If happiness were a restaurant, I’m pretty sure it would be called *That’s My Jam*. I came in expecting a nice meal and left questioning whether I should move a small bed into the corner and live there permanently. First of all, the food? Absolutely incredible. Every bite felt like it was made by someone who genuinely cares about flavor, the quality of food they feed to others… and possibly about my emotional well-being. If you're lucky enough to chat with the chef or his wife, do so! You can tell they really put their heart and soul into every aspect of this establishment. The vibe is warm, cozy, and the kind of place where you instantly relax. The staff were so friendly that by the end of the meal I felt like we were all part of a very delicious support group. Final verdict: come hungry, bring friends, and prepare to fall in love with your meal. If you hear someone at the next table whispering “wow” between bites… that’s probably me again. The only issue I have now is I doubt any other resturant will be able to provide my taste buds with the same magical expereince. I live in SJ but 10/10 would happily get jammed here anytime. 🍓✨ Not pictured is the chef special quiche - GET IT.
Really clean, cute space. Staff is amazing. Hard to find a true local and well run place to eat. Prices are fine, clearly not cheap but the food and experience reflects it. Food was amazing. Literally best quiche I’ve ever had. It was perfect and plenty. Will be back with a date. Perfect spot for this. Lively, interesting but not loud and obnoxious.
That's My Jam is our favorite place for brunch! The food is excellent, always presented beautifully and always consistent. They have a beautiful parklet which makes it fun to people watch on Divis. Chef Mark, Nadia and the team are always so kind and you feel as though you are meeting old friends. Highly recommend the quiches, BLT and salads. And also a great wine list! This is a neighborhood gem. Our pugs love the bacon!
That’s My Jam is my favorite place to go for brunch and lunch. I’m so lucky to live right down the street so have become a regular. I have brought many friends and they have always loved it too. The food is just so delicious, I have never been disappointed. My go to’s are the avocado toast with salmon and the BLT. The pomegranate mimosa is the cherry on top and I always get a “Painted Latte”. If I have room after all of that the zeppole is the best way to finish off a wonderful meal.
One of the absolute best restaurants in San Francisco and I've lived here since 1985! Everything I've had here is super duper yummy, but I especially LOVE the BLT and Salmon Nicoise Salad. Today I had the grilled cheese sandwich which was also super yummy. Their bacon is the best in the city for sure I had to add that to the sandwich. Also highly recommend their Quiche. Note that they are only open on Friday through Sunday. I'm actually tempted to tell people not to come so it won't be too crowded when I get here and I can still get a table! 😄
Lovely brunch and even lovelier people. Everyone was so accommodating and made us feel really welcome. Will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I come here often with friends. It’s become a favorite weekend brunch spot! The food is always top notch and the parklet provides great people watching opportunities. the ricotta avocado toast is to die for and the breakfast sandwich on a croissant is a decadent delight
The dishes here may appear simple at first glance, but they’re masterfully layered with textures and bursting with bold, harmonious flavors. Each plate arrives like a small celebration—vibrant in color, thoughtfully composed, and effortlessly elegant. The ambiance extends beyond the table: even the bathroom offers a moment of delight, with fresh artisan bouquets arranged in a distinctly Victorian style. It’s a quiet, fragrant touch that makes you feel genuinely welcomed—like a guest in a beautifully kept home.
Cute little place, limited seating but great service and food. The croissant sandwich was nice but the avocado ricotta toast was out of the world
That's My Jam is my favorite neighborhood restaurant. I wish they were open everyday! Since they are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we try to come at least once on the weekend. The owners, Mark and Nadia are super nice and Mark, the chef, makes delicious and beautiful food. My favorites are the BLT with marinated bacon and the salmon nicoise with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon. Yum!!!
We really enjoyed our breakfast and lattes and can’t wait to take more friends here! I got the salmon fillet which was well seasoned, cooked through and still tender and juicy. The au gratin potatoes were crispy and tasty and came with a dill raita (yogurt) drizzle on top. My partner got the avocado ricotta toast with a poached egg and thoroughly enjoyed it (he noted that it could use a little more salt though). They also had some kaleidoscopes on display inside so we ended up playing with them for a while and asked where they’re from so we could buy one. It turns out the ones they display are for sale and handmade by one of the owner’s parents which was really cool! Overall tasty food, great vibe and decor, good service (the chef even came out to answer some of our questions) and it was clear that they take pride in the quality of ingredients and making tasty, fresh food.
Really really good breakfast dishes crafted carefully with quality ingredients. The staff were all very friendly. If you’re looking for something better than a basic breakfast cafe, come here! It quickly made its way into one of my favorite SF brunches.
The ricotta avocado toast with the wine pairing was so fresh and delicious. The jams and nut butter were a great contrast to the savory avocado toast. Honestly, the star of the show might be the bread, and that's saying a lot because this meal featured an All-Star cast. I believe we met the woman who owned it, whose husband is the chef. She was so friendly and welcoming.
My absolute favorite breakfast spot in SF!! The food is so fresh and high quality, with creative takes. The drinks are also tasty and delicious, I love the lattes and mimosas. The staff is also so friendly, nice, and accommodating. I always feel welcome and I can’t wait to keep coming back!
I've never been here until today! The food is amazing. The staff and chefs are incredible. It is a smaller sized cafe but that's to be expected here in SF. Over all it is a wonderful experience for friends and your taste buds. Make sure to get their Donut hole deserts!
Treating myself to a Friday brunch and couldn’t have picked a better place! I was immediately greeted by a genuinely friendly waitress and there was plenty of seating to pick from. I’m always on the search for a good breakfast sandwich and theirs hit the spot - so good!! I actually really enjoyed the smaller portions because they were so flavorful, didn’t make me feel stuffed, and allowed me to try the doughnut plate too:) Will definitely be back for more!
Lovely cozy brunch/lunch cafe serving organic and local food, which is only open Friday to Saturday from 9-3. Has a charming and classy feel. The ambience is calming, with sleek white tables, natural wood, vintage-style calligraphy and metal chairs, and relaxing chill music. There are only a few indoor tables, but the big community table and long wooden bar make this establishment suitable for individuals or groups of different sizes. There's also a cozy custom-built outdoor covered parklet with more tables, built from beautiful wood. The menu is on the shorter side, but each dish is a unique chef creation made from deliciously fresh ingredients and plated to perfection. The avocado toast (regular or ricotta variety) are both fantastic; one of the best I've ever had, though it was a bit on the small side. The menu is a bit pricier than other places, due to the high quality. There's a long drink menu, including mimosas (with choice of Blood Orange or Pomegranate juice), coffee, tea, lattes, wine, beer, and juice. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. Overall, this is a lovely place to grab a fresh morning or midday meal on your own or with a few friends, and I've already returned a few times!
This was on my list for a long time and finally was able to try it out for lunch today. And it definitely surpassed my expectations! The avocado ricotta toast was super fresh and tasty, and the salmon was a great addition. The quiche was lovely too. I like my dough a bit more crumbly… But it was home made and tasted delicious. The sauce was also to die for. All ingredients were super fresh. And service was not rushing and they were super attentive. I’ll be back!

Amazing food, one of the breakfast in the town! We tried avocado toast with salmon and breakfast croissant, and everything is so delicious. One note about the place: we prefer to sit outside because the exhaust hood inside doesn't work well and afterwards our clothes smell like food. It would be great if this could be improved in the establishment.
Very nice little place, very friendly owner and nice staff. The food was excellent. We had the delicious GF breakfast plate, and then Doughnut holes to satisfy that sweet tooth. The Red Rooibos Latte was seriously to die for - had two cups and I’m still dreaming about it. Look forward to going back!

Updated 11/29 to 4 stars because of stores response — we’re all human and will try again sometime :) Food was ok, portions were very small for the price. My biggest gripe was with the service. Few issues - for people sitting at the patio, the servers wouldn’t walk in the patio which led to an awkward hand off of the food - they forgot about my drink. Maybe 20 minutes after I ordered and my friend got her drink, they brought it out and said that it was sitting at the bar. I tried it and the ice had melted. I asked them if they could remake it and it felt like they were telling me I had an insane request. They brought me a deconstructed mojito when all I wanted was to have it remade without the ice melted (because they said it was sitting at the bar) - when it was time to pay the bill, the server immediately came up when I was still finishing my drink demanding payment. We paid and left

I recently dined at “That’s My Jam,” and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. While the food itself was decent, the portions were shockingly small. It felt like they were more focused on presentation than actually serving a satisfying meal. What really threw me off was the price of the coffee—$12 for a cup! That’s absurd, especially considering the overall quality of the experience. Service was painfully slow, even though the restaurant was only half full. I expected more promptness and attentiveness. As for the food, it was flavorful but nothing extraordinary. With so many other options in the area, it’s hard to justify returning. The reviews online seem suspiciously positive given my experience. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
