I had an overall good experience. They were out of juices when I was there. The service was a bit slow, but within reasonable times. They keep the temperature low, feels cool and pleasant on hot days. Plenty of parking but not very noticeable from the street.
I think the drinks are fine, but your employees seem a tad bit miserable especially the young girl in the morning.
Opening times posted here is wrong. This Jamba juice location is still close at 8 am friday. But they opened the moment they saw people lining up outside the store. Gave 3 stars since there was no delay with the order.

Yet again not open at posted time. It's now 7:05 and still can't enter to order my breakfast. Been sitting outside since 6:30. This trend at multiple locations is frustrating. Seriously, multiple times, multiple locations. No complaints about the food, drinks, & service when ever they do decide to open.

My goodness... Jamba Juice really needs to step up their recruitment. It isn't fair to the employees to only have one person per store. I was waiting for a while for one kid to take my order. The other patrons were also waiting a good 15 min. There was only one kid there. It wasnt his fault, this location usually one has one person working there and it is so not fair. Do better Jamba juice.

They didn't have any fresh fruit for bowls, and their orange juice machine was down. No juice drinks are available. And since the change in cup size since it's only 6 oz difference now. A not full cup is 2 oz. Not so kewl.

The employees are friendly enough, but I've been here a few times and they are never able to make juices. It's either the machine or they don't have the supplies.

Came here twice @6:30am (time they open) and no one was there. The first time I had pre ordered my smoothie & had a pick up time of 6:44am. I got there and waited until 6:50am and no one showed. I had to leave to go to work and couldn’t have my breakfast. I called the store around 7:30am and asked for a manager. I left my info and never was contacted. I tried to give them another chance a week later and again no one was there. If you don’t open @6:30am then don’t advertise that you do.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this was unacceptable. I arrived around 2:30 pm today and the doors were locked with no one inside. A family that was waiting outside said that they saw both employees leave a few minutes ago. AT LEAST 4 more cars of people drove up and tried to enter the store while I sat in my car on my phone for 20 minutes to wait for them to return. By my count, I’m estimating that they lost at least 10-11 customers while they were gone plus myself. When I left @2:50 pm, they had not yet returned. There was no sign on the door indicating the reason they were gone. This is really bad for business. I’m very annoyed and disappointed. I decided to get my big order of smoothies at Nekter instead. They are generally more friendly there anyway.

Made an order today on the app just to get there and it be closed keep in mind I did that at 8:13am they supposedly open at 7am which wasn’t the case today all I got was disappointment and no refund which is honestly sad because I am a big fan of Jamba Juice this one just isn’t a good one
I recently ordered jamba for Togo, then I discovered shredded plastic in my juice. I’ve been ordering through the app with no issue in other locations. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and I found more plastic inside the juice. The smoothie tasted watered down. Been ordering Jamba never had a major issue like this. There’s more inside!!! I would have returned it, but I dont want to drive back since it’s rush hour.
Be careful when you ask for substitutes. I asked and was told yes, however I was not told the price triple. The store is limited on how to resolve issues. This took place on 7/7/25 @ 1:08 p.m. As of 7/21/25 I have not received my refund. I did call the Corporate office, this store is individually owned. I'll wait my 7-10 business days for refund, if not received. I will escalate to the next level with small claims. Now it's the principal of the issue. Staff just need to be trained to inform customers that the price will change.
No greeting from employee, after I said good morning. Didn’t even bother trying the food. Juice it up! was nearby so no biggie.
Really bad experience here. Only employee there at this time, really bad service by this one person, not helpful, no kindness, appears they’d rather be anywhere else. Very slow. Very bad Jamba Juice experience.
I wanted to order 7 items. Went to the store around 10am so it’s not like it’s late at the end of the day. They handed me over a list of about 8 items written on a piece of little paper including strawberries, toppings for bowls that are not available. How could you run a Juice business without 8 items that are necessary for almost all the items? And then when I went to order something else she goes, the bananas aren’t fresh. Man, if this wasn’t for somebody else I would’ve turned back and gone forget Juice ever again. I would not come back here ever again.
