Make sure you order a combo! I would appreciate if my waiter would have told me that instead of ordering separately. I really like this branch but I have been to better units. In other units, their wings are so tasty and crispy and in this one was kind of missing. The atmosphere was kind of off and their bathroom was grossed. Not sure if I will be back.

Got a 20 count boneless wings and it had very little actual chicken. It was mostly breading. The sauce also wasn't evenly spread and there wasn't much of it. Bathroom floor was pretty dirty. It was an online order and said it would be ready in one hour and it was actually 1 hr 45 minutes. It was Superbowl night but I would've appreciated if they would at least have had an accurate eta so we weren't waiting for so long. The ladies at the online order tables outside were very kind but everything else was unimpressive. I wouldn't order wings from there again. And the noise was so deafening inside I could barely hear what the hostess said. All around a disappointing experience.

Look at these tiny little wings, so trash 🤣 actually the worst wings I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot. DEFINITELY DON’T COME HERE. bartender is cool though

I went around 3:30 no one was really there empty restaurant. One other table of 2 in main dining area. My server service was ok I can tell she was waiting to get off . The food wasn’t. My burger was dry! Didn’t even come out hot. They didn’t even do the right mods. What if I was allergic to tomatoes. They forgot the pickles on my sandwich so I had to ask for some on the side. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for well over 15 yrs there was no reason this food wasn’t made with love. It wasn’t busy smh! My potato wedges also were stuck together. Come on guys clean the fryer new oil or scrape out the old bits. I was going to stay for dessert but decided not to because of this. Then I guess it was a change of shift where my original server left. I literally was saying excuse me for 2mins (by someone I thought worked there) being ignored by employees who were either on break or didn’t clock in yet. However I could’ve easily walked out restaurant without paying but that’s not in my character. Who’s managing this restaurant? Regroup your team and improve please I’ve looked through other reviews and it’s just about the same as mine. If you don’t want to waste your time & money I would reconsider coming to this location.

Food was terrible. Watress took the order correctly, but it came out wrong. Then we head to sit through what felt like investigation before we finally just said we want to send it back. It was my first Buffalo Wild Wings. Not impressed, won't be back.

I got a reward for 6 free wings for my birthday. So, I ordered 6 bone-in wings with a lemon pepper dry rub from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Midway Dr., to go. They were the worst wings I've ever had. They were so dry, I couldn't even chew parts of them. They seemed like they were cooked a couple hours before and they just gave me whatever it was laying around. They weren't even warm. Thankfully, I didn't pay for these or else I would have been really pissed off. I would have driven back to the restaurant, asked for the manager, and asked them if they would eat the wings that I was served. Shame on them for serving this garbage. The worst wing ever!

Horrible wings. So severely overcooked it's like jerky. Inedible. I complained, got 10 free wings, even worse than the 1st order. Super overcooked until no moisture is left. Chewy and hard like a boot. Inedible. *Update 9/11/25 *. I filled out the form,got 10 free wings which were worse than the 1st order. I don't want more terrible food. I want my money back for my original order. $20

Got there. Bartender lady sat us immediately. Bartender was on something. Nice enough lady though and kept our soda glasses filled. Waited over 50 minutes for food to show. Nothing showed. People that arrived after us got their food. Nachos and a dessert. Other guy who also ordered a sampler had someone ask if he got it. No one asked us. He told the guy he did not and they were saying they still got to put in the pretzel. He had been there for about 30 mins. We figured our food was lost to the ages and decided to go to Wendy's.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, place barely had 6 customers. Wasn’t greeted at the door and after waiting a random employee walked in behind us from outside and told us to pick a spot. We sat for about 20 minutes without a single server in sight. I look around there are employees huddling and chatting. After the wait we decided To hit the bar. The bartender was the single only good thing to happen to this establishment. (Older gentleman that’s always friendly and works long shifts)! After ordering the fried pickles for about $15 I got about 10 slices of pickles. Then the fries were like a handful for around $7. Wings were good but overpriced. Maybe dirty birds is best in SD

So disappointing, completely overpriced, and not worth the money in any sort of way. The picture is what is shown of what you’re going to get but we actually got three teeny tiny little chicken bits for dinner. Quality and taste has been going down for quite a while and tonight is our last night for ordering dinner.

This place smells terrible. As soon as you walk in, you get smacked in the face with a foul scent. It gets worse the closer you get to the back. Feels like the carpet has never been cleaned. I remember this place was amazing when it first opened up. It has declined tremendously. Customer service is standard. Food can be a hit or miss.

This place has become insanely overpriced and lost its appeal. For being a “wing” joint, this place has the most under impressive wings and overpriced - all they really have going is their wing sauces. The wings we orders were tiny and mostly breading, with most being the size of a nickel. The photos I attached show you over a $60 meal! 10 wings, loaded tots, pretzel bites, and a coke… The loaded tots didn’t have hardly any cheese or chili so I let them know it seemed light and asked if I could have more. They came back with two tiny half filled portion cups and charged me $1.50 for each. I was a bit surprised considering I asked for more for the original lack of toppings I already paid extra for. I used to love the loaded tots options, but the prices went up and the toppings became scarce. Our server was friendly but disappeared for 15 minutes at a shot.

Went to this location because another nearby was closed due to construction. Unfortunately they didn’t borrow staff from that one to accommodate the customers that are coming to this location. This location was packed but service was so slow and bad due to lack of staff - honestly they should have closed a portion of the floor if they can’t serve everyone. We got some food and drinks sporadically but nearly every one of our orders was incorrect and had to be remade. My friend was so annoyed with the service she no longer wanted to eat anything after her meal was wrong and they had forgotten her drink so long the ice melted. It took over an hour for us to actually eat once we were seated and even then it was adequate at best. I really do hope Buffalo Wild Wings understands how poor the service is and brings some more folks to this location because it is unacceptable. Watching servers and food runners stressed out over door dash orders and trying to get to everyone’s tables with food and drinks was unfair to them. The short staff is doing the best they can and probably aren’t receiving much in the way of tips because they can’t get to people fast enough.
