dying for a fix, I would have walked too. Damn you, Starbucks!!!
Everything was made in a timely fashion… I did not ask the two food items to be heated, but they were, which is fine… the main thing was the Carmel Macchiatos were basically flavorless and had no hint of Carmel flavoring… it was kind of like drinking warm water… I had two Venti’s my wife did not drink hers, and I did my best to finish, what to me tasted like steamed water with a hint of coffee and sans caramel… Anyway… I usually drink these things very fast, but it definitely was not quality at all … 4-8-2023 12:30
Took over 10 minutes just to get a tall iced coffee with a splash of milk. Mind you It wasn’t even busy. The fact that people who ordered after me got their order first is insane. The workers didn’t even acknowledge me or my order until I went to the register to ask for a refund. That’s literally when they decided to start making it. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
We ordered two pastries and two hot chocolates. Pretty much a mad house. Seems like there is pretty much a fun behind the counter rather than following up with orders with the customers. They really don't take time to call out names, pretty much slam on the table and move on. " I understand this is a fast paced business but I am a disabled veteran with hearing issues so if I miss it then I need to ask follow up? . I feel this is the barristas job to assure the order tables are clear but they move on. Also we were there for over half an hour and nobody really concentrated on the cleanliness of the tables. Pretty much a breeding ground of germs. So long starbucks and I'll stick with Dunkin where they appreciate my business.
Mistakely order pickup at the wrong location. Asked if I can pickup at this location instead. Angelica needs to refresh on starbuck policy. Because she lied about the policy. when I asked her about it. She was very rude about it and then changed her tune about the knowledge
The lavender matcha latte was inconsistent with all the other ones I had in other stores. The foam was mixed in and there was so little ice that it all melted by the time I started drinking. Since the foam is where all the sugar is, I never stir the drink and drink it with the level of sugar I prefer. Mixing it messes up what makes this matcha version unique.
Starbucks corporation needs to investigate and show interest in the degrading quality of this location. where is the integrity? the tables are very old and scratched/ damaged. employees have no regard for attention to detail and cleanliness. attitudes need adjustments to be at the very least meeting minimum policy requirements by Starbucks. theres also a blaring light reflection from the drive through window register station that blinds me while I sit at the long study table. I asked for the r/r code- the African stated a code but failed to day which universal r/r it was for. I tried it several times at one r/r, then across the short hall I tried it and it worked.
TERRIBLE. Slow service when there’s like 3 customers… when we finally received our (very easy) drinks, the cups were spilled and overflowing. Barista didn’t even bother to clean the cup.
They never have my internet food order ready before I arrive. I thought the reason for making internet orders was so that you didn't have to wait for the staff to finish the orders of the guests waiting in line. I wouldn't complain if it was every once in a while but it's been everytime. I live and also work downtown and I understand being busy but for a starbucks this place is poorly run. No one even notices that a new guest has walked in since no one looks up from what's in front of them. I have to wait in line for anyone to notice I'm looking for my unprepared food. This place also always has a long line and seems a bit disorganized for a busy starbucks. I prefer the Houston street location since they can at least recognize a return guest.
Awful. Wildly understaffed for the volume of traffic it receives. Currently owes me one Matcha Latte and one Everything Bagel.
Purchased coffee, walked back to work pne block away. Should have checked it, because it was lukewarm which means that it has been sitting there for at least six hours without being changed. When you pay $4 for a cup of coffee, it should at least be fresh, right?
Simple extra strawberry puree in cup can't even get that correct busy or not lacking quality there's no excuse for. Might as well have not put any flavor in can't even call this a enjoyable experience
I was very upset with the service here. I am 7 months pregnant and needed some water (emergency) because I was dehydrated and having contractions and I went to the end to ask for a glass of water. The girl steaming milk told me to go to the end of the line which was full of customers (at least 15). I was already feeling a tingling sensation in my body from the dehydration and on the verge of fainting. I quickly went to the store across Alamo plaza And they helped me. Being that I use to be a barista at Nordstrom. I find Starbucks extremely uncompassionate and rude. I would have served them immediately. Starbucks is the worst coffee shop. Brevity is way better and much nice. Never again will I buy from Starbucks.👎👎
I made an order for 7 drinks I paid for them and they took the payment, I got to the place and the doors were closed, I found out and all Starbucks today Dec 25 are open, only this one did not want to attend and they charged me for the drinks online
8 year partner. I explained I had dead shots on top of 12 second shots. There was no care or customer service. Again made my drink with gross shots. Asked for white tea and it tasted as if it was very old tea. Disgusting. I am angered I spent money on drinks that I had to throw away and the partners didn't even care.
I went on Wednesday to order a venti iced matcha, the worst I've ever tasted, they don't know how to make matcha, basically they gave me too much matcha and no milk, I ordered it with brown sugar and it seems that they poured all the sugar, but above all, they barely poured milk, only matcha, the drink was too green, as soon as they gave it to me I knew there was too much matcha tea , I had to throw it away because that was impossible to drink, even no one in my family wanted to drink it
Purchased 2 large Venti white chocolate mochas on March 03, 2019. Not only did it take almost 30 mins to receive the drinks they didnt even fill the cups all the way up. When I received the drinks I called back to the downtown location and Rita answered and said she was the manager on duty. When I explained what I received she told me I would have to go back to have the drinks remade. I was already at work and couldnt take another 30 mins to get more drinks. I have gone to this location about 5 times. Thinking maybe each time would get better. And it never has. The staff is very unfriendly and have no sense of urgency no matter how busy it is. There is a location on Houston street where they treat you better and the service is way better. It is further out of my way. But I would rather take the longer walk there than to come back to this location. Do yourselves a favor and visit the Houston location instead.
Refused to give my daughter’s friend a water with her drink purchase. They were extremely disrespectful when taking to her. Will never come again and recommend no one s does either
Worst drinks I have ever had. Came here 3 times. Staff always put too much ice in the drinks. The place needs more comfortable seats. Not enough seats and they all are hard ones. Will not recommend.
This location was not ready for the festival here at the Riverwalk. It's 6pm and they are no longer taking orders inside the store and online everything is unavailable. They've been knowing about the event and im guessing ran out of everything before time.
20-25 minutes wait for a cup of water and ice coffee. Decided not to get it and rested in store for 10 minutes. After the lines slowed down, was told 20-25 minutes wait again for a cup of water even though only 3 people ordered ahead of me and the store was emptier. Only one staff was working and the other two (including the cashier who told me) were chatting. We ended up not getting and stayed in the store for 10 minutes seeing them. Not busy, they still chatting, store was pretty empty. A group of friends walked in and was told 20-25 minutes wait again. Wonder if it was true. Not feeling like having good service.
I came here to get a venti strawberry lemonade refresher with strawberry purée light ice and a venti iced water light ice now this part I will admit was my misunderstanding but the guy who was taking my order (very kind by the way my complaint isn’t about him) asked if I wanted it blended I didn’t understand because I’ve always ordered this and never had this asked before so I said yes not knowing it would make it a slushee anyways that’s besides the point it would have been good but they didn’t add the strawberry purée so it honestly just tasted like a pink lemonade slushy it was ok but that’s still not my main complaint. I ordered JUST one venti iced water and one venti refresher and this lady (very rude lady with black hair in a pony tail) called my name and gave one venti iced water and one grande iced water that I didn’t order. We tried asking about it and the rude lady interrupted us and said “THIS IS PART OF YOUR ORDER WE ARE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN WE ARE VERY BUSY” when we were just confused because it was 2 waters and we didn’t even order the extra one and thought maybe it was a misunderstanding. We know what it’s like working in the service industry we know how mean customers can be but we were just confused because SHE gave us a water we never ordered and we were just trying to figure it out without being rudely snapped at just because she was having a bad day. I’m sorry but Starbucks workers need to learn to not get so mad at people and snap at them for no reason just because some customers are mean doesn’t mean we all are. We have a lot of anxiety going out and this just made it so much worse she was just so rude and kept shaking her head angrily after with an angry expression on her face. We knew she didn’t add the strawberry purée but felt too intimidated by her attitude to correct her.
Shame on you managers at this location for not tipping your delivery drivers for the several gallons of milk you obviously need during rush hour downtown across from the Alamo when all the streets are blocked off and they walked a block around the crowds of people carrying 12 gallons of milk. Sad and disappointing I'm sure you make plenty of money to cover a fair tip. Now wonder nobody likes taking orders downtown.
General service I am a very understanding person especially as a prior worker in the industry. However, when the posted open time is 8AM and there is a line outside and come 0810 no one has opened the doors yet. Needless to say, the group of individuals waiting eventually all went separate directions seeking coffee. By 0820 I was return my hotel and walked by this Starbucks in question and noticed the lights were still off and doors closed.
I had 30 minutes before I needed to be somewhere and thought I had plenty of time to pop in for a coffee. Nope. I watched an employee stop making drinks to talk on the phone. After I was already late I went to ask about my order and they lost it.
Waited for 50 minutes on drinks we never received. They were so behind on drinks people that ordered after me received theirs. I ordered 2 wraps and got them quickly but then waited on my drinks for 50 minutes and then just walked out it due to frustration.
The staff is impersonal. No welcoming and the service it is clearly mechanic and cold. No one had a smile or warm greetings for the clients. No one except by one worker, a young lady called Allysa, I believe. She was sweet, friendly, professional and very caring. Hope they appreciate her. She is a gem.
Dear Starbucks Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Starbucks location on March 2, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the high standard I have come to expect from your brand. During my visit, I encountered crew members who displayed a noticeable lack of professionalism, a poor attitude, and a general disregard for customer service. Specifically, there was a lack of courtesy and efficiency in the way my order was handled. Despite being the only customer in line, the staff seemed disengaged and unmotivated, leading to unnecessary delays. This type of behavior not only affects the quality of service but also the overall atmosphere of the store.
Mobile orders has zero priority and served when no one at the register.
Came in for coffee and found a cup we wanted, cashier was rude, we said hello and she said nothing we ordered and purchased cup. Total was 48. We wanted to use our points and her response was oh well too late. I understand customer service is not for everyone but jeez that's 48 points we just lost. I thought San Antonio people were supposed to be friendly. Can't wait to go to my normal Starbucks in Houston. Not all Starbucks are created equal.
Just wanted to write a review. My family and I went to this location since we were downtown. It was around 745/750 yesterday 12/21. The door says 8pm that yall close. Well my family and I were in line and some girl with piercing and looked like colored hair was going around telling the people who were sitting and waiting for their drink that they were closed and not going to be taking any more orders which I was mind blown. If you're closed at least get those in line order through so we can leave! I was super upset and didn't want to make a scene. She did get the order before us and not anyone after which was a good 4/5 people. I really hope a manager or someone in charge reads this because telling people WHO ARE IN THE STORE AND IN LINE that they are closed is insane to me
This was by far my worst Starbucks experience so far. I placed a mobile order and went to the store to pick it up. I was waiting inside and when my name got called, I walked to the pickup area to get my drink and kindly asked the server if I could have a cup of water. Then, the server named “Angelica” refused to give me a cup of water and, even more upsetting, made fun of my accent. When I asked why I couldn’t have a cup of water, she told me I would need to wait in the counter line to request water. I explained that I had already placed my order online and waited for it to be prepared, and that there is no way of requesting water through the app, so I do not understand why I would have to wait in line again to request an item that is included for free with my order per Starbucks policy. In every other Starbucks I’ve visited over the past 10 years, water has never been refused to me when placing a mobile order. Nevertheless, she refused to give me water. When I asked to talk to her manager, she told me “I am the manager”. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over a decade, and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. It’s really a shame treating customers this way — especially in a company like Starbucks who has an agenda against discrimination, and even more so from someone claiming to represent the management of the store.
I asked for a glass of water when I have been a loyal costumer for the lo longest time and they said I still have to make a purchase. what happened to that free glass of water that starbucks "supposively" gives. Very very dissapointed in their costumer service and morals :(
I usually come here on my lunch for a drink and this time the whole experience was different. They have new people and they already seem bummed out to be working there. I called because my matcha has some weird white stuff at the bottom, I always order this drink and this has never happened to me in the past 5 years but the employee that answered the phone. Allison she mumbled and I don’t even think that correct name said if she could be honest that thats how it’s going to look like cus it separates? It’s never separated before so it’s kind of weird that it’s separating now? She seemed very bothered about the whole conversation and said she can give me a recovery card and then hung up after mumbling a name. The service here has gone down hill
If I could put 0 stars in would I literally had no idea u moved the speaker rhe lady at the window was soo rude and refused to take my order I had no idea that I missed the speaker I waited 7min behind a car only to be told that I would have to go all the way around we only wanted to buy a refresher I have never had such bad service at a Starbucks I told her I didnt know the speaker was moved she refused to take my order never again will I go back
service is sucks, this young boys don’t care about anything, this was my third time going to this location and my last! i ordered 5 drinks and three matcha bread, well i got my drinks and i waited additional 15 minutes to get my bread just because there wasn’t anyone in that department and i talked to the manager but seemed like he didn’t care about it!!
Terrible place The worse they never have stuff ready and are like chickens w their heads cut off
I hate using 1 stars but this was just unacceptable the waitress was rude and The drinks literally tasted like how a farm smells
Poor service. About 5 people in the bar area. Took a while to get served. When the woman came to the register she seemed annoyed that I was stopping her from doing things. When my drinks were ready, I asked if I could also have the 2 horizon milks and the two cake pops I also payed for. I got an eye roll. Not the Starbucks I remember it to be. Poor environment, poor service. And I know the importance of connections.
I ordered a salted caramel cold brew with light ice and extra cold foam for mobile pickup at this Starbucks location. When I arrived, the drink had only about 1/4 inch of cold foam, regular ice, and no syrup inside at all. I immediately noticed the cold foam wasn’t what I paid for since I requested extra, but when I pointed it out to the barista, he insisted that this was extra cold foam. Instead of offering to fix the mistake, he refused to correct it and was clearly unprofessional with his attitude. Customer service at this location is terrible. This is my last time going to Starbucks. The drinks are overpriced and the service just isn’t worth it anymore.
Food & atmosphere doesn’t matter if service is a failure. I patronized this store yesterday and the representative last nite treated me as if I’m just some south sider and I guess this is the service that is indicative of our culture but I refuse to get treated “as if” I called “Manager” by the name of “Jackie” @9am to explain why I’m going to another Starbucks this morning….. I explained my situation….. Coaching is needed here, we can obviously do better
Went inside the store because the line was long outside, waited 5 minutes to be greeted and the lady they called Kat just said someone will be with me shortly okay cool waited a few more minutes and got my order taken by another lady. While waiting almost like 6 to 7 minutes another customer a guy comes in and this lady kat stops what she's doing takes his order and proceeds to make his order as well and had him out the door in less than 3 minutes. By that time I see another lady making my order which was just a small strawberry frappuccino, I grabbed it already upset and once in my car on the way home tasted it and it tasted like watered down strawberry milk I paid 6.44 for that and still left a 2.66 tip just because the lady who took my order was nice but other than that it was ridiculous. I definitely want my money back just because of this Kat girl that just has the worst attitude.
At 8pm sharp we are at pickup window for water at this sw military location the lady with lots of Tatoo refused very rudely even we give lots of business to Starbucks Very disappointed Our suggestion even Starbucks change the policy of free water they shouldn’t refuse just charge for water rather refuse straightforward
The jalapeño chicken pocket I waited so long to try at Starbucks was very disappointing. First off, it barely had any chicken or cheese in it, like it states on the app. Plus the other things that supposed to be in there, I couldn't even taste, because of the stingyness. I will never get this menu item again 😫
I asked for all venti drinks as they said I wanted grande, and I know what I said they wanted to make me pay the difference ok but after I asked to talk to the manager and their excuse was he is making a count. So basically I was wrong because they heard wrong and then they said I was disrespectful for assuring them that I know what I said. So I guess the customer lied and then I was told this by someone who didn’t even take my order. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied it 3 times. Of course this is poor customer service and I would of paid the difference but I am not going to admit to something I did not say so I would not try to go here I rather go to McDonalds and will be deleting this amp and not recommend this store it was nice doing business but no I buy drinks for my officers here but they lost a customer and couple more
The lobby was closed for some reason and we didn’t have our car because it was getting fixed at discount tire, the brunette girl working was very rude refused to serve us at drive through. Terrible service management needs to fire her. Doesn’t seem like management cares about customer service at all.
A disaster. Drive thru long line up the main road closing the turn right lane to main highway. Line will go pass Military Hwy to next door gas station. Inside was extremely disorganized. Over 50+ app orders waiting at the counter. Barista will not allow anybody to come close to those orders. Why? People waiting, baristas all over the place and 1 on "coffee break"while the store falling apart. It's cool outside and Starbucks is falling apart.
