Very convenient not having to get off my car when placing a pick up order. The San Fernando location offers curbside pick up, I was literally in my car for about 2 to 3 minutes after checking in online. Not to mention the Pizza was great! Perfect for a movie night!

This is our favorite location because they never over cook the food, especially the pizzas. Most of the other locations let the pizzas cook slightly longer so the cheese ends up hard. Not this one on Maclay in San Fernando. Everything is always perfect and the staff are awesome.

Absolutely great service over the phone right now. It was so easy to understand and place my order thank you guys.

This is a Very delicious place to buy your pizza! What I love is the option of having filled crust! I think that is so cool. Also while you are here you can get wings as well as a drink! Then also while you wait for it to be made! It takes about 15 minuets so call in advance! Very yummy

This location is always good. The food is consistent the quality is consistent. I have a closer Pizza Hut on laurel canyon but I never go there because they do their own thing. They buy their own SMALL wings with their own sauce and the pizza taste like cardboard. This San Fernando location is one of my favorites

Late post! I had called four different places with no luck of anyone picking up the phone. Only the SF Pizza Hut picked up. I just wanted to give a shutout to the manger or supervisor that was working on 1/03/2021 at 3:34 pm. I had placed an order going home from a long 14 hour shift at work. I had placed the order for two large pizza's and one specialty pizza. I was to tired to make any dinner for the kids. Upon arrival they only had two made. I had explaining exactly what I had ordered, the supervisor in charge recognized my voice upon pickup and acknowledge he made the mistake. They had me wait just 8 minutes to make the missing pizza at no charge. Not many placed take accountability for their mistake and provide good customer service. Thanks guys for make my day!

Omg and so so good! We went late one night while in NY and the pizza was fresh and fab. Crowded as heck. Worth the wait for sure and very inexpensive pizza and great dining outside. So so so good !

This place has great customer service, and the order is always correct and the pizza arrives fast if they are not busy. This place has great customer service, and the order is always correct and the pizza arrives fast if they are not busy. Sometimes the person taking the order will have trouble understanding something, and there are times where an order gets mixed up when you go there for pickup, but that is totally understandable. Keep in mind that they can get very busy just like any other well known pizza place, and orders can get mixed up. I still recommend this place for anybody that wants to order pizza.

I have had problems at this store before. Lack of peperoni on the pizza was the main complaint. 1/3 of what there picture showed. They did Ok this time.

I would like my food instruction comment read before they send it to deliver i end up not getting my pizza extra crispy and it would be nice if the chicken can have extra sauce in it, its dry on that.

Should have cancelled my order when I saw the price, but the hubby was hungry and our son was due home any moment. Next time, though, we'll be using WingStop. Their meal deal goes for $17 for 20 wings, 4 choices of flavors, fries, and 2 dips. Only upside is the delivery guy was courteous and even thanked us for his tip. That was a first for me. Nice kid.

I made my order at 2:50pm and was promised pizza would be here at 3:29pm. It's now 4pm and no pizza. I called at 3:45, they said 5 minutes. I have to go to work but I'm waiting on this pizza delivery. Smh.

My cheese-sticks were overcooked and the little cheese was basically burnt onto the bread. My pizza however, was undercooked. I had to throw it into the oven a bit longer at home. I will think twice before getting cheese-sticks from Pizza Hut again. I don’t not appreciate buying flavorless sticks or dough

You can actually put toppings on the pizza next time ,our pizza was basically all crust. And our food took over an hour to arrive when it said 24-34 minutes.The only positive was the customer service i recieved when I called the store.

Unless you can maneuver through the online ordering process. I suggest pick up ordering is best. No restrooms there is parking. No dining in take out only.

Worst Pizza Hut! I ordered a simple pineapple and pepperoni pizza forgot the pineapple, I ordered bread sticks and they piled everything onto on stick in the middle. Didn’t bother spreading it around. These people working there are incompetent! Can even follow simple direction on how to prepare a pizza

I hated everything. Service was terrible. When I went to pick up my pizza, they gave me some other pizza. They didn't even apologize. They just said we gave your pizza to someone else. You have to wait to make you a new one. The ladies Name was Anna, terrible service!

Terrible customer service! Some 19yr old smug kid who claimed he was a manager. He had a horrible attitude! I asked to speak with his manager to file a complaint and he said that's okay, I won't be working here much longer. Absolutely terrible experience

Pay attention to the notes entered. People have allergies and waiting for a meal you can not eat and now have to figure out what else to do after spending what is a lot of money for some people especially in these times is more than just an inconvenience.

Maybe have them make my order correctly next time. We ordered a pizza at 1 with meat one with all vegetables and they put meat on the one with all vegetables

Came here to pick up pizza delivery for DoorDash and saw the preparer preparing pizza with no gloves, touching everything from trash can to the fridge and whatever machine on the wall, and touching her dirty apron while preparing food. That is disgusting. No one should be ordering pizza from this place.

I'll be honest this place makes horrible pizza the cheese is disgusting. Sometimes my pizzas are not cooked well my wings cold the owner should take more pride in training his or her employees. The one on Glenoaks is 1000 times better.

( I got diarrhea). And I Know it was the pizza because I had granola and a banana in the morning and afternoon and then had the pizza at night. The guy there that night (12/26/24) seemed very out of it with really red eyes. So that was already a little weird. And when we got home to eat the pizza , it seemed okay but there was no tomato sauce it was just straight cheese and toppings....

Never coming here again and I don’t recommend it. To top it off the young girl at the front was very rude and didn’t even tape my pizza box shut. I had to go back in and bother the nice young man for two stickers because my pizza almost fell.

I waited 30-40 for the first set that was wrong he wanted me to keep starving for another 45 he said . CDC regulations food industry can not take back food because of covid so this management needs to read up on these regulations and take care of their employees. Also driver was rude . We have a dog and he is super friendly I understand his precautions for not being attacked but the statements he made while trying to keep safe where uncalled for . He would get in trouble if he got bit , he didn’t work for me so I needed to understand that like I’m sorry but I don’t order a service to be talked to that way . Overall won’t order pizza from this store ever again

I went and picked it up at the specific time that I was supposed to. Even said it was ready on the screen but when I get there and ask for my pizza, nobody had even started it yet. Very disappointing. I have a son with autism who gets nervous in the car and they wanted me to wait and additional 10 to 15 minutes.

So I placed my order and I received a message that my order was out for delivery at 5:39. At 6pm I called the location to find out when was delivery going to arrive and the person who answered just responded with all the drivers are out just wait a couple more minutes. We my food arrived everything was cold. I had to reheat all the food in the microwave. Next time I will pickup since they charge for delivery plus you need to add additional tip.

Terrible. I used to love pizza hut but honestly it's the worst tasting pizza now. My mom ordered a pizza and asked them to put garlic on it and they didn't. This is the second time that my mom asked them to put garlic spread on the pizza and they didn't. The pizza is so flavorless now. You can't even taste the tomato sauce. What brand of tomato sauce are you using? Kroger? Where are the herbs and seasonings? It tastes like pizza from a school cafeteria and it's way too greasy. It's just way too bland, especially for the price. From now on I'll be going to Domino's where they actually put real seasonings on the pizza.

Pizza Hut, listen. Your quality over the years has declined. Your toppings have got skimpier. Your prices do not represent what you deliver. Now you want to charge a service fee, plus a delivery fee and want gratuity?! Get out of here! Oh - and since when is cheese not a "topping"?!!! If I want a 3 topping pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese, tell me why you're going to deny me extra cheese unless I pay for it as an extra topping??!!! You've gotten greedy or desperate. We will NEVER patronize your chain again. Ridiculous.

Dont order curbside delivery, dont try calling, and dont try asking a question inside if during prime time and busy. They are overwhelmed. Best bet is to just watch their status monitor for when your order is ready and try to catch someone calling out names to get help. There is way too many people in such small space working elbow to elbow. Not safe during covid which our Government should pay attention to, because this is alot more risky than their outside dining ban hurting better restaurants. I stood outside for over 40 min after the time my order was supposed to be ready with others that had waited longer. Besides the bad in person experience, the pizzas were'nt better than frozen 7-11 airfried pizza.The wings were ok, but in all honesty, not worth the money. I would have been better off cooking frozen pizzas and wings at home. Hopefully their quality comes back when Covid is gone.

Ordered arrived over an hour later, food could of used some extra few minutes baking. On top of being undercooked and late it was not even warm. I was too upset to called at the moment because what would of came out of my mouth was not going go be nice so I put my phone down, turn on the oven and bake it at 400 for about 11 minutes and that was barely ok... HORRIBLE.. THANKS FOR REMINDING ME WHY I STOP ORDERING FROM PIZZAHUT!

The thin and crunchy pizza was not what i expected it had no crunch and mo flavor to the sauce. Out of my whole order only good thing was cinnabons. Spent $55.00 and not worth the price

This store sends their food in open containers. Drivers have full access to your food as well as bugs, dirt, this violates FDA regulation. I am reporting them
