This is my neighborhood Carl’s junior. I come here a lot because Carl’s junior is one of my favorites for fast food, and I know I’m not going to be waiting for a server or waiting a long time for food, like happens at some of the other fast food spots around here.

Omg this location is by far one of the best location in San Dimas and Glendora. Do the survey and you can buy one and get one free. The monster biscuit are to die for no joke. For $5 you get two sausage egg cheese muffins from McDonald's, when you can get a huge monster biscuit bacon sausage eggs with two different cheese for the same price. Cmon commen sense and it's well worth your money. The customer service from manager name Bertha makes you feel like your important as a customer. Make sure check your oder before you leave and she will correct it.

I come here at least three times a week for breakfast, and can say the staff is very friendly. Food is always good and the restaurant very clean.

This is my go-to drive-thru! Bertha is always so cheerful and welcoming. My order is always correct, and she doesn’t hesitate to upsell a cheesecake. I always say no, but add that that answer may change if Carls ever brings back the fudge moussecake!

It is not often that I write a review for fast food, but the service warranted it. I went to pickup a spicy chicken sandwich for my daughter and had a BOGO for $1 coupon. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and it is never going to be like the picture. The sandwiches were as described. Tasty, hot. and spicey. I got extra pickles on mine, sub southwestern sauce, daughters was normal. The service was fantastic. We were greeted with a positive voice on the speaker and window. Upbeat, friendly, smiling and genuinely seemed that she liked her job. I have worked in professional sales before teaching, and I value customer service; it is paramount. It seems today that so many people work fast food restaurants and just are "there." The quality of service has gone done over all, and this is not just my professional opinion. NOT IN THIS CASE. She is what makes Carl's Jr's star in their logo! This is what makes a customer want to RETURN! If I were still in real estate, I would want her on my team! This is what fast food jobs were meant to be--transitory as you go to school. If she wants to keep working there, corporate better keep an eye on her. I do not say this lightly since it takes time to write these reviews. If you are lucky enough to be served by this employee you, you will be shocked at the positivity. Keep it up Kristy

Standard Carl's Jr. Lots of dedicated parking, though can be a slight pain to get to. Staff are very friendly, service and food are what you would expect. Price is what you would expect also. Parking, entrance, seating, and restrooms are all accessible. Will be certain to return in the future.

I ordered the Carl’s Famous Burger 🍔 When I took a big bite, the meat patty was juicy and flavorful. The grilled onions made my taste buds savor every bite. The tomato and lettuce were fresh with a spicy thousand island dressing. It was so delicious 😋 I’m going to return again.

Shout out to Carl's Jr for being open on Christmas Eve! I didn't plan accordingly and was stuck driving around trying to find something to eat at 11:00pm. The guy working the drive thru was kind, helpful, fast and efficient. My receipt said his name was Matthew. So big shout out to him for his service on Christmas Eve! As far as food goes it was good as well. We had the char-broil chicken club sandwich.

Bertha was absolutely amazing!!!! Very welcoming and makes you feel at home like you’re eating with your aunt. She’s spot on everything and greeted us with a smile. Just came for a quick lunch break and couldn’t be any better. Thank you.

Have always liked Carl's Jr a little more than most of the other fast food restaurants. This one is slightly above average in service and order accuracy. Have not had any mishaps...yet. (If you're from somewhere east of the Carl's/Hardee's crossover, don't confuse the two. Carl's is considerably better!

Only tonight not such good service. Took forever for our dine in order. He said it was because they were under staffed. When our food arrived 25 minutes later, the chicken tenders and fries were VERY WELL DONE.

With the mask the person behind the counter was having a hard time understanding people's order. Service was very slow, but they appeared to be short staffed. Food was only okay.

Carl's Jr is like the last resort fast food chain I'll ever go to. However !....the nuggets are fire and I'll bet money you won't ever find a tastier star shaped nug out there. The nuggets are worth dying for. I would die for a Carl's Jr chicken nugget.

Overpriced (bad for my budget) and artery-clogging. I have to admit the Western Bacon Cheeseburger was delish, even when shelling out $7.87 incl. tax. Unlike some other "arch"-enemy chains, this burger was pretty hefty for the price. Drive-thru was a little slow, but my sandwich was fresh and piping hot.

The employees are nice, the manager is nice very good at trying to sell more food to you . Lol. The only thing i don't like is having to pull to the front and wait for your order .Then they forget to put something in and you have to go back inside to get the right order!! The food the bun was way too soft too much secret sauce yeah just wasn't as a classic. Service was excellent. The atmosphere well at 3 in the morning there ain't nothing really happening so that's why I gave it to only.

Was excited to get my bbq beyond burger and when I got home and unwrapped it.... 2 pieces of bacon were on it. Tried to go to the Carl's jr online to comment and it didnt work.

We moved here from Marland in June. June and July, we have almost exclusively changed our preferred burger location to this Carl's Junior but the experience the last 4 visits in aug and sep have been not the same. Our food has been either cold or very sloppily prepared. We eat in our car and will likely either try the Lavern Location next time or just move over to a competitor. Shame because when done right, the famous star gives any burger a run for its money.

I tried to use my app offers and was told they don't accept them. There is a window cling at drive through promoting rewards app so why do they not accept them?

The food is quite good, and the interior is super clean, but I’m leaving this review because — sneakily — and without even a note on the credit card reader of an added credit card fee of $1 per transaction - this Carl’s Jr. wants to offset their fees paid to Visa / MasterCard by charging the consumer a fee - which would be fine if there was a notice and/or verbal communication from the employee when a credit card is used. I think the worst part of it is that on the receipt, it doesn’t show the fee, but after logging into to my credit card online, there’s the $1 charge — clear as day!! Completely maddening. I’m tired of restaurants doing this. Restaurant owners: Stop doing things like this!! Especially with big restaurant chains. It destroys its long-lasting reputation and comes across as stingy and cheap.

This trend of aggressive pricing by major fast food chains is out of hand, because this has triggered all the little guys to jump on the bandwagon, making fast food way too expensive over all. And no, cost of ingredients have not gone that high to justify the price. Do a little homework and you'll see that these prices are not proportionate to the cost of living, they more proportionate to profit margins. All this being said, it doesn't mean that the food is bad. All these food chains provide good tasting food. That goes for this place too. That's why they still get 2 stars. In the end it's still a fast food chain, it's still fast food, so it needs to be priced accordingly.

I used to like this place a very much. Not only because I love Carl's Jr burger a lot but, also because of its proximity to my home. But for 2 consecutive weekends (March 2019) I've visited this Carl's Jr. Location (Arrow Highway, San Dimas), I noticed that the 2 women food preparers were not wearing food prep gloves. I immediately notified their manager, Jackie who in turn yelled "guantes (gloves in Spanish) to the 2 women. On my next visit the following week, I caught them again without food prep gloves, & again, I called manager Jackie attention. After 2 weeks passed, I re-visited the place to check too if changes were made in the preparation. One was wearing food prep gloves, the other woman still handling the preparations with bare hands. That's the last straw for me! Will never visit this place again! I don't want e coli in my food. I know all my family and friends do not want e coli in their burgers!

Owner states there's a sauce shortage, yet every restaurant has sauces. I think the franchise owner is just cutting cost. It has been this way for months already, sad but I will not be returning until things normalize.

Every single time myself or someone in my family drives thru this Carl’s, we are asked to move to in front of the doors to wait for our order. Every. Single. Time. It doesn’t matter if there is absolutely no one behind us, they still ask. They care more about making it look like they serve customers quick than actually providing good service. It’s always the same manager who is always rude when I decline moving. If there was another Carl’s Jr. closer, I would definitely go to that one. Been this way for years and never changes.

The reason I'm giving them one star is because I went in with a plain and simple order of a big hamburger no onions no mustard just Secret Sauce pickles Patty and bun. After getting my burger and finding a spot in the shade to enjoying my burger took a nice BIG bite right into an onion and a mouth full of ketchup it was horrible.

Every time I order anything with bacon it’s raw! I’ve tried ordering well done or extra crispy bacon and it still comes raw!!! This last time the “hand breaded” chicken was old and too hard to even bite into and I couldn’t eat any part of it! Also the crisscut fries are either under cooked or over cooked and hard!

11/12/2024 @ 7:15PM I pulled up to the drive through and the employee was extremity rude. So much so that I canceled my order and went someplace else for dinner. This is the 3rd time I've had this issue. The other two times were within the last few months and at around the same time of evening. This time was the worst.

Rude management, tried to over charge me until I brought it to their attention. And the menu is over priced for the food and service I received. I would refrain from visiting this location in the future. Terrible experience.

I visit a lot of restaurants & can gauge the cleanliness of the entire restaurant by their public restrooms. Sadly this one is lacking. Management doesn’t appear to be on top of it. I know because I used to work at Carl’s over 30 years ago. The grout in the restrooms & kitchen floor is gray. When it’s black, it indicates it needs to be cleaned. I know, that was one of my duties 😉. Hope this helps to know & hope they clean up their act (literally).

On Monday May 5th around 1130 I went in to place on order and was assisted by an individual named Daniel I asked if by chance if they had a military discount rather rudely I was told they only honor senior citizens discount that's ok I placed my order told them I was using EBT which he asked if it had a chip I stated yes he then stated I would be required to manually enter my card number I stated I would not and proceeded to leave he kept insisting I just put my card information in when I clearly stated I wouldn't he became verbally aggressive and started yelling at me stating that if I was military I should have more respect that I was being rude and kept calling my service into question when I called to ask for a manager it was him again and again with an attitude and snarky remark stated he was the manger and when I asked when another was available or when the general manager was available he rather rudely stated he didn't know nor care and hung up if u can I would advise going to another Carl's Jr as it's apparent that this Carl's Jr has no respect for customers and that management has no respect and leadership here means nothing and no one is held accountable and customer complaints and concerns are ignored because management is improperly trained and think they can do anything they want Edited- who's ever answering and saying contact us so we can address and fix the problem is a liar and has no intention of getting back to you or addressing your concerns also how this place has 4 stars is due to probably employees or people they pay writing fake 5 star reviews this place has no integrity or respect for customers or service members
