Kevin B. kills it! I've seen him take orders, sweep, bus tables, take orders to tables, and organize the sauce packets all within 4 minutes! The eating area is always immaculate. Your order is ready for you by the time you wash your hands and fill your drink. One gripe is that my gordita on the cheesy gordita crunch I got, wasn't as toasted as I have had in the past, but it was still good enough to eat.

Staff here are always friendly and helpful. Plus, you can get a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza here. I bring my kids here because there is good fresh food for everyone.

Well everyone knows that Taco Bell is the all time, nation wide, morning,noon, and night, ,make ya feel alright, cause they treat ya right, the taste you crave while you misbehave, the " Sabor" that makes ya want more, with the sauce thats the boss, like when you're far away and any amount you'll pay to tear up that special combo or single item on that menu list...you get the gist!!. They are always friendly here and very fast with the orders. This is one of our family's favorite places. If you have never tried an enchirito you need to order one. It's a burrito smothered with red sauce and cheese. It is not on the written menu but a Taco Bell classic.

I go to the drive thru alot the employees Daniel and Victor are some of the nicest cashiers at any drive thru I have ever met they are always smiling friendly attentive and patient. I think these young men deserve a raise and taco bell should be thankful to have them as employees. I've only been there 2 times during the hours of 4-5pm. The drive through was quick. Food was good and it was served hot, freshly made. Drive through person every time was friendly and courteous.

Just remodeled! Everything feels clean and new. Was surprised at the USB chargers they have in the dining area. My food took a little longer than normal to get to me, but it was actually hot when I received it.

Well put together food with lots of vegetarian and vegan options and other customization (check the app for loads of options). Very clean, staff still masked in 2023 which I really appreciate, bathroom very nice and clean.

I have frequently visited this location for no lie.....12 years. It is my home Taco Bell and I have only been disappointed a few times and of the at least idk, 300... we will say, lowkey estimate fyi..visits, thats an incredibly small rate of fail. The secret to my success is ordering in the restaurant so one can take advantage of fast food at its freshest quality, refill drinks, and ask the friendly as always employees what they reccomend. Drive thru is also a great option considering Del Taco across the street is usually a huge wait and unless you MUST, I reccomend this Taco Bell as a more convenient drive thru at no expense to the quality of food.

This Taco Bell is great! I go there many times a week and the people at the drive thru are always very friendly and never once have they messed up my orders. What i love best about this location is that when they ask if you want hot sauce, they dont ask " exactly how many do you want"? Every other place does that and its ridiculous! I understand about not being wasteful , but Cmon! You gotta have at least 2 packets per item! What happened to the days where they didnt even ask and they would just throw a handful in the bag!! This place still keeps it good on the sauce!....I LOVE THE SAUCE! Lol

If aesthetics is the key to having a good business, then this is the place because cleanliness is next to godliness and this place replicates just that. Besides having great tasting doritos tacos, their bean burritos and soft tacos are delicious as well. Prices are still affordable. Hospitality and service are A grade, too.

Went through the drive thru. Order was prepared quickly and was hot. The quality pricing is what you'd expect from any other location.

The Taco Bell on Arrow Highway at Bonita is a nice little place. You can get all the standard and normal Taco Bell Fair there, and they fix it up pretty good. It's not as messy as the one further down on Arrow Highway in Covina which is a good thing! The only problem with this particular at Taco Bell is the drive-through because it goes through a parking lot in order to get to it so just be patient if you're going to get into the drive-thru line and if you're going to go inside this is a non-issue.

I like their service. Their prices are different than others though. Higher. I went to get the 5 dollar breakfast meal advertised on tv but they charged 6.99 at this location 😕

It wasn't crazy busy, maybe 5 orders in the lobby, and the wait was crazy. Employees kept looking at us standing at the register and then walking away instead of helping. The food was fine, but the service was a little lacking and there wasn't communication from the staff to us on how long it would be before we could be helped so we sat in line for almost 20 minutes before we even got to order.

In front of the home depot. Kinda strange location because the Christmas trees get in the way. The food is decent. Wish they would melt the cheese a little. Instead the cheese is always cold on the tacos.

I had been doing ride share. I was hungry. The 8-layer burrito was now a 5-layer. No explanation. I got one Taco Supreme. There was almost no flavor or seasoning in the meat. I was very disappointed.

Taco Bell is losing their better flavors. I noticed they are using more of that liquid nacho cheese. It seems like maybe thats a waythey are trying to save money. It isnt a flavor that I care for and will reconside my next trip.

Here is my experience from a few days ago. I went to the drive through and placed my order. I intended to order a Baja Bast Zero for my drink but before I could even finish saying Baja the person taking orders interrupted me to say that they were out of Baja Blast. I asked if they had any sugar free Baja Blast and they said that they didn't have that. They then asked if I would like a Baja Blast Zero. I felt like this was a very rude question to follow-up with after saying there was no sugar free Baja Blast. I'm sorry I didn't use the correct brand name for the product but clearly they understood what I was looking for by offering exactly that but in a rude and condescending manner. At this point I considered canceling my order but they line was long and I was hungry. But wait.........there's a lot more. At the window the person asked if I would like a receipt and I said yes. My boss pays for my lunch up to 10 dollars if I provide a receipt. I payed recieved a Sealed bag of food and was told that the receipt was in the bag. I pulled out parked and checked the bag. No receipt. I walked inside and requested a receipt and was denied. They claimed that once I left the drive through area, I couldn't get a receipt or record of my transaction. I requested to speak to a manager. A person approached and confirmed what the previous employee had been saying. I asked for any kind of confirmation number or identifying information for the transaction and was told it was not available. I left the store feeling extremely frustrated. I called the corporate phone number and spoke with a very nice person who assured me that I would get my receipt and began to take my information. Thank goodness for corporate appreciating their customers. I was told that I would receive a phone call no more than 24 hours later and indeed I received a call that evening from the GM of the location that I got my food from. That person apologized and said that they had located my receipt and that I could come pick it up whenever I wanted and that I could have a free combo meal when I returned. I thanked them and was satisfied. But wait..........there's more. I returned in two days to get my receipt and it took three people to find it. Upon receiving the receipt the person made no effort to inform me that I would receive a free item and promptly turned and tried to flee as soon as I was handed the receipt. I had to audibly grab their attention and ask if the free item was still available. They scoffed a little and informed the register employee that I could receive a free combo meal. I asked for a freeze and got it. I don't know who the manager was on the phone but I wish all the employees had that level of professionalism. I hope things improve here because I love tacobell but for now I'll just go to a different location.

No nacho fries, no individual nachos only the family nachos, nacho bell grande is now smaller but the same price, no chicken taquitos. I always regret coming here and pay way too much to be hungry after we're done eating.

I went to Taco Bell and ordered a grande meal with bean and cheese burritos NO ONION. Instead the burritos were full of onion. I called to notify them that after repeating no onion a few times and being told that I was heard, how did we end up with onions. When the supervisor put me on hold to see what he could do to help us the manager came to the phone. The night manager who refused to give me her name was so rude and instead of helping fix the problem she continued to ask the staff if they heard me ask for no onions!!! She was so rude and unproffesional and when I told her I planed to go above her because of her rudeness she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. I cant beleive how Taco Bell could employ somebody who would ever treat a paying costomer this way when all I wanted was for them to make it right instead of me having to continously throw money away on food I didnt order just because I am in a hurry and need to bring my family something home to eat when I cant cook. I completely outraged and I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone I can.

Why go to this horrid slow place when you have Tacos Gavilan 1200 feet away and Alberto's ¾ of a mile south? If you really want Taco Bell that badly, drive to the one a few miles East on Arrow Hwy and Glendora Ave next to McDonald's. You'll lose much less gas driving than idling for up to 45 minutes.

The cashiers get upset when they mess up your order and you politely confront them about their errors. The cashier gave me my drink which was broken and spilled soda all over my vehicle. They didn't seem to care and gave me a look of death when I asked them for a replacement cup and napkins. But what do you expect when you pay $12 for food? After 20 plus years of providing green sauce on their food they've decided at this San Dimas Taco Bell not to provide the customers with green sauce like every other Taco Bell store in the state of California. The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. My father is a regional manager for Taco Bells in New York State and I've been to at least 50 Taco Bells with him and seen good and bad. This is the worst one. They always forget items, steal as much profit wherever they can, put toppings on I didn't ask for, leave toppings on I asked for them to remove, do very very small servings even if you pay for Supreme it'll barely be normal sized. The managers are completely terrible and rude. I've called at least 4 times and talked to 3 employees and 2 Managers and every single one was rude, didn't care about my complaints and would repeatedly ask me "And what's wrong with that?" while literally stealing my money, then they just all hung up on me without addressing my concerns, and wouldn't give me any names of anyone who worked there to report to corporate. This restaurant is a mess, the people are a joke, the food is terrible, I recommend everyone stop coming here.

The food was great atmosphere very clean restaurant bathrooms were clean. The help was terrible. I waited there for a long time and nobody acknowledged me. Nobody said hello to me. I had to ask somebody if I can pay cash and they just kept walking back and got somebody else.

As I walked in to get my online order a female worker is yelling at a male worker young kids she throws a drink on the floor and expects the male worker to clean up her mess. Last night I went to this Taco Bell where I was supposed to get $9 back in changed the lady swore up and down that she gave me $9 when I only have 4 ones , I work in the food service as well I wouldn’t scam her $5 lol I’m not broke to need to steal $5 and make a scene , i then told her I only had $4 and she walked away from me then a couple mins later a young kid walks up named Austin saying he’s the manger and he told me to come back when they closed and if their drawer was over they will let me know. So here I I’m still sitting here without my $5 .

This place has always been hit and miss but it's been especially terrible the last few weeks. The last 4 or 5 orders I've done (drive through) have been missing items. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because the general workers are relatively friendly. Update 1-3-19 I just had several burritos had mold on the tortillas. I went into the store to speak to the manager and she was very argumentative. She just kept yelling "they're made fresh every day!" I included a photo of the mold.

VERY UNSATISFIED, 4 missing foods and didn’t even place half of the order in, also it’s their fault my moms table is scratched, since if we had our food, we wouldn’t ask fo r more and we wouldn’t need to cut the burrito! Very upset! Owes me 4 dorito tacos and a Mexican pizza, AND a new table

So disgusting. Found a blonde hair after eating half my taco. I’m pregnant and can’t risk getting sick. Tried calling and they wouldn’t pick up. Don’t eat here if you care about your health and safety.

This place has always been hit and miss but it's been especially terrible the last few weeks. The last 4 or 5 orders I've done (drive through) have been missing items. The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star is because the general workers are relatively friendly. Update 1-3-19 I just had several burritos had mold on the tortillas. I went into the store to speak to the manager and she was very argumentative. She just kept yelling "they're made fresh every day!" I included a photo of the mold.

The B night crew every single time messes up the order. People come here to simply get food and there's always a problem with portion and customized orders.

For one my soft taco tortilla was not cooked or (heated) properly and also gave us the wrong order.

If the managers at this location are going to accuse customers of trying to "steal" food when asking for items missing from their drive thru bag then they need to improve order accuracy and actually stop "stealing" from their customers by charging for items they don't actually deliver. I don't want sas about missing items unless they can guarantee their own order accuracy.
