I am 72 and was looking at a verybsad Easter alone, my family up in Ventura. My wonderful son surprised me by having a Honey Baked delivered to me on Saturday. We then had virtual Easter online with the ham. It was delicious. Please kept new know how long it keeps. I ate as much as I could that week then put the rest in the freezer. How long will it keep after I take out of freezer? Thank you. Lorraine

Easter this year was a challenge with an online church and no big family gathering. We just want to thank Honey Baked ham for creating a package of a smaller ham, baked beans and potatoes. Honey Baked ham is an Easter tradition. It was the comfort food that we needed. Plus the soup kit will be great for another dinner!

Ever since I can remember, Honeybaked hams were the staple of our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Somehow, I only remember the ham on holidays. They are open year round selling the same wonderful ham I grew up with during holidays. Tip: Pick up your ham a couple of days earlier on major holidays. It's a circus in any Honeybaked outlets on Thanksgiving or Christmas' Eve. Save yourself sometime and pick-up early.

I came in last Saturday and was promptly greeted by a wonderful worker named Tammy! Her service was phenomenal, I will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly & helpful. They offered samples to help me decide what I liked best. It was all delicious & a sandwich was not shy on the meat! Their specials were kind to the wallet. They sell their ham bones with meat some meat still on so it makes for a delicious, healthful crackpot easy meal with some beans.

The ladies that helped me were helpful and patient despite the impatient and at times rude people that they had to deal with. Definitely going back.

all i know is this is a perfect place to get a bunch of delicious ham and cheese sandwiches on hawaiian rolls. we got 36 for a christmas party and people loved them. tammy and her teammates made christmas taste like ham. thank you team! be back soon

We ordered the Smoked Turkey Breast Dinner with Green Bean Casserole, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, And Maple Sweet Potato Souffle for 4-6 people. We added on another side of Macaroni and cheese, gravy and Hawaiian rolls which got us $10 off the order, basically a free side dish. There was no line when I went early yesterday to pick up the food, and the cashier was friendly and got my order ready quickly. The food was really easy to cook. Just popped everything in the oven at 375 degrees for an hour and stirred and rotated food as directed. Four of us each had a large plate, and everything was delicious, on point, and as good as homemade easily, plus you don't have to do all the work! With the extra side I would say the meal would feed 5 to 6 people, so I would recommend ordering it. Thank you Honey Baked Ham Company for helping create a memorable Christmas Dinner!

Ordered for Thanksgiving. Server was very helpful and recommended that I pick up closer to Thanksgiving. Thought it was a good idea. Prepaid online. Five plus hours later, still haven't received an email receipt. How am I supposed to pick up my order without it? I returned to the store and they were able to quickly find my order and print a receipt. No explanation about why no email receipt. I'm adding two stars to the service rating for today's service. Not perfect because I had to make a second trip. No rating on food and I haven't had any yet

For Thanksgiving this year my dad wanted us to get a HoneyBaked Ham for Thanksgiving dinner. Knowing this we made our order 2 weeks ahead. When that day came to pick up we came at 10:00 a.m. and found a long line of about 100 people. We've done this before so we knew it was going to be a wait but it was worth it for the family. It took us about a 2 hour wait for us to get to the front of the line. The staff here are very nice and patient with everyone even though it was full of people everywhere. Once we reach the front it was about a 15 minute wait to get our complete order. Mission accomplished. Thanksgiving is awesome this year with this HoneyBaked Ham because my dad just loves it. We don't get Honey baked Ham every year but when we do it's so delicious and worth the wait.

It was a good ham the jagged cut was nice presentation but it was high priced, maybe I am cheap but it was good but didn't match the price is my only complaint. There was some champagne mustard that was tasty and that was worth every penny. Anyway good ham but high priced.

Pre-paying is a scam here. They didn't reserve what I pre-paid for, so I had a much smaller ham for my party than I was counting on. The walk up people who didn't preorder or pre-pay next to me got the same ham I did. Don't pre-pay, just show up because they're not reserving anything for you. If it's there they will give it to you, otherwise you're out of luck :/

Thought a classic ham was gonna come out hot like one you would make after Christmas, I was wrong and highly disappointed. It was just basic ham(thick cut) cold on bread with lettuce tomato and mustard. No sweetness no flavor.

I ordered the original honey baked ham sandwich $12.00 I was asked if I wanted to purchase extra ham I didn’t realize I would only get one tiny thin slice of ham inside a tiny roll slathered with horrible mustard sauce. What happened to the big double ham sandwich with the 2 sides 🤬 never again..

Bad customer service. They do not solve a problem just make more Second time in four visits to the store and their credit was down. I had 50 dollars in gift cards which I planned on purchasing a homey baked ham with. They would not honor them! They are valid and they could have check on them if they made a phone call but they did not care even enough to try. So I will have no ham for my Easter dinner, Will not have a dinner because I do not have the funds to buy something else. They refused to refund my money and would not sell me a ham because the credit was down. This is a Franchise store and East Coast headquarter said that all the stores in California are franchised out. I called them and they have not returned my calls after 3 days. This point all I want is my money back. They ruined my holiday for sure. Their ham is expensive and then to offer no customer service and have high prices makes them a rip off. I would advise you to shop somewhere else. I might have to take them to court to get my 50 dollars back They refused to honor their own gift card. I had been happy with them in the past but no longer. Wish I could remove my other review which was a good one.

I understand these are very difficult times, but I must say I'm truly disappointed and will never try again. I ordered Easter dinner on 3/31 to be delivered on 4/11. It never was delivered. I get it, delivery now is a problem and I can deal with that. However, I just called their customer service line, no apology, didn't even seem to register with her that this really had an impact on my family. She wasn't even surprised, so I assume this happened to a lot of people. On top of that, my refund is going to take a very long time - it took them less than a day to take my money. Just extremely disappointed, won't be back and will tell people not to waste their money on HoneyBaked.

I was here today to pickup a reservation. Reserved a holiday family feast over the phone a couple days ago. I waited in a long line for about a 45 minutes, which wasn’t bad. I got to the counter, Clerk #3 (on my receipt) helped me with my reservation. Unfortunately, I think she’s a new hire and didn’t know the products too well. I was told over the phone that the meal came with 4 sides. The flyer inside the store said the same which also illustrated three combos you can choose from. The combos came with four sides. Unfortunately, when I got to the counter, the only sides that were left were the yams and ambrosia. I told Clerk #3 that I’d take two yams and two ambrosias. She responded that the deal only came with three sides. Surprised, I went with it and left with three sides as it was busy and didn’t want to hold up the line. When I got home, I chose to immediately call the store and informed them of my experience. They told me I can come back to the store and get another ambrosia as it was the only side left. I declined as I did not live in the neighborhood and did not want to deal with traffic just for one side. Instead, I asked them to let the clerk know of the mistake so that no one else would have to go through the same experience.

I called to reserve a ham a week before Christmas and informed the employee I had a coupon for $8.00 off of the $67 total price. At that time she said I could use the coupon. Upon getting to the store to pick-up the ham a cashier told me I could not use that coupon. Really??!!! I guess I got bent over on that deal. I'll never go there again. Even the manager on duty would not make it right for their error. Very disappointed that a company making so much money is more concerned with saving $8.00 rather than me as a customer. Their loss!

Been a fan of Honey Baked Hams for years. This one sadly has the rudest manager and no customer service. It's surprising she has a job. Shame on you Lu, and your boss Christian for keeping you employed. Good on the other hand is 5 stars.
