I had one of their pork sandwiches which was a delicious version of a Bahn Mi. Everything everyone was ordering looked fresh and delicious. Next time I will try one of their Vermicelli bowls.
Yummy! I was pleasantly surprised by how big the freshrolls are and how much food you get - a great value for the price. The tofu was delicious and kept in an area away from the other meat, something that I really appreciated. Try the ginger and Nam Nam sauce, they're both super good!
Got this on ubereats! Came super quick. They were mindful of our peanut allergy. Loved the chicken spring roll over the shrimp. All delicious tho <3 The bone broth was fire!
Great for a quick bit. Not much room for seating. The rolls a bigger than expected. I could only eat two. Great value.
Even in crowded RSA conference lunch, still able to walk in and order at kiosk right away, not too long of wait, and recommend the Saigon Swag, but basically a vermicelli salad with tasty and fresh vegetables and choice of protein such as a grilled chicken. Lots of customization, and interesting menu selection.
I was surprised by the value of the place, given its location. I got a decently sized bowl of steaming hot pho, with fresh aromatics, and a good portion of steak. There’s a computer kiosk to put in the order, and the staff will call the name out. After eating my lunch, there’s a spot near the entrance to place the bowls and throw away condiment packaging. I’m still very happy with the great value of pho in this area of San Francisco, and if I’m here again for meetings, I’ll be visiting this place for lunch or dinner.
Small unassuming restaurant with fast service through an automated kiosk ordering system. Not much of a dining room. The bahn mi were delicious. Very fresh roll and tasty grilled pork. The spring roll was fantastic. Everything is made fresh to order.
I love Vietnamese foods and my friend recommended this place for healthy option . I tried many Vietnamese restaurants including in Vietnam! But this fresh spring rolls are one of the best in my life !! Sauces were my favourite taste , big portion and a lot of fresh Green inside . Prawns were big and pork tasted great !! I also ordered salad . They marinated with their own home made sauce with chicken and that’s so yummy too ! Although there was not much interaction but I could feel staffs were kind and caring ! One female staff helped me to change the sauces quickly when I asked . I should try pho in dine in next time ! Best Vietnamese foods in SFO! Thank you !
Easy order Kiosk. Large seating area. Pork Vermicelli is tasty with lots of mix veggies. Chicken Pho has scallions, cilantro, beansprouts, lime, jalapeños to enhance the broth flavor.
Best casual restaurant in a town!! Fresh, delicious, and reasonable pricing!! They serve cucumber water for free!
Amazing for a fast food joint. Food was tasty, fresh, healthy with a lot of vegetables. The Vietnamese coffee is good as well. Really hard to go wrong with this place.

I needed a quick, easy, and delicious lunch, and Freshroll not only was on my way to Oracle Park from my hotel, but also didn't break the bank for lunch. I stopped by around 2 pm and based on recommendations from other Yelpers, decided to order 2 of their fresh rolls, which was enough to keep me satiated but not super stuffed. I started with two, thinking that if I was still hungry, I can always order a third later. You can choose the protein in their set fresh rolls, which come with vermicelli noodles, mixed greens, cucumber, pickled veggies, cilantro (I took that out since I don't like cilantro), and crispy goodness, wrapped in rice paper. I chose the honey-soy chicken with namnam sauce (their secret and most popular aioli sauce that's gluten-free) and the grilled pork with grandma's peanut sauce. I love both rolls, as they were refreshing, light, and packed with different tastes and textures. I did find that I liked the peanut sauce over the namnam sauce, so next time I would order the same protein with the peanut sauce. You order up front at the kiosk and pick your own seating while waiting for your order to be ready. There's a good amount of seating inside for various group sizes and their employees were very helpful with my questions about the food. Since I was traveling on foot, I didn't want to seek or think about parking. If I was here with more people, I would have loved to order more things to try family style, like their garlic noodles or their fresh bowls. Next time!
Ordered catering for an office event and Chad was extremely helpful. We ordered the DIY bowl set up and had a few special requests given some dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate. They delivered on time, helped set up and had labels for the food. The whole team enjoyed the food and have requested for Freshrolls for future events.
Great gluten free options. I had the spring roll with shrimp and a side of chicken broth to sip. Ordered via the tablet at the front and then ate in-store. Food came out quick and they had an allergen sheet at the front where you order which was helpful.
The roll was fresh and delicious. I also ordered papaya salad, and it was so good! I’ll go back to order again.
my food was so yummy and the service was fast and easy! I come here all the time on my way to campus :) Oscar is always super helpful too

to management: will you please, please offer reusable container service for takeout food (e.g. from Dispatch Goods) ? I would order here far more frequently if you did. That is true for many of my colleagues too
If you want quick, tasty and healthy rolls: this is your place to be. My husband and I eat here all the time and the food is consistently good. More than that the folks working here are great, they are always very polite and professional and we have a positive experience each time. The only reason they are not gettin that fifth star, is the place could be cleaned more... BUT by no means is it dirty, it's just the locale and we will keep coming back for the delicious rolls.
This little shop is tucked among giants in the hotel industry. It is within a 2 to 3 mi use walk from most surrounding hotels. I came for the Pho but only ordered veggie rolls because the shop did not offer pho in vegan or vegetarian options. The juice was great, and my veggie roll. So, if you looking for a quick bit, this is a place to consider. Clean, friendly, and centrally located downtown.
I visited this outlet twice. The first time, I had hot "garlickey" noodles. It was served pretty quickly, but maybe too quickly because it wasn't hot enough: just warm. With the cold air blasting in from outside every time someone opened the door, it didn't take much time for the dish to go entirely cold. Taste-wise, it was good and the portion size was also satisfactory. On the second occasion, I came with my wife: I tried the veg sandwich and she tried the veg fresh roll which was wrapped in rice paper. It was very interesting just to see the way it was wrapped: very neat. Both items were very tasty. The items are not heavy on the pocket and are definitely worth trying. I'd like to try their fresh bowls which can be customised: they have all the options displayed on the walls and in easy steps. You start with the noodles, rice etc, then at each step keep adding more items such as sauces, proteins etc. Seating is available for maybe around 15 - 20 people. It's a casual place and people are quick to come and go. All the vegetables seen were bright and fresh. The orders can be placed via a touchscreen placed near the entrance. The order is ready very quickly: around 3 people were manning the kitchen / service area. They have segregated waste bins where the diners are expected to dump their own waste. The place was neat and clean on both my visits. There are no dedicated parking facilities since the access is only via the very busy 4th Street. Overall, a fun place to go and try some interesting Vietnamese items. I'd love to go back again. Recommended.
The food was great. We had the pho and the fresh rolls and they were on point. The only issue was the efficiency of service. They are suffering from success and they often get so swamped with order (dine in and online) that they can't keep up. The service was amazing though. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place, but just avoid the rush hours.
Fine spring rolls, the pork was really dry, but the peanut sauce mostly made up for it. The rolls could’ve used a bit of pizzazz in some form, as they were pretty plain as is. While this restaurant is located within the Metreon building, but the only entrance is from the exterior of the building.
I was craving a banh mi for lunch and stumbled upon this place when my other place ran out of sandwiches. I came around 2 pm and there were a few people sitting. It has a lot of space with outdoor seating too. I saw they served bowls also and ended up getting a salad bowl with the lemongrass pork. The bowl was actually a LOT bigger than I expected. I couldn't even finish it! I didn't really love the pork though. It wasn't that flavorful and was pretty chewy. However, the portions were pretty big; almost half the bowl was meat. The veggies tasted good with the vinaigrette/fish sauce. I really liked the pickled veggies, and that they gave so much. The veggies looked good and tasted pretty fresh. The bowl was pretty pricey, about $12. While this is more than most lunch places, they did give a lot of meat and veggies. They really stuffed the bowl and gave 2 sauces with it too. I would come back for the salad bowl since not too many people have this kind of option. However, I would probably not come for their sandwiches since they are expensive.
Freshrolls was quick and had a lot of fresh ingredients in their entrees. They offered rolls, sandwiches, and pho noodle soups. I really enjoyed that the options include choosing your own ingredients to your liking. For $11, I could not finish the three rolls my entree came with. Sauces are a must because the rolls would be a bit plain without them in my opinion. Really nice sauce selection and cucumber water to to go along with your meal.

Fresh Roll totally wowed me with their Chicken Papaya Salad Bowl. The combo of spicy jalapeno, vibrant papaya, and tangy Vietnamese vinaigrette sauce was pure refreshment—super fresh and super satisfying!

We wanted a snack after a long day. A proper meal after a day of snacking. Ordered the pho w/o meat. We had a lot earlier. Pho was ok. Lots of jalapenos in the soup. Also odd that a lime wedge was in the soup. Guess it was to reduce waste of another plate. Soup was ok, but a bit lacking. Was a bit spicy because of the jalapenos. Overall ambiance was a bit poor. Boxes everywhere and a bit dirty. Felt a bit like a factory. Overall 7/10. Does the job, but not a place I would crave
Wanted this place to be delicious but it was just average. The fresh rolls are probably the highlight, except they don't have a peanut sauce option! The banh mi looked good in pictures but I went with the create your own bowl. It was good but nothing special. I thought the lemongrass pork had more flavor than the chicken option. Crab fried rice was basically all rice and no crab!
Enjoyed the food, but the packaging will keep me from returning. I eat veg (and enjoy doing so) partly because it helps minimize my negative impact. Also - fresh rolls are amazing. I dined in and was served my order in a one time use plastic container. Give me a paper wrapper or re-usable container and I'd be back regularly. Help me (us?) help you, as your food is delicious.

I got the hot garlic noodles with shrimp and it was mid at best, the shrimp were chewy, the broccoli was cold, and the dish as a whole didn't have enough sauce.
I ordered the soup with beef steak protein. Good for on the go or fast food. The bad: definitely over-priced, small portion, few pieces of meat. The soup was hot which is great but just okay for taste. I'd compare it to Vietnamese food court experience. I had high expectations more for a place with such wonderful reviews. The three people on staff were young, hard to understand, and goofing around on the job. I would suggest avoiding the soup at the very least.
Overpriced and dirty floors but what do you expect for across the street from Moscone West. There is no customer service experience when you order on a kiosk and your food is called for pick up. I paid $8 for a one roll and two sauces.
Items seems to be too expensive if you are low-incomers. Taro chip could be little cheaper. Pho noodles soup with tofu in $13.5 is not worth to buy next time. The ventilation of the store can be more improved as pandemic is ongoing.

Their tagline should be “very expensive, mediocre fast food” and “we hope you like wilted lettuce and Nestle bottled water.” Normally I just don’t leave a review for places I don’t enjoy. But I do leave it for places that seem to be employing underhanded policies. They charge an extra 5%* on top of the $15-17 bowl price, so you’re actually spending more than at a restaurant for an inferior product. *good luck trying to find the 5% on the website or menu. the owners are ex-finance and law, too, so ignorance isn’t an excuse, but maybe hubris is?
I was a bit addicted to this place for awhile but the last tiime I ordered from them they used wilted veg in my rolls which was really strange cause it was always fresh and crispy before. Well I ended up with food poisoning literally right after eating the rolls. Probably just an off day but I still left a bad taste in my mouth.
Had one of their tofu bowls today - and it was just plain bad. Tofu wasn't fresh, tasted like it was fried and then left out for a day - they give you a large portion of noddles and lettuce and a sauce that's overall feels cheap and tasteless. If you are a vegetarian trying to eat healthy - recommend skipping
Had a craving and Tried the pho, and it was the worst I have ever eaten... The broth was tasteless and I can make it better at home. On top of that, they charge $16 for it, and you get what is the equivalent of a small size in a Vietnamese pho restaurant, in a plastic bowl, with plastic implements. Just... No. Try anywhere else if you really want good pho.
Monday 11/03/2025 4:20pm. Worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten. Got delivered through DoorDash and both of the Sandos are meatless and just bread. I’ve been eating here for a year and this hasn’t happened before. Whoever is working today needs to be fired. Making a complain with DoorDash for a refund
I ordered through UberEats and got the message of getting prepared, but I waited at the restaurant over 40 mins and couldn’t receive it as my lunch time was over. I kept asking store manager but he didn’t do anything
