Un buen lugar para probar mariscos de manera diferente. Fuimos varias veces durante nuestra estancia en San Pancho. Nuestras tostadas preferidas fueron las de ceviche de pulpo y de camarón aguachile. De los tacos, fueron el de jaiba, el de calamar y el de pulpo. Además, el agua de tuba muy rica y de cerveza artesanal los cuentos. De postre, la panacota de coco es deliciosa. Les recomiendo este lugar si prefieren los sabores exóticos y las preparaciones originales. Nueva visita en abril de 2022, cambiaron de ubicación y ampliaron su menú. Pedimos de plato fuerte camarones y ribeye. Excelente sabor de una cocina fusión-gourmet.

Un lugar pequeño pero muy rico. Tienen una fusión de sabores interesante. Recomiendo y creo que es IMPERDIBLE los ostiones, el aderezo que hacen es exquisito. El servicio fue muy bueno y los precios adecuados y justos. De bebida recomiendo probar el red line, si te gusta la kombucha. Igual pedí una tostada de ceviche de camarón y tenía buen sabor. Solo aceptan pagos en efectivo- a tomar en cuenta.

Vinimos un total de 3 veces en nuestra estancia en san Pancho y en vdd que fue nuestro restaurante favorito !!! Todo está súper rico muy recomendable los tlacoyos de lechón y el ceviche de camarón pero nuestro Highlight definitivo fue el porkbelly que en vdd es impresionante y uno de los mejores que he probado ! Definitivamente recomendable venir aquí, tanto por la Comida como por los cocteles súper ricos 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 el tropical Sour y el mago mexa súper deliciosos !!! Es una experiencia gastronómica increíble, en muy pocos lugares se pueden encontrar propuestas así de increíbles, lo que yo llamaría comida tradicional mexicana moderna, de verdad son unos maestros, cualquier taco que puedan probar es increíble, además la atención inigualable.

Una deliciosa experiencia ❤️ Nunca había probado unos tacos de jaiba tan buenos, vine ayer y hoy de nuevo y si hubiera sabido antes, también hubiera venido antier! También probamos el crudo de callo, no me pareció tan relevante pero sí estaba bueno y el pulpo con miso de chile sí que estaba delicioso. De postre pedimos el mousse de queso panela y no, no, no... Qué cosa! A mí gusto lo único que les falta es tener una salsa picosota hecha en casa para que todo termine de cuajar. Entiendo que viene mucho extranjero y las salsas base no deben de picar, pero una salsita extra picosita para los mexicanos no estaría mal. La mesera super amable, definitivamente estaré soñando con sus sabores hasta que pueda volver aquí. Otro detalle que deberían arreglar es aceptar tarjetas, sólo súbanle la comisión a los precios y listo! (Subirle entre 10-15 pesos a cada platillo no es tanto). Gracias por una deliciosa comida 😊

Exceptional food! I would recommend this as a must if you're in San Pancho and want to get gourmet food (with good portions). Consider that kitchen closes at 8:30 pm. Service was fast and friendly, they recommended us some good plates. As an entrance we ordered the Crab tostada which might be a little spicy for people that are not big eaters of spicy stuff but super good nonetheless. As mains, we had the New York steak and the Shrimps, both were a 10 out of 10. If you're in the mood, they have nice cocktails to choose from.

Great location off of the main street - so you can hear what your friends are saying. Each dish is a carefully curated mix of ingredients, some of them surprising. The waiter knew each one, and even counseled us against some things and toward others. When the plates arrived, they were really well-presented - and delicious. Highly recommended. Small so reserve in advance - easy to do on Google.

Top notch food. Black octopus ceviche was fresh from lime and tendrils of cilantro, and textures were perfect. A good sized starter for two. The suckling pig main course was split by two of us, also a perfect piece of pork with amazing mole. Make it into the perfect little tacos. In hindsight I would have skipped the dessert guava tart. The white chocolate miso in the tart was great but somehow the whole package of the tart was not as good as I hoped for after the other two wonderful courses.

The second half of our trip we stayed in zona romantica but so glad we drove back up to have dinner here after reading about it in an eater article. Super cute little spot. Staff was great. Food and drinks were fantastic. Loved san Pancho a lot and loved this place. Highly recommend! Highlights - my partner loved the clams, the pork tlacuyos were heavenly. The fish taco was really good as was the picanha steak taco. The tuna ceviche was great. The desserts had nice flavor, enjoyed the plantain churros. Beautiful cocktail. Very refreshing.

Michelin level food that is an incredible value for the price . The tiradito de pez, ceviche de pulpo, and soft shell crab taco with mole were particularly memorable. So good that I had dinner one night and came back for lunch the next day. Both meals were accompanied by complimentary tostadas, salsas, pickled onion, and lime to change acid, spice, and texture levels. Could not recommend enough. Some of the best food I’ve ever had.

IKAN blew us away. The food, drink, and service were amazing. The three of us ate nearly the entire menu for lunch. The soft shell crab mole and camarones tacos, clams, and tuna stood out, however everything was fantastic! If we hadn’t been staying a 30 minute drive away we would’ve come back for the tasting menu. Don’t miss this spot. Best in San Pancho!

Do yourself a favor. Ditch the tacos and enjoy this unusual Japanese Mexican fusion. Go with the omekase and let the chef surprise you with multiple courses— each of which were beautifully presented and delicious. My favorite was the pork taco with poi. Fantastic.

Came to Ikan for lunch. The concept is second to none in San Pancho, or even Sayulita! Everyone was so friendly and the service was great! The chef is very talented. His presentation of the food is excellent along with the delivery of flavor. I had the octopus taco and the calamari taco. Both were cooked perfectly; not over done and chewy. I highly recommend this place.

Presentation was really nice. Food was okay and not best value for the price. Server was good but they brought my partner a fungus taco with avocado after mentioning allergy. Cocktails were mediocre I would skip. Tostadas and the octopus tacos were the best on the menu.

Came here based on Eater. The food was very disappointing. Fish crudo was fishy and bland. Didn't taste any lemongrass. We didn't finish it. Fried fish taco was soggy - not crispy at all. Tartar sauce on it was just sour. No other flavor. Soft shell crab taco was overpowered by the fermented chard - kind of like sour kimchi. I could SEE the crab but didn't taste it. Overall, everything tasted one-dimensional. Was it their off day? Maybe it wasn't their main chef? Guava tart was the only saving grace. Service was good, and the vibe was casual. We sat by the street and looked at chickens. It's cash only. Food is pricy.

El día 4 de enero acudimos, tenían al menos 3 mesas libres, pero no te aceptan sin reservación, aún cuando tienen mesas vacías. Mala gestión.
