My wife and I recently visited Delah Coffee and were genuinely impressed. We ordered the pistachio hot latte and the cinnamon date cold latte, and both were outstanding. The flavors were balanced, rich, and distinctive without being overly sweet. Easily among the best coffees I have had. We also tried the pistachio milk cake, which was excellent. Moist, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the space is comfortable with seating available. I would return regularly if I lived nearby. Highly recommended.
Really nice place for a relaxing coffee and tea. We enjoyed the pistachio latte and the chai! We all had a nice Turkish delight (just note, very sweet) Very spacious and relaxing, light filled place. Would come back! They also had some nice cakes and desserts we’d like to try next time.
Amazing Turkish coffee with cream, there is a name for it but I don't recall it was medium roast though. Pistachio milk cake was delicious a must try. Wasn't busy as we were the first customers at 6am.
Everything about having a coffee and pastry here just feels right: the daylit openness of the cafe, the rich flavor of the coffee, the friendliness of the staff, and the choices of amazing pastries that I daydream about Pavlov Dog-like whenever I’m walking near the Pyramid. I’m sure there are other cakes and goodies I could recommend but I’m stuck on the caramel milk cake now and just can’t et myself to get anything else…it’s that good.
I’ve been to Delah Coffee In Sansome Street and When I entered the coffee shop I knew immediately this was a good vibe and had a lot of decoration that you don't see in other coffee shops!! When I didn’t know what to order so I asked the manager what were the drinks. She explained all the drinks to me and answered all my questions and recommended me a few drinks from my questions. The customer service was great and the pistachio latte was amazing! I also got a chicken turnover and that was so good. The workers here treat you very well and they make such amazing dishes and drinks! I recommend this coffee shop so much!! If there were 10 stars I would do that on everything!!
I had an incredible experience with Delah Coffee, and I can’t recommend them enough! The customer service was outstanding; the staff made me feel so welcome and genuinely took the time to ensure I was happy with my order. It’s always refreshing to support family-owned businesses, especially when they offer such personalized care and attention. The hospitality of the younger generation working there was especially heartwarming—so full of energy and positivity! I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and a rich, smooth flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! It's clear that Delah Coffee not only cares about great coffee but also creating a memorable experience for every customer
The workers are so nice, I came in and wasn't sure what I should try and lilia recommend i try a spinach turnover. It was so good and she was very patient with me ordering. I wanted something sweet after and aya helped me out that time and she was too nice as well. I couldn't decide which dessert to get and she recommended I try the lotus cheesecake and it was sooo good. They are both very patient and also gave more recommendations but i choose those. They are so friendly I felt that we were already friends. I love that the workers are patient, friendly, and they seem so happy to be there. It makes it more memorable when workers have that enthusiasm. I'm definitely going back. 10/10.
This is the best Yemeni coffee shop I’ve been to. The knafeh, baklava, rose cake, and lattes are so delicious! The employees are also super kind, patient, and remember you as well. They make the experience all the more pleasant.
Amazing selection of sweets and baklava. I love the caramel macchiato (iced) and also their Turkish coffee is the best
Delah Coffee is a cozy gem for coffee lovers, offering a delightful experience with both their excellent brews and specialty coffee beans. The quality of the coffee here is outstanding, with a rich depth of flavor that’s hard to beat. You can taste the care that goes into selecting their beans, ensuring every cup is aromatic and perfectly balanced. The staff are always warm and welcoming, creating a friendly atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. They're knowledgeable about their offerings and are happy to help guide you to something new if you're in the mood to explore. I tried the Adeni Chai, which was a beautifully spiced take on the classic chai. The addition of cream, along with the warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg, created a comforting and creamy beverage that's perfect for any season. For pastries, I couldn't resist the Bee Bites, which are traditional bread filled with cream cheese and drizzled with honey (or topped with your choice of other toppings). They were soft, slightly sweet, and the cream cheese inside was a wonderful contrast to the warm, fluffy bread. Overall, Delah Coffee offers a lovely combination of rich, flavorful coffee and a delicious selection of pastries. The staff, the vibe, and the carefully crafted menu make it a place I’d gladly return to again and again.
We enjoyed three consecutive mornings of breakfast from this place, and it was absolutely worth it. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the food was consistently delicious. The beef and chicken turnovers were especially amazing—flaky, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Overall, a fantastic breakfast spot that we’d highly recommend!
The coffee is really good. I’ve had the rose latte and the pistachio latte and they were both amazing but I have yet to try a stronger coffee. They have plenty of food and drink options. The rose tres leches cake was delicious. It wasn’t too sweet, a great texture, and a subtle rose flavor. There was plenty of space to sit and outlets for charging. The vibes are great and the staff is really nice. It’s a daily go to.
I recently visited this coffee shop on their soft opening day, and despite the bustling atmosphere, it was clear they were working hard to make a good impression. I ordered the kunefah and Yemeni iced tea. The iced tea was exceptional—refreshing and well-balanced. However, the kunefah took significantly longer to arrive than initially promised. What was meant to be a 5-minute wait turned into over 30 minutes. To their credit, they handled the delay graciously by offering me free baklava as compensation. I insisted on paying for it, but they refused to accept the money, which was a nice touch. The shop itself is beautifully decorated, with a welcoming and cultural interior. There's plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy your coffee and desserts. Overall, while the wait was longer than expected, the quality of the tea, the decor, and the generous service made the visit worthwhile.

The pastries and the drinks were great + The lady who took our order was very nice and polite.
Turkish coffee looks great. I wish they had an option without cardamon. The baklava, kunefe, etc. were also good. It would be great if we had more cafes like this and not just espresso.
We had a Delah pot of coffee and it had a nice hint of cardamom. Delicious! And thankfully open on Xmas day!

Fantastic baklava and turkish delight. The mango smoothie was superb. Didn’t try the coffee. Photos are approx half a serving remaining for each.
Amazingly delicious rose milk cake! Yemeni latte was so comforting on a cold day! The cinnamon and cardamom flavors were so refreshingly different from the regular spiced lattes.
So nice to have a cozy place to come sit early Sunday morning. I had to wait an hour for the gym to open, so I came here. I typically go to the SOMA location so I already know everything is amazing. Today, I verified the chicken turnover. I don't know why I was worried or apprehensive. because what I received was nothing short of a miracle. Tasty, spicy ground chicken sort of reminded me of taco ground beef, but in the best way. It was moist and flavorful, and the pastry was scrumptious. Baklava are always amazing. Happy to have this place closer to my new home in Hayes Valley. Will for sure be coming back many times ❤️
Amazzinnng and delicious drinks. So many options, so much variety of the sweets and pastries. Friendly staff. So much seating but so often full of tech workers and office folk that work nearby having their post-work or end-of-day meeting and chitchats. Typical of this area, so no surprise. I feel like I’m supporting a good business and people.
Came through form some coffee, got a Spanish latte and a tiramisu cake. The coffee was made really well and the tiramisu milk cake was very fresh I ate my fingers after it!!! Saif and Aya helped me and were very polite at helping me choose what to order. Great customer service and the shop is full of seats for everyone. If you’re in the area and need to chill and grab a coffee or got a sweet tooth. This is the place to go!
Stopped by here for a mid morning coffee. Nice clean coffee house focusing on Turkish styles. Plenty of bakery and pastry options for food but I just had a Caramel Macchiato. Probably one of the best I've ever had. Just sweet enough with a creamy caramel texture without any chemical syrup taste you can get with sometimes, and strong Turkish coffee.

If you think press, leches cake is amazing. Wait till you try their milk-cake. They have about six different kinds. We only tried two but we're coming back to try the other four (most likely they have more than that in their bag of tricks). The service is great, and . . . oh… And the coffee is really good too. We get four thumbs up and 10 stars on the milk-cake.
Big bright space. Their adeni chai was pretty good, served hot or iced. It was a pretty rich and it was nice to be able to order it half sweet.
First time visiting this location, I usually go to the mission bay location. It was pretty empty on a Wednesday evening, got the honey bread with cream cheese which was fire. Nice and sweet with the honey and the bread was soft. Would come back here for a sweet treat.

coffee is just decent. tried the french press so i can actually taste it. so i would recommend adding cardamom and it should be ok. deserts tho are really sad. the prices are also on the higher side. waiting time further brings the experience down. also, even though i orderedfor dine in it came with loads of packaging and bags. no restroom either. cannot recommend overall
