I went to pick up a Cleanse drink and ended up trying the Thrive Sparkling Refresher. They happened to be giving out free Cherry Limeade Energy Tonics, as well. The Thrive Refreshers were delicious. I'm super glad it was recommended to try. I definitely will be returning for that. This location is always clean, and the customer service is top-tier!
My wife and I tried a 3 day juice cleanse and wow… we came away with so many insights about how food (processed foods and cheap meats in particular) affects our mind and body. We went with Pressed juicey bc they already had a plan and it didn’t take much effort for us to order and try it (and the holiday sale helped too!). Moving forward, we’re going to be changing up our diet to have more veggies, and higher quality meats and protein sources. As well as doing a cleanse on a quarterly basis. (We’ve become THOSE people lol.) Would highly recommend giving your body a cleanse/try!
Such great service! Everyone there is amazing with helping you choose your juice. I love the celery and their dragon fruit freeze is delicious! Best location and best service!
Oh my, the vegan ice cream with toppings I had was so delicious & vegan!

I got an OG açaí bowl. The berries were fresh. It’s a good healthy option. It’s quiet and clean.
Order for pickup here after a shopping trip with my niece. Just read the other reviews about others having a difficult time with the hours listed and the actual opening. Luckily, I didn't have that problem so I guess the hours were updated after all of the complaints. The staff were helpful, sweet, and attentive. I'm generally a picky eater especially when it comes to veggies and fruits, but the drinks were quite delicious! Though you can definitely taste the healthiness of it and the after taste is kind of a kicker.

Pressed Juicery at Fashion Valley is a fantastic spot for fresh, high-quality juices, but my recent experience highlighted some areas for improvement. I stopped in on December 30 around 4 PM to pick up a double order of their new 1-day reset cleanse. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working, managing orders, making juices, and checking out customers. While the store wasn’t packed, it still created a delay, as I had to wait in line longer than expected for what should have been a quick pickup. Despite the staffing challenge, the lone employee was a true standout. She remained super friendly, welcoming, and professional, even as she appeared visibly overwhelmed. Her ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude and efficiently manage everyone in line was impressive. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, which made the experience more enjoyable. However, I couldn’t help but feel for her, as this situation could have been easily avoided with better staffing. The line of customers waiting was calm and understanding, but this might not always be the case during busier times. Pressed Juicery should consider reevaluating their staffing policies to ensure employees aren’t placed in such stressful situations. A well-staffed store would not only improve the customer experience but also support their team members in delivering the top-notch service the brand is known for. As for the juices, they were excellent as always. My partner and I completed the 1-day reset cleanse and felt great afterward. The variety of flavors and the quality of the ingredients make it worth returning for future cleanses. Overall, I’ll continue to support Pressed Juicery, but I hope they address the staffing issue to enhance both the customer and employee experience.
Wish they still accepted cash, and judging by employees attitudes seems like a terrible place to work :/ I feel guilty when I go in because the prices are so high but the employees are so miserable, its the kind of service you'd expect from Mcdonalds. Their menu is a tonne of fun and I used to get juices/smoothies all the time

I love this place! Juices are very yum and it’s in a cute location. HOWEVER, please pay your employees more or get them to do a company mantra/affirmation in the morning or something. Each employee I see when I come in, whether it’s male or female, they’re miserable and borderline rude :/ I always feel so guilty to come here but this is the closest location to me. They always have very sad demeanors and look like they’re on the verge of ending it all, it honestly makes me depressed and uncomfortable. Other reviewers also say the same, I made sure I wasn’t being too harsh and made sure other people felt the same. Please help your employees out Pressed!

The juices I’ve had are delicious! My favorite is the roots juice with ginger. My complaint is this if you’re selling something that’s healthy for what I would consider a premium price, six dollars a bottle, why aren’t you using organic ingredients at least for the high pesticide items like apples and celery? When I reached out to the company they said “oh we like to source local” and left it at that. But if you research organic farms near San Diego they exist!! Press could be sourcing from these vendors, but for whatever reason they choose not to. So when you weigh what are considered to be benefits of juicing, we have to consider as well the amount of pesticides were ingesting simultaneously. I would like to see the company do better in this area. For example even if they used just organic celery and apples it would make a big difference. There are fruits/veggie’s that are not considered high in pesticides, however apples and celery are two of them.

Ordered my first 7 days worth half day juices on 06/28 at the Fashion Valley branch. I noticed that some of the drinks that was given to me has a best buy date of 06/26 ( I ordered 06/28). I didn't have time to check each bottle while at the store since I ordered a 35 bottles of juices and they were already in a sealed bag. I would expect their staff to check the products they give to their customers prior to packaging. I k ow they can easily just exchange the items but it is such a hassle of going to back to the store!!! Please train tour staff to do a better job!!!

I love Pressed for its products, but in this location the service really needs improvement. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no consideration for customers.
The guy who worked there was so rude. I was going to buy a juice. Then my granddaughter said she had to use the restroom. We went to go wait till the restroom was available. And the guy told me it's only for customers and I told him I know. After using the restroom, I proceeded to take my items to the register. And when he was just rude when I was asking him questions about the product. My next step is to call corporate and make my formal complaint.
If youre getting frozen yogurt dont do it here. Either go somewhere with actual good frozen yogurt or just dont get frozen yogurt. Why make your soul sad eating this?
Açaí is the worst I have ever had. It is like a soft serve ice cream. Bananas were not fresh. No granola is the granola. Charged extra to replace a fruit with one that was on there. Almond butter was cold peanut butter. If you want açaí you better skip here!
We visited this place for the first time and the stuff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. They seem unhappy to work. The juice was a good refresher, but vanilla freeze was really bad.
The people that work here are just miserable and never appear to smile or even provide any good customer service. They are all pretentious and do not say hello or ask questions if you would like anything with your order! For all the luxury stores in place owned by Simon, this is definitely Walmart quality service who hate people!!!! This business will fold soon as customer service is the end of a service journey and these are memories. The app is amazing, but in IRL, forget about any service at Fashion Valley!
