I want to give a huge shoutout to Diego M. at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! My partner and I came in, and his customer service was absolutely amazing. Diego greeted us with such enthusiasm and charisma—it really set the tone for our visit. On top of that, the smoothies were incredible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been coming to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe at 425 I St NW, Washington, DC, for years now, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the cafe maintains a clean and vibrant atmosphere. My go-to is the Sunrise Sunset smoothie, which is always fresh and perfectly blended. The Thai Chicken Wrap is another favorite, packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. The service here is consistently quick, even during busy times, and the team always goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. This location is my top choice for a healthy, delicious meal, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Isaac & Jhoselyn run this store top notch. As the store is on the retail level of the building that work in, I visit quite often. There is never a long wait. They always make a suggest of a sandwich or wrap that would compliment my smoothie. Everything is made fresh to order. I don't have any complaints what so ever about this location.

My fav smoothie is the Bahama Mama! The staff is wonderful always friendly and really prepare everything as if it were for themselves. They get it right at this location thank me later! 4th and I Streets NW in DC is on point!!!

When I tell u out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafe I have visited. This one here is the best one the service the food . And most importantly & I do mean most IMPORTANTLY there is so sour smell it smells so fresh & clean where as though the other have this bad mop smell but I will keep traveling to this location hands down .

The offer in the app was good and enticing. I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken burrito for the first time. The suggestion of the Pomegranate Plunge by Kai, the cashier, was very good and delicious.

I ordered baja chichen wrap and a sunrise smoothie. The smoothie was very good, but the wrap was terrible .. 2 black beans literally, a lot of onions, a few small (6) pieces of chicken, one tablespoon of rice.

I went to this location earlier this morning and found the staff unclean. None of the staff members wore gloves. They handled the money, and ate food while texting on their phones and preparing orders. At no time did they stop to wash their hands or put on a protective layer when touching the food they were serving to patrons. This was some low class service.

I went to Tropical Smoothie for my order and what I saw honestly shocked me. There were three workers there, and a delivery driver from DoorDash asked for an extra cup holder because the one holding his two smoothies was about to break. Instead of helping him, the girl asked him for $5 cash just for a cup holder. He told her it was a DoorDash order, and she still kept asking for money. It was already hard to understand her, and what made the whole thing worse was that I saw her giving extra cup holders and bags to other bike delivery drivers for free cos they r Latinos like her. The way she acted felt unfair and unprofessional. I never thought I would experience something like this at Tropical Smoothie. It really left a bad impression on me, and I hope management pays attention to how customers and delivery drivers are being treated.
