The panucho tacos were amazing! The flavors were out of this world. The tortilla was filled with beans, adding a rich and hearty base that paired perfectly with the fresh toppings. Everything was well-balanced and delicious definitely a must-try if you are ever in the San Diego area.
I’ve never eaten Cochinita Pibil in SD until Pibil on Wheels, as Mexican I can firmly say… this is authentic as authentic gets. A mix of flavors, great staff and service, options on the menu. It’s a must! They move around the best breweries in SD and always deliver!
I had the Panucho tacos and they were delicious. Everything in the taco tasted great. Definitely worth a try and I will definitely be back for more when I visit SD. Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my tacos before going in on them.
I had pibil on wheels outside Fall Brewing on 30th street and they go above and beyond for a food truck. So much passion in their cooking. The Pibil is so moist and flavorful that I was happy eating the panucho by itself and couldn’t imagine how it could get any better, but then they showed me their habanero crema and wow! You can’t go wrong here.
The cochinita pibil is succulent and moist. Really love the white habanero salsa too. Gotta love a mother son kitchen:)
Excellent chilaquiles, crunchy, saucy, spicy and creamy. Hand down the best in town. Y eso que soy mamón pal chilaquil. Ajuaaaaa pibil on wheels.
