Third time and everything is amazing from the coffee to the pastries and the service. So many flavors to pick from and many more to try, I recommend the coconut flavor ice coffee.

I tried going To Starbucks across the street to study, it was so loud !!! Aside from the many people not being considerate of those trying to work, the music was so loud I could not concentrate so I decided to look across the street and give this place a try! In house is 10x better. Better service, better coffee, REAL food!

Cool place, good coffee, plentiful selection, and outstanding service. Don't let the clean branding and modern decor fool you- this is not a big chain coffee shop interested in the money grab. They seemed genuinely interested in getting your cup of coffee right the first time- which they did for my wife and me. We're coming back here not just because it's not Starbucks, but more so for the friendly customer service that you only get from the small independent shops like these nowadays.

My husband & I always try to support local/smaller businesses when we can. I was surprised that they opened up across from Starbucks but was excited to try them out and they did not disappoint. I got a latte with a small amount of pistachio and it was really good. So glad to have a small coffee shop option that's close by! Also their pastries looked so good but I refrained this time. Check it out!

Absolutely amazing. I myself work at a coffee shop, so I love coffee. Juliet was so sweet and kind. And even though she was doing 5 things at once, She was literally so attentive, her service alone deserves 5 stars. But the coffee??? Oh??? My god?! It’s literally SO GOOD!!! My mom is very picky about her coffee, and it was kind of a struggle to convince her to try this place with me. I’ll never forget how her eyes went wide and she was totally blown away. It’s that good. I myself got the iced Black Forest macchiato, and wow. It’s so good. They have so many options Starbucks just doesn’t have. I can’t wait to come back and try even more flavors!

Lovely little coffee shop. Sitting outside is a bit loud because of the proximate busy street, but the overall scenery is pleasant and the inside vibe is quite chill. I'm grateful they didn't bother my sister and me when we sat outside and talked at their tables several hours after they closed.

The drinks and food are fantastic...but the real beauty here is the service. The owners and staff are amazing. It's easy to see why Inhouse Coffee has been growing so quickly. If you haven't been here, you're missing something very special. Five stars are not enough.

We are so upset this was only our first time visiting! My bf got the strawberry mojito and I got the Black Forest macchiato which were so delicious and refreshing in this weather. We both also got the hummus wraps which were also refreshing thanks to the nice, crisp veggies. He was actually feeling a lil under the weather and said the wrap gave him a boost! The manager/owner (I believe?) was also an absolute doll! Can’t wait to come back :)

Decided to check out this new coffee place since we are always looking for a good one. YULIA one of the owners was super friendly and made recommendations. They have a lot of coffee options, and pastries which they make in-house. I got the Iced Americano with unsweetened coconut hazelnut flavor very delicious I could taste the espresso, my husband got the iced hazelnut latte very good as well. We will definitely be back. I went there for my 1st. time visit 2 weeks ago I purchased Chai Latte. It was delicious. The service was excellent everyone is very friendly and helpful . I purchased a gift card as well for my son in law. I was sure he would like this place and he did. I will be returning for some breakfast. I highly recommend this establishment. Prices are great!!

What a lovely couple who own this shop. The choices are never- ending for coffees, flavors and treats and the quality is superb. Hibiscus lavender iced tea, a panini, and a pistachio rose blended. We brought home some goodies for tomorrow too. They have so many decadent, yet not too sweet goodies. This is our new favorite spot. I hope they get a bit more seating outdoors because the breeze was lovely and they will be so, so popular. Give this place your business its really different from anything else around here. I absolutely love this coffee shop. It has become, by far, my favorite place to go get coffee as often as possible. The drinks are always delicious, the food always tastes amazing, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and everyone that works there is so friendly! I highly recommend everyone visit inhouse, and if there’s ever a line,trust me,it’s worth the wait!

Julia served us behind the counter- she is full of warmth and energy even though it was nearly closing time. She helped me choose amongst the various options. Eventually I tried something I haven’t had before. To my delight, it was quite delicious. My husband tried to steal it from me after tasting it because he liked it too. If you haven’t tried iced German chocolate macchiato, please see what I mean! You can tell that the owner is confident and passionate about her job. Even though I don’t live closeby, I will be sure to visit whenever I am local so I can try more things from the menu, and so I can say hi to Julia and John again!

Great to see a new (to me) coffee spot in San Dimas. People here are so friendly, drinks are pretty good and the portions are big. Normally get a large which is probably comparable to the Trenta at Starbucks. Cookies and brownies are amazing here, not a big fan of the gelato though. It comes in a glass cup imported from Italy, which is cool, but not something I would get again. This place is definitely becoming a new family favorite.

The most enjoyable morning caffeine and smooth chocolate mocha gotta get going for the day coffee shop in the LA area. Whenever I'm fleeing the east coast it's my top priority, even above refueling. The vehicle can wait but I have to be sharp and fueled up for the LA Freeway ballet I've just escaped and will again dive into shortly. The service is top rate and the staff friendly and accommodating. Stay sane, stay safe and stay within the lines LA, and stay Inhouse where there isn't somebody taking up the center lane. Drinks: 10/10 better than Starbucks Cost: 10/10 reasonable for quality and cheaper than Starbucks. also, way more drink options and unique flavors than Starbucks Service: 10/10 the owner is a caring sweetheart. First time here because I heard the rave about this place! I was referred here with these exact words: “you have to go, they are so fresh and better than Starbucks”. I’m lucky I work so close to here. I hope they open more locations. Walnut, CA to be exact ;) The chai tea was amazing. I got the chicken wrap also and I’m usually not a “wrap” gal but it’s really tasty. Had to leave a review because this place deserves it. My only “complaint” is that I hope they one day expand to a place with a drive thru and I hope they soon add themselves to online delivery/takeout platforms like DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats and more. Although I work close, I would love to be able to order ahead or get something delivered when I’m running late. 10/10. Please come try them out and leave a review to help this business thrive. :)

Skip the drive thru and come here instead. What a delightful spot! The coffee sizes are very generous and fully customizable to your liking. There’s about 25 flavors to choose from, maybe more. A lovely selection of pastries all made in house that looked incredible. We had bagel breakfast sandwiches that were simply delicious. The case of desserts looked outstanding and overheard they are imported from Italy. We will be back to try those in the near future. Everything was very clean and service was quick. The woman that took my order & prepared our food/coffee was a breath of fresh air—the sweetest! This place is on our list now & we’ll definitely be back. Anyone who complains about the customer service here apparently doesn’t know what GREAT customer service is! First time trying this place. The workers there were so welcoming and friendly and were very patient/helpful with any questions we had about the menu. I got an iced honey lavender latte and it was perfect. They definitely know how to make their drinks! My bf and I got the pastrami paninis and the portion sizes were a perfect amount. We go here pretty much weekly because this place is the absolute best. They have the tastiest lattes, and their rotating selection of pastries are always delicious. We've never had a bad drink or snack at In-House. Julia and Jon, the owners, are the nicest people and have the best customer service.

A very nice alternative to SB, the coffee here seems fresher, authentic and selections are great . Be prepared the owners know their coffee lol . The breakfast sandwiches are big and delicious, pastries are all really good . We try to go in at least once a week to get our GOOD coffee fix . Looked at a few different coffee shops around here and this one was our pick because the LOX BAGEL! Soooo good! Supreme Lox Bagel is more salmon, that's the difference Great amount of salmon and good price. Banana matcha tasted a little artificial but it was sweet how I like it Pistachio latte was strong, that's was my hubbys Strong pistachio taste at the end and he liked it. Too strong for my opinion Would definitely go back for the lox bagel and chicken pesto panini! Ps chicken panini is huge! Like a torta Service was quick and the owner said he gets the question "what's the difference between supreme lox and lox?" Was in the area a couple of weeks ago and tried their house brew coffee with milk. I’m big on house brew coffee because I try to limit sugar intake. They had one of the best house brews I’ve had in a long time. I just wish I lived closer.

Occupying the space that Starbucks left, this place has a lot of snack options to go with your drink. The ambiance is also simple buy nice.

Great little cafe, very nice workers. Would be an easy five stars except they are quite stingy with the wifi and that would make you think it would at least be good wifi. That would be wrong. It might be the slowest WiFi I’ve ever seen, beware if coming here to study. Otherwise awesome cafe.

Lavender latte/gigantic. Lavender n coffee is not a good combo for me, personally. Shoulda got lavender tea. Cinnamon scone good but small. Will return and try new stuff..

The stars are for the lady owner. She was quite friendly. Latte was just ok. What turned me off was the older guy attitude who did not greet me when I came in & also was hesitant when I asked for just a bit of hot water inside my empty to go cup (I poured all the latte in the to go cup to my travel mug) since it was a bit strong. He even said out loud we usually don't do that. What ??? I was taken by surprise !! I was not asking for a hot water in a new to go cup !! Its to be poured into the empty hot latte to go cup that I ordered earlier. This is a fisrt time for me in a coffee shop !! Finally he did give the hot water after the lady owner gave a green light. I suggest hire someone with a bit more brain & professionalism. Won't be back !!

Ive been wanting to try this place out for a while but the cold brew was so acidic and lacked flavor. On top of that, wanted to charge me 50 cents for less ice in my drink. Never again.

It needs more personnel on cashiers and others in kitchen. They first take your order and do the orders in front having no one in the cashier to take other orders. Apart from not having to work and having to talk A Lot. This causes bad investment as well as the dangers of bacterias from the counter onto the food if not using proper procedures.

It was great coffee and I loved supporting a local. They quickly became my favorite. Then they refused to "know" the restroom code when I had to take my 3 yr old to the bathroom and worst, a fellow customer knew the code, provided to me and they became upset. Left a bad taste and won't be returning.

Honestly l've never felt so discriminated. There is a female employee who is very rude and a male employee who was just staring at me and my friends as if they didn't want us there. We were just studying as we're all nursing students. I would avoid Inhouse coffee.

They close at 6 pm and while were still having our drinks and pastries around 5.35 the owner started banging the chairs while sweeping the floor!!Definitely not going there again!

UPDATE- owner has falsely claimed that this is a fake review, so I'm including a photo of my unfinished bland latte from this morning. (My bf threw his away). I'm a resident of San Dimas and have been for many years. That the owner would claim this is a false review goes to show how unethical they are along with their bad coffee. Please don't give these people your money. ORIGINAL - didn't try the pastries but the coffee was undrinkable. I got a latte (no sweetener) which was just OK but my bf got the vanilla coffee which had no vanilla flavor and tasted like burnt mud water instead. We threw it away immediately. We were excited to try a new local spot but this was a disappointment.

I visited this coffee shop with a family member and our kids, and from the moment we walked in, we felt uncomfortable. The staff, particularly an older man, gave us strange looks and stared at us as we entered. It was an unsettling start to what should’ve been a relaxing visit. The situation only got worse when we interacted with this man. He seemed completely uncomfortable with children, which was surprising, as most coffee shops are welcoming to families. We mentioned how uncomfortable we felt, and his response was that he was uncomfortable — which just made the whole situation even more bizarre. While the blonde lady working there was kind and did her best to handle the situation, this man was visibly agitated and even stopped taking a customer's order to scold us about snack crumbs and a straw wrapper on the floor. We always try to be respectful of the space, especially when our kids are eating, but his overreaction was uncalled for. It was like he couldn’t control his anger, and it made the entire experience tense and unpleasant. The drinks were good, but unfortunately, they weren’t enough to make up for the terrible customer service. It's a shame because the blonde lady seemed to be trying to keep things civil, but the older man’s behavior ruined what could’ve been a pleasant outing. I hope the management addresses this, as no one should feel unwelcome when visiting a coffee shop.

I visited this place with two reasons 1st to use their restroom and 2d to try their products, The attendant at the register was rude, and when I asked to use the restroom, he said that the code came in the receipt. That cause to change my mind to buy anything, the attendant muttered some insults at me. I just walked out never to return to this kind of place.

During my recent visit to InHouse Coffee, I encountered one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I had ordered my drink and was waiting patiently when I noticed a beverage that looked similar to what I had requested. Curious, I went to see if that was my order. Instead of a helpful response, the worker snapped at me, insisting it wasn’t mine and that I shouldn’t touch what wasn’t mine—a sentiment I can understand in principle, but his delivery was dismissive and downright disrespectful. The overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming, like they were doing us a favor by serving us instead of actually valuing customers. I was hoping for a nice, relaxing coffee break, but the attitude of the employee completely ruined it. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and customer-oriented café.

First and last time customer. Super shocked that their Dubai chocolate had mold. It was so sour. They really need to check their food before serving it to customers.
