The Best Taqueria in Campeche If you're a foreigner or visiting from another state, you have to try the pastor at Campeche's first taqueria. For over 40 years, they've been a favorite among locals. My favorite: a Swiss-style pastor sandwich from the spit with limeade 😋

This is my first time eating tacos al pastor in Campeche. The style is different and characteristic of the region. In my opinion, the tortilla needs to be heated longer, and the meat is drier compared to tacos al pastor from central Mexico. I respect the style, but what caught my attention were the salsas; you can definitely taste the habanero. The green salsa is the most recommended.

Great al pastor tacos, open late, fresh salsas. Friendly service and popular with the staff from the nearby hospital. Portion sizes can vary and the pastor can be a bit salty but is delicious.

Bad, bad, bad... Cold tortillas, cold meat, lemons squeezed into the little lemon container. They're friendly, but the food quality isn't good and they serve you at odd times... What a shame... Some people might like it, but my experience was anything but pleasant...

Horrible service, burnt meat, stale tortillas, noo, huge disappointment 🫤 because it used to be my favorite taqueria. The flavor isn't the same as it was years ago. I don't recommend it 😝😡
