New boba place! Came during their soft opening. Super easy to order with the self serve kiosks. Tea has a good tea flavor and prices are reasonable

I tried the strawberry matcha latte, 75 percent sweet with oat milk and honey boba. They don't charge for oat milk upgrade! Also, the boba was so insanely good? Perfectly cooked, so chewy! I generally get afraid to order anything over 25 percent sweet because I don't have a sweet tooth and I prefer my drinks less sweet-- however, 75 percent was great and not mind-numbingly sweet. Unlike other places, the matcha was smooth and not overly astringent or bitter. I definitely will be coming back and trying other drinks! Drinks are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Sunright.

They offer the standard franchise drink as the brand comes to Rancho Peñasquitos. One can only order on the Kiosk machine. They do not have the tables and seats for coffee chat but only the waiting seats for the drink. Might face a not-so-short waiting time even on weekday nights.

Self-ordering kiosks (2) available. The establishment is quite small and doesn't have tables, so it became awkward trying to pass thru in between groups trying to hang out inside. The drinks came out fairly quick and were good. However, they were still too sweet for my liking, even with a reduced sweetness level chosen. I'd recommend reducing the sweetness level more than what you usually adjust it to.

I ordered a Taro Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba at 75% sweetness, which was pretty good. However, the Blueberry Frostie was tasty but overly sweet, even at 75% sweetness. Giving it another chance today, got the Matcha Oolong Milk Tea and the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea, both at 75% sweetness. While the Matcha one was good, it still leaned on the sweeter side. The White Peach flavor, unfortunately, was overwhelmingly sweet, almost like 500% sweetness, and lacked the white peach flavor. It seemed like they used the wrong syrup, possibly brown sugar or hokkaido. Unfortunately, I only realized this when I got home, and even adding extra ice couldn't balance it out. I'd like to return, but I'm unsure about the right sugar level to choose…

Noted store is still in soft opening and is the first SD location so will be coming back in a week or two to retry since sunright is one of my favorite tea shop.

Overall very disappointed. I'd rather drive all the way north to Irvine and buy 5 drinks back for a whole week like I used to be doing.
