Just had delivery of two medium pizzas, garlic knots with marinara cheese dip and three lava cakes and I have to say that this was by far the BEST delivery or even restaurant pizza I have ever had! It was better than any mom and pop or other chain pizza place I’ve ever been to and that says a lot. Tonight, Domino’s on El. Camino Real in SC, you nailed it!!! Would have posted pics for y’all but it was that amazing, the we ate it up that fast.

We are hear this weekend from Utah we got in late tonight we were starving we are in town for my Grandmas funeral we called ten minutes before close and they were AMAZING the gentleman that delivered even though I know he is exhausted at one am came back and brought ranch even though we forgot to order please give this man a raise he was so cheerful and attentive even though we called so late most would be so angey

Ordered via Dominos App and I accidentally ordered 2 custom pizzas instead of one when I came to pick up my order I realized my mistake and they gave me a full refund even when it was made to order. Much appreciated!

Kids love it and can't beat the carry out deals they have. Not many places left where you can feed a family of 4 for $25 or less with leftovers.

I am so impressed with the above and beyond customer service at this Domino’s!! The guys working here are so kind and friendly and went out of their way to make the pizza I forgot to order for my kids’ special lunch at school, as quickly as I needed it and it was perfect!!!! They cut it Party style and were so helpful and the kids all loved the pizza saying of course, Domino’s is their favorite!! But I truly appreciate the people who work here for their extra efforts to make it extra special.

I've never really had any bad experiences with Customer Service, the Pizza is usually pretty good. Overall a really solid choice to order from. 4 stars because consistency for me has been the same every time but sometimes the pizza might be a little unpleasant for the missing star. You know how fast food can be.

They didn’t give me any pepperoni even with $50 order no cheese either expensive and bad also the person insists he needs a tip when you’re already tipping when you make the order double tip and $0 I would rate 0 if I can

The phone's customer service was good, patience, and helpful for a firstime order, like me. But since I didn't mentioned condiments, customer service didn't care to ask, that why (1)only 3 stars, (2) the pizza arrive with no hot bag like the commercial(cold pizza), (3) open the box, it seem likes the driver carelessly carried the product. What a bad experience to me. I wish i didn't give any tips.

We were charged for six separate orders using the Domino’s App last night and not a single order showed up. We called the store and the clueless person working said he didn’t see anything of our orders. We asked to cancel, but obviously they charged us anyway because when we checked out bank statements this morning there were six transactions from Domino’s last night. We called the manager this morning who was also rude and clueless and wouldn’t reverse the charges. We had to call our bank to file fraudulent charge complaints and now we have to get a new card because of this mess. The Domino’s app is garbage, the staff are incompetent and the company is poorly run. We will never purchase anything from ANY Domino’s ever again! You are thieves and pathetic scammers

Had a coupon for a free pizza that would not work online. Called the store to inform them. When I asked if there was a minimum for the coupon to work they said they didn’t know. We agreed I would order online and show the coupon at pickup. When we arrived they said the coupon had to be entered online. Ended up leaving since they wanted $27 for a medium pizza. Horrible experience. Employees are not trained and don’t know how to manage anything outside automated orders.

I paid over $37 for a medium pizza. Asked for extra cheese and mushrooms. I did not get either. Just the opposite. Maybe one mushroom per piece. Barely enough cheese to cover the pizza. Terrible customer service, pizza was left at the front sidewalk driver claimed a dog barked at him so he had to leave it without letting anyone know after an hour wait. The dogs are statue's they are not real dogs.
