I love that this Pizza Hut in San Benito always gets my orders correct the pizza is always piping hot and cooked perfectly which I always ask for extra crispy and the staff is always with a smile and very friendly doesn't matter if I'm picking up or dining in it's always a great experience.

The pan pizza is great. Always cooked to perfection the wings are also awesome. Very well prepared. The only thing I would say wrong are that the wings are kinda over priced. 6 wings for 10.99 lus tax. I think they can do better. Other than that the atmosphere was great. Fast service.
I love going to this location the manager and staff are wonderful and very attentive. I live in Harlingen and will go out of my way to come to this location because the service is 10 out of 10 and the pizza is always fresh!

It was pretty DAMN good! Took mom and pa out for early dinner there. The waitress was so friendly, right away she let us find a table and took our drink order. I went during an sale. The place was packed, but the employees were doing a great job in keeping it moving.
Ordered online. I went to Walmart and spent over 25 minutes there while my pizza was being made because I didn’t want to have a wait time when I picked it up. Parked at Pizza Hut. Total time inside less than 5 minutes and got my food. I had prepaid on the app. The middle pizza could have used a little more symmetry on its toppings, the cheese bread was a little over done, and the wings could have used a little more proper coating that’s why the minus one star. With all that being said, the food tasted hot and amazingly good. Would go back.
Kind of a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes you get a well made, properly proportioned pizza, other times you get something made for the ex-wife. Annoying since the prices are what you would expect to pay for a premium product. Buy at your own risk.
They lowered down on quality ingredients and it shows. Orders get ignored since some don't use pen and paper and try to remember your orders.
I usually don't like ordering from here as the food is always either burned or just done sloppy/incorrect. This past time I went and I ordered some cinnamon rolls and they put marinara sauce for them instead of icing. Quite honestly as I mentioned there's always something wrong with my order, I prefer harlingen pizza hut but by the time I get home from there obv the pizza isn't hot as we live in San benito. I guess the employees can take more time on doing their job. I understand it's fast paced and different orders coming, but for the most part any employment is like that so its not really an excuse.
Server was pleasant, but brought out the dessert portion of our meal out immediately after the pizza arrived and then didn’t come check on our table much. Also a lot of ants were found on and around our table at the end of our meal.
This pizza leaves a lot to be desired. The picture speaks for itself. While this was one of 3 and the others were a little better, I was pretty disappointed in the way this pizza was made. Notice the lack of cheese along most of the outer portion of the pizza. A $5.55 pizza from another chain would have been a better way to spend my family's Friday night order-in dinner.
Service was not very good. The food was great, but the server need more training...she took forever to even give us menus...
Walking in the place was empty but tables were filthy. Families were waiting in line ahead of me to be seated. Finally when seated ,party of two, table was sticky. I saw the waitresses texting on their phones by the front desk. (Tables still covered with dirty dishes and plastic cups) The girl explained to me that no dishes were cleaned in the back, would I mind if my drink was served in a to go cup. I didnt mind. It's just the fact we come in the enjoy ourselves not come in to be grossed out with the thought that the place is not even clean in the back. I even heard them specifically mimic something I was talking about with my date. They need to replace their help, or be more strick with the staff.
The pizza was cold when it was given to us. I did an online order to do curbside pick up. ETA of 15 minutes to make the pizza was given. My family and I arrived 3 minutes before that ETA and checked in. I called in when the app said my food was ready 3 minutes later. Then it took another 15 minutes for my order to be brought out to us.
This place needs to improve the service. The waitress and the rest of crew needs to understand the smile is not relevant if the five senses are not working. I asked for a pizza "x" and my waitress brought me "y".
my pizza and breadsticks were burnt and the pizza was not cut all the way through! my breadstick literally looked grayish and black, the reason i did not complain was because i was on my way to work already it’s really disappointing having to throw away food that i paid for

Look. I don't expect it but I will mention that it's the only Pizza Hut. I've gone to that doesn't honor a military discount that being said. I don't mind paying full price. Just odd. The pizza was undercooked and looked more like a hand toss than a Pan pizza. Hey, what do I know. I grew up in the birthplace of Pizza Hut and this was not a good experience with all the pizza huts available. This will not be on the top of my list
I've been coming to this Pizza Hut in San Benito since it was built and the old one since my childhood. I have my own children which range in ages from 2 years old to my 17 year old and in between. Pizza Hut restrooms in San Benito have never had a changing table or tables for babies. All my children have had to be changed on the floor. I lay my changing mat on a dirty tile floor, get on my knees and change them. It's a family restaurant, right??? But they have no where to safely change a baby. Just on a cold dirty tile floor. Service is great and friendly though, that I will admit, but if you have a baby just know in advance. They don't have changing tables in men's or women's restrooms for your bundle of joy.
Food is great service sucks. Had another bad experience with management. Ordered 4 pizza melts from the San benito store and when I got there, I paid and they brought one big pizza box to me and I asked why. They said it was convenient. How is that convenient if they don't ask because that was for 4 individuals at different house holds. I told them to place them in individual boxes and they got annoyed. Then when they do, they have a tiny marinara sauce in each box and I said there has to be a mistake because on tv they are bigger. I asked for manager and asked if the TV had false advertisement and she said yes. That this was changed a month ago. Well I wanted more marinara so I had to pay 4 dollars and change for 4 more so it would be like on tv. BEWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS FRIENDS. And RUDE MANAGERS. Oh and just started to eat this darn thing and u can't even dipp the melt in the sauce cause container is to small. Pappas John's is the place to go.
I asked for a meat lovers pan and got a hand tossed. The pizza had very little sauce, and almost no cheese. The pizza was very dry, and some of the inner crust had bubbled up which was dry. The restaurant was slow that day, and didn't understand why my pizza not done to my satisfaction. Very disappointed in pizza hut it will be some time before I go back.

When I got there to pick up my order, there was already a person waiting..unattended., you could hear the employees laughing and talking in the back yet they were no where to be seen. My pizza was dry and a bit hard to eat when we got home.....the wings I purchased were also dry and were not to my usual expectations.
I don’t Recommend Pizza Hut in San benito tx 78586 . When I spoke to The female manager was very rude . The Delivery guy dropped my wings outside my door step and when I opened the door I saw him picking up the wings and putting them back on bowl they were in . When I asked I wanted my whole order redone he said I can ask my manager, then he told me I would have to wait another 30-40 mins because “they were back up “ .
The last two times I ate here my pizza was overcooked. It's kinda crappy when you pay for something it's not cooked correctly. I also noticed that the reason one of them was burned was because they forgot to put jalapenos on my order. So they decided to put them on the pozzaonce it was cookedand put it back on the oven.

Last time I'm ordering here. I hadn't ordered here for a long time. I came to pick up a pizza and they had pitbull tied up by kitchen door and feeding the dog bread! I see a girl petting the dog while I go inside. Once inside I along with another man were waiting to be serviced and the girl who was petting the dog comes to the front gives the man a to go box and a pasta box then turns around and gives me my pizza box!! I tried to take a picture of dog but the workers who were feeding the dog kept staring at me like they new what they were doing was wrong! Last place I'll ever go to
Maybe if they would answer the phone and be more polite that would be nice. I called various times to order pizzas for a party and they would never pick up. Once I was able to reach them the man was very rude and hung up right away. Ya'll need to work on your customer service.
8 times i have ordered food there this past month. 8 times they got it wrong. Food is sometimes cold. Only go because other place does the same. If you don't mind they got the order wrong or that you have to wait till they cook you a new pizza..be my guest.
I drove from Rancho Viejo to San Benito on HOLD! They never answered again. I arrived at the Pizza Hut I was still on hold, spoke with MOD, he was busy cutting the pizzas . He walks up to me with long hair and a beard. He was not wearing a hair net nor a beard net. He was so clueless about satisfying an upset customer, he is lacking management skills. He claimed that he could not be on the phone because pizza will burn. After I gave him a piece of my mind for about 3 minutes I asked him if any pizzas burnt during us talking, he had a stupid look on his face. I will be calling area manager in a bit, but this popped up so here's me venting and I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
Horrible food, horrible service....I placed an online order and went within the time limit and was told to wait additional 15 minutes...once I arrived home my pizza was cold (had to reheat it in my oven) and they forgot to place my marinara sauce...WHY do I need to double-check someone's else job.. If I wanted a frozen pizza I could have just made one at home...I called 3 times and someone keeps telling me to hold...REALLY!!!!!!
Not all Pizza Huts are created equal. They skimped out big time on the toppings on my pan meat lovers pizza. I has this exact same pizza in Harlingen on Tyler and made me fall in love with Pizza Hut all over again. Places like this with sub-par mediocre pizza chefs are what's bad for business. I could have easily gotten a $5 pizza that would have been better than this. This pizza had about a 3 inch crust with very little cheese and toppings. NEVER AGAIN! If I am paying $11.91 for a large pizza, and not $5.91, I expect something a little better, not worse. If you like Pizza Hut, go to Harlingen.

Service was great delivery person was very nice but they made my order twice then charged both orders twice on my card so that's 4 orders for one order I didnt notice it till the next morning. So I need to see how they handle this when they open.

Very disappointed with staff service. Also restaurant was not clean and tv were not even on. When staff was asked bout tv they said didn't even know they were due to them hardly going to the floor. That explains lack of service at our table with refills. I had to go to counter and ask for a refill.

Do not know what was going on, but had a horrible service last night. Table was dirty, there were not a lot of customers in the restaurant. The waitress did not refilled drinks at all during our visit. The food took over an hour and when it did arrived it was cold. Horrible experience, will not return to this location. Update; On Response from the owner, That's it?!?!?! That is all you have to say??? No assurance that you will speak to your staff and train them better to assure this does not happen again to any customer. Such a dismissive response that will not hold these ineffeciant workers accountable and contiue to misrepresent this franchise. You have to do better. Not just for me but for EVERY customer these workers are abismal to. Get rid of the evening crew ASAP!!! Starting with the very young lady who has zero work ethic, does not care about her job, no people skills and no work motivation. I am at the counter, she passes by, no greeting or anything. A different night I was with my niece and we said hello to that same worker and she did not say anything at all. I recognized her it was the same worker. Anyway, back to this day, She finally comes up to the counter and still no greeting, so I have to be the first one to speak. I say "Hello, I would like this special please", I show her a picture of the special, She just looked at the monitor screen then says, "hold on let me get the manager." I figured she needed some code to access the computer screen or something that only the manager can do I guess. But then a man comes up and with his look and body launguage is already stand offish. I'm very confused at this point and HE looked confused as well. He asked what i needed. I was like, umm ok, so I proceed to order and showed him the picture and said, Hello I would like this special please. then "he asked, umm ok, so you want to order a pizza then???" I smiled and said yes, I would like this special please. Then he asked, ok but just for 1 pizza? Since there is only 1 pizza in the special I just smiled and confirmed yes. Then turns around and starts poking at the register then asks me again, so just for 1 pizza only? I say, yes sir. This time with no smile, just confusion. He stares at the monitor, then asks again, ok just 1 pizza? I didn't answer only looked as to see if he is ok or on drugs or what is happeneing. He asked that like 5 times like dude wth are you just messing with me??? Then finally, He starts to take the order that took forever to finally comprehend 1 large pizza, 3 toppings. That is it. Then he said it again out loud, "ok so just 1 pizza what are the toppins did u say sir?" as this was the third time i told him the toppins, i feel disrespected and as if he is toying with me. Anyway, finally get the order in, like 30 minutes later the ditzy girl comes back and asks what my order was again, I didn't want to explain all of that agian so I show the reciept and as she goes gets it, APPARETLY THE PIZZA WAS READY FOR A WHILE AND JUST SITTING THERE IN THE BOX THE WHOLE TIME. Got home, pizza was cold, undercooked, and NOT cut right at all, as if it was cut with a butter knife or something. The afternoon crew is Great however!!!!!!! The point is, this gross and disrespectful. Lack of basic manners, work ethic, lack of basic human communication. We love our commuinty and local restaurants that we plan to frequnt. However, this continuous off putting behavious is a negative reflection to what is available to us. They represent the company and they are doing a poor representation. They are young but they are at work now, time to grow up. Time to learn HOW to work. They work at customer serivce, they need better or actual trianing on how to be with customers. Not me being a Karen, the other way around, they think they can act so dismissive of the customer and not care be like oh well so what. Then they are the ones being the KARENS. I placed an order for a stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni, and half mushroom. I added pasta with breadsticks and had it delivered. The total was a little over $46. When the pizza was delivered, it was incorrect. It was made without the mushrooms. I called immediedetly and advised the restaurant. At first I felt like they did not believe me because the driver kept the receipt, but I told the young lady on the phone that I can see my order on the app and it is correct. So she gets my information, places me on hold then comes back and tells me they can offer me a credit that expires in 30 days. I advise the young woman that we do not eat at their location often (because we either have bad service or the food is made wrong) and I didn't want a credit that expired and asked for another resolution/offer. I was placed on hold without being advised that I was going to be placed on hold and after several minutes, someone picked up, a female said 'hello', didn't intruduce herself or offer assistnace. I dont know if I was speaking to the same person or not. I advised again that I was disatisfied with the pizza as it was incorrect and I would like to be offered something else, like a new pizza made correctly, she said no, I wanted a credit that did not expire and she said not "this is all we're offering to you, you have one month to use the credit". I reiterated: "You are trying to give me credit for soemthing that you did wrong, your mistake, something I paid full price for, with an expiration date, my payment doesn't have an expiration date, neither should my credit, you can make me a new pizza or come get the incorrect one and refund me." She raised her voice at me and said no, this was the only resolution and if I want my money back I needed to come to the restaurant to get my card credited. I told her I would take her the pizza the next day and get my card refunded, she said fine and hung up.
We came here to have dinner after a long day. We sat down and waited 30 to 40 minutes not once did an employee ask for our drinks or food service. My wife and I looked around maybe 3 other customers were eating. No excuse for the lack of service.
Waited 20-25 minutes to be seated, &the table that we got was not clean yet, my husband and brother in law were the ones that clean the table for us, actually about 6 more tables were not clean yet, the dirty plates and cups and napkins were still on the tables, about an hour later that's when they decided to clean them. Bad customer service, honestly. By the way, this was actually my first time experiencing bad service. Didn't even enjoy my food.
Bad service this is the second time I go , and the second time they try to scam me and customers, they upcharge for things I didn’t ask for and change the price they originally give you! I had to argue with 3 employees for them to give me the right price , if people don’t speak up, they scam and scam ! The girl at the register a plus size with glasses gave attitude since the moment we walked in and gave it at the register again !
Started dinner at 700. Walked in and no hostess. Sat ourselves. Waited for waitress like 30 minutes. Ordered drinks waited a loooooong time. Finally got drinks all except for a lemonade. I think they were squeezing the lemons out back ordered 2 beers and drank them. Ordered 2 more beers and told we had drank all the beers in the establishment. Still waiting for pizza. We asked about our pizza and were told by the waitress that call in orders have priority. The manager was shocked when asked for our pizza because he was under the impression the restaurant only did delivery and carry out 🙄 . Needless to say we had dinner at wing stop!

just make sure the customer service is good. I had to wait 1 hr just for my food I asked for my food 4 times by phone and I never got my food. yet multiple people parked next to me got their order quick. also I never got my refund from that kid.
I went and got a pizza there on Friday for my lunch shortly after I started feeling sick. The next day I had a fever and upset stomach, so I went to the doctor and he told me I got food poisoning. Posting this so customers are aware and hopefully management checks their product for expired food or if cooks are fully cooking the pizza. I will be contacting HR aswell to make sure they check the produce at this location,
First they messed up our order, we had ordered cheese sticks...not bread sticks. But to top it off, there was little to no cheese on our pizza. Very dispointed! We went back to pick up the xheese sticks...and guess what, there was little cheese on the "Cheese sticks". I will not be returning to that location. Disappoints too often. Oh and, pasta was burnt and undercooked.
We've dined in and had a pizza delivery both were sooo awful. Service was awful!!! Server made us wait 20 mins before coming to take our order, (there was only 3 tables inside) dropped our food off at the table and never came back for refills we had to go find someone to refill our cups. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and had it delivered and the pizza had so much grease on it that it was soggy like it was dunked in water. Plus they have no phone manners. Don't waste your money on this pizza hut.
Horrible service. Waited over thirty minutes for my order and got my wings all nasty. The breading falling off ahalf the wings. When I went back to say something I got attitude from the cashier and then received attitude from the manager as well. Normally service is okay today was horrible. That's why I started going Pizza hut in Harlingen. A ten minute drive to get better service.
Worst pizza hut ever! I live in San Benito so I'm usually stuck coming here when I crave pizza hut. But now I'd rather drive a little further to Harlingen than deal with San Benito pizza hut. None of the employees are nice or friendly. Strictly just there to do their jobs. And ok sure, I wouldn't mind the unfriendly employees if they were focusing on their jobs BUT NO they've screwed up my order the last 4 time I've been there. And this last time sealed the deal for me. It was something small too. They forgot part of my order and assure me it would take 2-3 minutes to come out. Ok that's not bad. The rest of my food should be fine I won't get to cold while I wait. 20 minutes later they were finally done with what they forgot. Didn't say sorry nor any words at all just left what they forgot on the counter. Had to put my food in my own oven to reheat it. I'm done with this place. If you live in San Benito just do yourself a favor and take your business to Harlingen if you want pizza hut.

I asked the waiter to do me a favor and tell the cook to bake my pizza a little longer for that perfect Pizza Hut crust I like. Yes sir no problem is what he told me. When my pizza arrive its under cooked with a soggy doughy crust. Way to ruin my Pizza Hut experience .
This place takes forever i ordered and its been an hour and they're barely preparing it .. won't order here again
Placed an online order at 8:52 said the pizza would be delivered around 9:27-9:36 come 9:27 my delivery driver texts saying they were still working on the order. 9:40 comes around and he calls saying that he doesn’t know what happened but that they were barely going to start on my order so I told him to cancel it since I had already been waiting a whole hour. I call the store to see when I would be getting a refund, I get told to call the call center. I call and get routed back to the same manager named Eddie. They said the system accepted the order but they never saw it. If they told my driver at 9:27 they were still working on it why the heck didn’t they start on it at all?!? This location sucks and now I’m out of $40
Called in my order about 30 minutes before going to the resturant and I waited a whole HOUR just for them to tell me they burned my pizza and told me to wait another 20 minutes. When I asked for a refund the manager just gave me cash, without a single apology for making me waste an hour of my time. Never going back there again!!!
San Benito Pizza Hut is literally the worst. The pizzas come out horrible with no sauce or cheese and the employees could care less. Always getting ignored when i go inside so i just recommended the Harlingen Pizza Hut’s. The service is better and the pizza quality is better. At a time when prices are at an all time high it’s better to spend your money where they will actually prepare your food correctly.
If I knew our pizza was going to take AN HOUR to be delivered, I would’ve just ordered pizza from Dominos. Don’t tell me my window was between 6:44-6:54 and the store tells me “oh it’ll be another 15-20 min probably” at 6:59pm.
I placed a to go order, when we arrived to pick it up my daughter asked if we could sit down and eat. She, as most kids are starving after school, so I asked the cashier if it was ok if we had it for dine in. She asked if we wanted drinks so we got two fountain drinks. I immediately noticed she seemed bothered by it. I understand there might be a price difference which she could have easily explained she’d have to charge or just denied us from sitting down since it was a to go order, I would have understood. But it was an honest mistake, I wouldn’t call mistake but my daughter decided to dine in last min. Anyway we got our drinks and not once did a server come to check on us or if we needed refills. To top it off, after we ate, we got home and we were both sick to our stomach. It seemed like a hostile environment, we didn’t even get a thank you as we left like most customers leaving did.
If I could give 0 starts, I would. Disgusting. I asked for a small box to go, when I opened it, there was rat poop in it.. I took it to the counter, to let them know.. when I let the guy know, he just grabbed the box, and shook it in the trash can and threw the box away and just gave me a different box. He had no reaction to it, as if it's happened before.. I went back to my table in disbelief.. when I went to pay, the waitress rang me up, I asked her if the guy let her know what happened, she said no.. I proceeded to tell her and she stated the guy I first let know was the manager.. but nothing else was said or even a simple sorry. I will never eat there again, that's the most disgusting thing ever, and to act like it's not a big deal, no reaction to it like it's normal. After leaving I threw up, never again. Nasty ! I tried posting the video I took, but it's only letting me post a picture..
Waited 2 hours (order around 5:30ish, was OKAY with the wait.) was order 332 for today for the last time of $2 pizzas. I had a whole conversation with this girl. I asked for a half n half pizza. Half cheese half pep. One full pep. 2 sausage. She rang it up and said okay. Yet I have NOTHING BUT PEPPERONI??? Soooo not worth the wait so glad I never eat from here normally.
I received an email advertising a Personal Pan pizza for $2. I thought, "Wow! What a deal!" I placed my order online for a pepperoni personal pan pizza, and paid for it. Great deal! Then, I arrived at the time advised on the Pizza Hut website. I waited for 45 minutes! Then, I received my pizza. It was 2.5 inches across, thin and crispy, and shaped very weirdly. I have pictures to prove it. I think this was so sad, and, even though it was only $2, I feel anything that is produced in a Pizza Gut kitchen should have to be up to Pizza Hut standards. I will continue to order regular pizzas at my location, and hope for the best, but, will never again go in for this special, and will advise all my friends and family.
Made a online order and waited for 1 hour there for the worker to tell me it was burnt and be another 30-40 min wait to remake the food. Horrible horrible service. Asked for a refund got my money and went to little ceasars down the street got everything half price from pizza hut and in 5 minutes. NEVER GOING TO PI ZZA HUT AGAIN!!! Horrible
i placed an order back in DECEMBER for pickup through the app as usual. they couldn’t find my order so they had my bf wait close to an hour and the food still wasn’t done. the asked him multiple times what the order was and what name it was under. he then told them to cancel the order and refund the money. the ‘manager’ said he canceled it on his end and the money was going to be refunded. it wasn’t. i called back a few days later and told him. he had to get his general manager on the line to help him process the refund because he had no idea what he was doing. he told me i would get it back in 24 hrs. i waited 48 hrs and i never saw that refund. i gave up with them because they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. it’s February 3rd and i still have yet to see the refund. i paid for food a never received. never. again.
First: Gave us the wrong pizza 2nd: waited for few more minutes because of the mistake 3rd: during payment they gave us a receipt without details of our orders. Asked them for itemized receipt and it shows they OVER CHARGED US. Fooling people by giving receipts without details so you'll just pay whatever total they have kept on the receipt.
Horrible service, it took 2 and a half hours to get my order delivered. I ordered online and waited an hour before I called the first time and then called a second time after waiting 2 hours. Each time they didn't know what was going on with the orders and then when I finally got it it was cold and smooshed.
