I've shopped at this store for at least 25 years. There has always have an ebb and flow when it comes to customer service. Right now it's pretty much a base line. For the most part, it's 711. It has things that 711 has, but when it comes customer service, you're kind of on You're own and don't really expect to smile, cause you'll probably be disappointed.

This was an average 7-eleven but I am always happy when I see a 7-eleven and can get my drinks and hot dogs. They had very friendly staff at this location and they helped me with some directions as well.

Stopped by this morning and bought a marble cake that expired March 2022, should be checking all the food before they sell.

Asked if they had restrooms and they said no.. Hmmm seems like the employees must not have bladders then. Its in middle of no where and no restrooms..... Really!!!!

Possibly the filthiest location I have ever encountered and I go to some of the worst neighborhoods in Los Angeles. Every inch of this place looks filthy but especially the parts that the customers have to interact with like the screen to enter your information in the credit card processing machine the counter the doors. Even the guy behind the counter was weird and not professional. I understand it probably sucks to work at this location because a ton of homeless people are always outside, but something needs to be done because this place is just disgusting inside and outside

Black worker with hat tried to start a confrontation 3 separate times!!! I’ll start by saying I’m super laid back and don’t get mad easily. I never leave reviews either. This visit deserved it though. I don’t want others to experience this either. When I walked in there was music blasting... I go to get beaugals, and they were out so I said to the guy, “wow I went to two other 711s tonight and they were out of them too! Haha they must be popular!” And the guy instead of playing along and chuckling just stared at me and said “dude I can’t even hear a word you’re saying” in a rude tone. (So I shrugged it off thinking maybe the guys just a little weird whatever) so I grabbed another flavor of chips and went to the counter with a smile on my face cause I was about to eat and I was happy. The guy looks at me and says, “you got a problem?” (I literally have no problem with anything and don’t even know why he would ask me that) so I just said “no” and smiled. Then the chips didn’t ring up so he asked me if I knew how much they were and I said “no man I didn’t see how much they were”. And he just stood there and stared at me with a rude look for about 30 seconds before I finally thought to myself “well this guy obviously has issues and he’ll probably just stand here all night or get upset, I’ll just go check for him” so I checked and he checked me out and said nothing the rest of them time with an angry look on his face. WHAT AN UNCOMFORTABLE EXPIRIENCE!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

Im not a review type if person. This place has nothing but disrespectful employees. I stopped by this evening with my son who is 11 years old. The employee was so rude in front of my son. I asked him to please not talk that way in front on my child. His response was ' Get the F! out of here. What an A-hole

The worst experience I have ever had. I called to ask a simple question and was completely disarmed by the the incompetence and low knowledge of the English language buy the person on the phone. I asked a question 3 different times and was hit the response of no clear understanding of a simple and hung up on. I've rolled this 7-11 a couple of times and have never been satisfied with the customer service. The worst place I have ever been.

We stopped by to get ice cream after a rough day. A lady appeared in the store in obvious distress and begged for someone to help her. The clerk told her that he wouldn't assist. He wouldn't even call emergency services.

The owner is extremely rude and hard to deal with. Don't ever tell him you have an opinion different from him, he'll degrade you for it. Sad I won't be going back considering this 711 is walking distance to my house. He also will lie about what he can and can't do, then go back on his word afterwards.

Watch out, store is overcharging customers! Caught mislabeling, overcharging items on several occasions. Item will have one advertised price on the shelf where the product is kept but they'll change a higher price at check out. Be vigilant whenever you shop here. I understand this isn't always the case and isn't with every item but it's a known tactic of shady stores who purposely advertise a lower price on the shelf and then charge a higher price at the register hoping the difference in price won't be noticed. After confronting the cashier he insisted I was misreading or misunderstanding the advertised price and that i was confused. I fortunately took pictures of the labed price and the register price. He manual change the price for me but kept the incorrect advertised price to hopefully fool someone else. It seems this was done intentionally and is a ongoing issue here. It may not seem like much but it all adds up.

As soon as I opened the microwave to use it the employee came over quickly, probably the fastest he's moved all day and said that I couldn't use it for an outside item and shut the door. The owner is extremely rude and hard to deal with. Don't ever tell him you have an opinion different from him, he'll degrade you for it.
