First time I tryed their bagels and I loved it. Its a bit small to eat there but most of the people when I was here just came in and order to go so it wasnt a problem...

Clean, great customer service, and my order was ready as promised. Bagels were fresh and of course tasty 😋

My Aunt had the cranberry bagel with cream cheese while I had ancient grain bagel with cream cheese. We both had medium size coffee. She had their decaf and had a refill while I had the dark roast. Both roasts are very good. Laura was very polite and professional

Savory bagel sandwiches, sweet cinnamon rolls (so good), classic breakfast fare - all good for breakfast or lunch. I also like that there are choices in coffee - is it a dark roast day? Hazelnut? this was my first time here, I've been wanting to try it for years. I'm glad this was my first experience there. The cashier, Laura, help NY wife and I. She was very nice and had great energy. we came about 30 minutes til close and everyone was still friendly. We both got the Texas Brisket Bagel and we both added avocado and one egg. they ran out of the jalapeño cheddar bagel that originally came w the bagels so I got Asiago and my wife got poppy seed. We also got caramel cold brew shakes. Both bagels were delicious 😋 as were the cold brew shakes. I don't like my coffee strong, but the cold brew shakes were perfect. the shakes and food came out quickly. we ate the food just as quick. as we were leaving we had a nice little conversation with Laura which added to the great experience. we will definitely be returning

Always drop by to get a pack of bagels on my way to work each week. Very friendly staff and Lesa the manager is so kind and helpful. Will always be my go to bagel place with the great prices.

Go get their pumpkin spice specials! I love autumn so I can get the bagels and cream cheese! I also really enjoy their smoothies a lot. They taste amazing. Definitely a good breakfast spot I had forgotten about. They also have lunch too. Obsessively bagels

During today's visit to Einstein Bros, the staff was friendly, responsive, understanding, and supportive. I ordered a Pizza Bagel, and just as I paid for the food, I realized that I was supposed to have invited my mother. I asked them to hold off on making it until she had arrived. The staff member with whom I was speaking, smiled and said that it was no trouble. The food itself was good and the coffee better than any other Java that I'd drunk in longer than I can remember. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING! They deserve an award for being so friendly and chatty. It was my boyfriends birthday and they went above and beyond for him. Not to mention the coffee, pumpkin cream cheese and pumpkin bagels were so good, BUT THE APPLE CINNAMON BAGEL WAS THE BEST. Pop it in the toaster and it's like a warm apple pie and a bagel mixed together! SO GOOD!

I came here because I had a gift card. The cashier was extremely friendly, outgoing & very personable with the customers that seemed to be regulars. Great atmosphere too, great vibes & reasonable prices. I forget the name, I ordered the lox bagel & it was beyond my expectations. Going back again today to order it again. Absolutely delicious

The bagels, as always, were delicious. However, our drinks took so long to arrive that we had already finished our bagels by the time they came out. Everyone was friendly, but it seemed like the person making the drinks might have been new, and no one stepped in to help, even though it was just three drinks and there were staff members available. It would be great if they could improve the speed of the drink service to match the quality of the food.

Thanksgiving Day the A team is not on duty. Only received 12 bagels, NOT even the ones I asked for in specific amounts. Just what he felt like putting in box! No plastic bags, even though I asked for them. Then went to use rewards & was told I don’t have any??? My app shows 1020…. I’m confused… Maybe late night? Maybe lack of employees’ attention to detail.?

I once gave it five stars but it lost star because they decided to renovate and messed up the entire flow of people getting coffee and food and having two different doors to come in and out of as well as to be able to get your drinks. Poor management decision. Food is good staff is pretty awesome. Laura who is on the register has always been a great lady.

Corporate bagel shop... Not really disappointing nothing outstanding. This shop seems to be much friendlier and faster than most others (I'm looking at you shop on College Ave off the 8). Unfortunately I was spoiled with discovering amazing New York Bagels in college when they opened a Noah's in Berkeley... Damn you Noah's! Oh and the last couple times I've been to Einstein's they've run out of coffee... Not this location particularly but the one in Point Loma and the other one on College. It always seems to happen when there's not much going on in the store too.

Delicious Bagels and More. Einstein Bro's have something good going here. Reputable business and good Service. There is allot of selection and allot of mix and matching you can ask for. The only negative i can think of is that the prices are a bit higher then most other places. So making this a daily thing will ad up really quick. But Give Starbucks and McD's a break and try out some good Selection of Bagels at Einstein.

A nice, clean Einstein's Brother's. The bagels were fresh and tasty and the array of schmears was impressive. Coffee was good. Friendly and efficient staff made us feel welcome. Convenient location. Parking right in front can be difficult, but this is in a strip mall, so finding some sort of parking isn't difficult. A good place to get your bagel fix.

The young lady who took my order was great. The young lady who prepared my order I thought was a little rude. The order was for two nova lox bagels. In one order I received two bagel bottoms. How do you use the bottoms of the bagels to complete an order!

Love love the bagels. Yes indeed I’m a regular. But operationally let me ask something. Why do I need to wait in 2 lines. One to order them one to pay. This at least doubles my wait time. Seriously figure out your systems. And please don’t somehow try to tell me how this is better for me You get an F for this but A for food I’m here right now and ordered. No one else here. Then a 10 minute wait just to pay. Stupid

Let me start with the bagels and service deserve a 5 star rating but the fact that we couldn’t eat inside due to ‘Covid’ issues was very disappointing - I do believe we have passed the stage of this type of restriction. I might add there were no customers with masks on so it’s time to move past this. We were told this is a corporate store and the decisions come from them. June 2022

Parking here is atrocious especially during peak times. The food is okay. It's a bagel. Not much to write home about. They offer burritos, sandwiches, coffee and a few other basic staples. Service is slow and not overly friendly and the food can be very slow to come out during busy times. Also, it's a bit pricey for what you get. Overall, ok. Not MY first go-to though.

When I arrived, there were two employees standing around laughing and discussing their weekend fun. I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes without anybody acknowledging me. The cashier didn't pay attention to details of my order. So the person making it, got 2 of my orders wrong. When I had them correct it, the person who made it had an attitude. He insisted on me talking to the manager, even though I didn't ask for his manager. I just wanted him to correct the order for the 3rd time. After I spoke to the manager, he didn't really do anything to correct the situation. Bad experience at this location.

Decent place. Bagels seem small but they are tasty. Orange juice was horrible!!! Probably wouldn't go again.

December 10 at 1:30pm my wife and I went in for the Applewood Smoked breakfast bagels. Not only were most of the bagels sold out but every table was dirty, the floors were covered in food and the manager ignored us when we brought it to his attention. Most of the employees were shooting the bull when they should have been cleaning the place.

Super friendly, great energy in the staff but they couldn't have gotten my order more wrong. First, they almost rung up the entire order wrong, they forgot my coffee when I received my bagel, I ordered it for here, they packed it for to go; the bagel was weirdly cold when I specifically wanted it toasted, the name of the order even has the word toast in it. I nicely mentioned that it wasn't toasted (it was more on the soggy side, if anything; to be fair, it had avocado but the bagel shouldn't have been that cold and soggy) and they told me that it was toasted so I politely said, its pretty soggy, the man told me that he ran it through the oven so I just sat back down. Then I noticed a hair in my food, so that was pretty disgusting. I should also mention that there were little customers in the building, so it wasn't like they were rushing to keep up with business because I can understand that but they just were more focused on socializing than doing what I paid them for. Overall, I'm still a fan of The bagel bros but I wouldn't recommend coming into this location during the morning shift.

Worst bagel shop with worst service. I tried Einstein bagel first time and it was so horrible that I will never visit this place again. People working there have attitude problems.

Highly dissapointed with this location. My boyfriend and I stopped here this morning and ordered 2 coffee's and 2 sandwiches, got them home and mine was completely wrong. I ordered a chorizo sunrise sandwich on a potato roll without egg and they gave me a soggy chili bagel that was literally falling apart, a half slice of some sort of meat that wasn't chorizo and it had egg on it. We wasted nearly 22.00 on food that went in the trash can.

When I went to pick it up it they put a reg milk instead and didn’t tell me, I guess hoping I wouldn’t notice….That’s problem #1….I did notice and pointed it out only for the employee to tell me there was nothing they could do because the Einstein’s app is 3rd party…? So I asked if they would just refund in cash the $2.80 she said she could not and rambled some more about 3rd party app and I would need to go through them, but she didn’t know how to do it….That’s problem #2. The employee was nice and professional but trying to replace my drink with something I didn’t order & not telling me is dishonest….The explanation and result was ridiculous and unacceptable and made NO sense. I don’t usually complain about anything on these reviews but this was really annoying to me. What happened to the customer is always right?….Especially one that’s been coming here for years. Not good… 👎👎

And only in two occasions have i actually received it only because I made sure to repeat myself, that comes across as a very demanding or annoying customer telling them how to do their jobs. So I didn't do it the last time, today. But then again I got my sandwich with no extra patty. You will need to repeat yourself several times despite how annoying that can be to both parties, but it is the only way to get your order right. I have not kept track of the times that has happened but I think this is my fifth time maybe fourth time that I have not received the extra patty. And they charge a lot for the extra patty!! Where is my patty!!!?

Guy with the hoop nose piercing needs to be more helpful. Gave me a whole bagel, uncut, untoasted. When I asked for it to be toasted with CC, they threw a whole bagel in a bag and gave it to me. Like a dog. Coffee is gross. I came right when they opened. Do better people, it’s just bagels.

Ordered some sandwiches and bagels. The employees wear gloves and you would assume that would be a good thing. The guy behind the counter was pleasant but kept touching his mask with his gloves on because every time he spoke it would slide down. . I watched him touch his mask at least 20 times while I was there. The person in front of me had troubles with his credit card and the employee grabbed his credit card and did something at the terminal with it, then touched his mask a few times. I assume if someone had cash he would not have changed his gloves either. When it came time to grab my bagels, he still had the same gloves on and grabbed my bagels without tongs after touching his mask over and over, the register, the customer's credit card and whatever else he needed to touch. I watched other employees touching their masks as they were chatting and making food as well. We were traveling back to AZ and didn't want to stop somewhere else so I ate the bagels anyways. Now my stomach is cramping and you know what else. Disgusting place.
