This store is garbage. I bought a prepared card because it was supposed to make a payment, but I got the wrong card and I went back to change it or return it, and now they don't want to give me the money. Cuenca opened the card envelope.

When the little Indian girl that works in there is so busy talking to somebody through her earbud, I don't know whether she's talking to me or the or the person on the other end of the phone. Then I give her a $20 for $6.49 worth of merchandise. She puts the 20 in the cash drawer closes it and looks at me, I said "can I get my change back" she says, Oh yeah that's right and she opens the drawer back up. If you're going to wait on customers, get off the damn phone.... 8/9/25 12:10pm Once again now the the guy behind the cash register is so busy talking on his earbud he's ignoring me asking him for a bag and if he could give me ones instead of a five for change. He puts my bag of chips in the bag first and then throws my soda pop on top of the chips. Worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to

I went in 8/22/2022 around 8pm. Tried to get an horchata but the machine wasn't working, only spit out water. I dumped the water, threw the cup away and then got a gatorade instead. The cashier, an older woman, proceeded to charge me 79 cents for an empty cup. Is that not absolutely ridiculous??? Your machine isn't working! But the cashier absolutely refused to remove the charge, said it doesnt matter that the machine didnt work. All while she gave her homie in front of me in line a bunch of free stuff. P.S. if you have brown skin do not come here, you are not welcome

We went there at 3 am and the lady said it's closed. She couldn't even open it for a minute for us to buy some water

Bad customer service, people have bad attitude they wanna serve you the hot food they want and the one you ask for, then get mad if you tell them you don't want the food they are giving you! Last I checked paying customer has the right to pick what food they want! They are not doing charity service giving food for free! Won't come back here again I would give zero stars if possible! Whoever the owner is of this location should check camera videos because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person to have dealt with the bad attitude of this staff!

Why? Because today at 2 am Tuesday 06/22/2021 the employee closed the door from inside and refused to receive customer, while in the meantime I saw a couple of junkies in the street he opened for them after I left , then a third one entered, I think they were messing up inside the store or time for free meals for them, I left feeling sorry because I usually come in the morning in this nice store and the service is usually good, but what I saw at late night is a disaster, the owner better check the cameras 📷
