Unlike the rest of the acai bowl or pressed juiceries I frequent this one offers bowls similar to poke bowls. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and I suggest the peachy PB smoothie!

The Spicy Shoyu bowl was great. The Ahi and veggies were fresh. It was not that spicy, but they will give you more spicy sauces on request.

Quick and easy. Good service. Acai sorbet is a bit over frozen. Brought the bowl home for lunch. Was enough to share when we added some of our own blueberries. Very healthy. Just a bit pricy.

I was the only customer at the time, the staff were fast with the service and the smiles, my made-to-order OG Poke Bowl was perfect and had tons of tuna. I definitely want to go back to try the Acia Bowls they looked yummy and healthy!!

The ladies working on March 19th Sunday morning were incredibly sweet! They walked my food over to me with a spoon already. There was a customer there was coming off aggressive and rude and ask for their money back and the ladies politely handled it and gave the lady her money back. It was my first time there and was very impressed!!

Maybe their bowls are good, but poke is not great. Very plain, very little choice of add-ons. Would highly recommend management to go to other poke places with better ratings and get some ideas.. Staff is nice though. And I got my poke very fast. But definitely wouldn't return.

Difficult to give a review.... we took 5 bowl with sushi rice base, 3 THRIV drink, 1 morning glory (peach + black tea). We didn’t know these healthy drinks, we were risk taker. For the Bowls, the negative side of our experience: the sushi rice was not cooked well at all, either there was too much water in the rice or it was not cooked enough (The staff gently replaced the rice not cooked enough). The positive side is that everything above the rice was really good and fresh with a nice taste. So overall we still enjoy it but it is really a pity to have such good thing above not a good sushi rice. The drink we took were very very special, I mean VERY VERY SPECIAL, except if you get used with these kind of healthy drink, just take water! The staff is very nice.

Maybe their bowls are good, but poke is not great. Very plain, very little choice of add-ons. Would highly recommend management to go to other poke places with better ratings and get some ideas.. Staff is nice though. And I got my poke very fast. But definitely wouldn't return.

I liked this place better when they were at their old location. They don’t really have much of a selection anymore because of their technical difficulties. They need to get their act together and figure out how to fix these problems if they wanna keep their business.

NOT GOOD FOR NOISE SENSITIVE CUSTOMERS. The food was ok at best. We only order two poke bowls and had to wait 30 minutes to get them. The customer service is severely lacking. At the time of order there was no heads up it may take awhile to get your order. When our number was called the guy said "you guys waited a long time sorry" in a non apologetic tone. It is very overpriced for poke in my opinion. Base bowl price $11 comes with one protein. Many other customers were ordering smoothies. There were two blenders running nearly full time. The blenders seemed to be super loud. This is not a place for a conversation with your group unless got want to shout. Those with noise sensitivity should not attempt this place

My wife and I waited for close to 15 mins to even get someone on staff to acknowledge us (left without anyone even saying we will be right with you). There were 3 other people in front of us waiting to get their orders and another customer that came in behind also awaiting to place his order. Behind the counter were 4 workers, frantically trying to fulfill the pending orders. We have all been to similar juice health bars and seen only 2-3 people working behind the counter, bowlology had 4! I fully admit to not know their business model or process but something seriously needs to be optimized. Being in a prime location and especially in the OC this establishment is close to the bottom when compared to similar businesses in the OC. Could their smoothie or bowl persuade me to give them a better rating, maybe, but I cant do that because there was no one willing to take our order. Would we recommend Bowlology at this location, absolutely not....perhaps after a major intervention but then again why come here when there are others that are more professional, similar setting and maybe even better product.
