Price is not too bad compared to nearby stores. 12 eggs $8.99 12 can Soda $15.99 Lots of food service choice and sitting area, with Wifi.
Great place to have lunch. As a tourist I didn't know what to order. I saw several people with a big bowl and decided to order it aswel. The taco bowl is amazing. The market itself is great. Easily accessible.
Market on Market! This collection of shops and restaurants has anything you could ever want, including fantastic coffee, snacks, and meals. I'm a particular fan of the pizza restaurant which serves huge slices of pizza for surprisingly reasonable prices compared to the average price of food in this expensive city. It also feels very safe inside.
Love this place. Its like Whole Foods but cooler and with plenty of different kinds of options on the back, like Sea Food, Mexican Style, Italian Pizza, Açai Bowls and Protein Juices, PokeBar, and there's a Bar too! You will find lots of young people and locals eating there. Specially those ones who works on Twitter. Its actually really great for tourists because there's a great quality of food and its not really expensive! So skip junky food and eat here at the market! Also, there is a caffe store right by the left of the entrance. Really good coffee, bagels and awesome granola & yogurt bowls. Love The Market!

Farmers market! Each tent is from a specific vendor. You’ll find fresh produce to clothing. The produce is organic and well priced. Directly from the owners to you. Entire visiting each tent and talking to vendors.

Nice market with food places inside. Ideal for young professionals in the area. At the time we visited the coffee shop had shuttered (since Tweeter staff will not come back to the offices upstairs). Didn't see bathroom for customers (a sign said they had no bathroom) so we had to go to the hotel right after. One thing we noticed missing from other reviews was sitting areas (they do have tables and sitting inside the market in several areas)
Great place to link up with friends for a great variety of bites and drinks. If you’re like me, love food way too much, and want to try everything, this can be tough. I ended up trying the pizza, gelato and dessert and it was all fantastic. Pizza by the slice is a great value considering how massive the slice is. If you’re a meat lover, go for the Sicilian Fratellanza. You won’t regret it!
Interesting experience! I would never know there’s a market in here not as for the TOO GOOD TO GO !
On the pricey side for groceries, but considering where it's located, that shouldn't come as a surprise. Generally clean and well stocked with basics. Just don't come here looking for more exotic ingredients. Nice to have all the food vendors in one spot, though some are better than others (hint: avoid tacos). Update: stumbled in on Taco Tuesday for $2 tacos from 2P.M. to 5P.M. No, the uninspiring tacos prepared on cold tortillas are still definitely not worth it.
Local-feeling market loved by those living in the area as a niche-food and restaurant location. Lots of small eateries inside, security that is roaming around creating a much safer-feeling atmosphere than directly outside, neighboring Twitter, hotels, and theaters. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat before going to Orpheum Theater or exploring market street. Note that the pizza location is closed until later in February... but the Korean place turned out to be really good as well!
Prices are high, that’s the only point against this otherwise yuppie heaven spot. Quality but pricey offerings for staples like olive oil and western produce. Not many ethnic goods. The $11 range pre-made lunches are a better deal than the hot bar. Impressive and tasty range of hot bar foods though!

I always come here for a slice of pizza. Today, I've decided to go with a burger. The burger is large, so I've decided to cut it in half and eat the other half later, just to find out the burger is raw inside, in fact still icy inside. I had to throw it all away. I work 6 blocks away, and I've only had 20 minutes left. I didn't have time to return it and come back. The number they've provided on their website doesn't work. So I decided to email them. I got a quick response from the manager, my money was refunded and she also was kind enough to provide me with another burger. So instead of the initial 1 star, I'm changing it to a 3 because their pizza are delicious. If you are getting the burger, I definitely recommend you to open them to make sure they are properly cook before heading out the door.
Everything here is pricy, but that's San Francisco --- isn't it? Grocery store with a variety of food stores: poke, ramen, tacos, filipino and korean food --- + a self serve food bar with salad and other snacks/dishes. After eating at several of the shops, I think the trick is just to get a couple boxes from the self service area; a salad with whatever else tickles your fancy. They had some "small batch"... "artisanal"... meringues from Redwood City --- and they were quite good. Shared them with all my coworkers; they were not overly sweet; they were crispy without crumbling to smithereens.

On a weekday lunch, it was pretty empty and desolate (but clean). A man was calmly walking his scooter to the nearest exit but was shouted at by a security guard for not carrying it by hand. (The guard knows that scooter tires and shoes are equally dirty, right?)
The recession is affecting everything. The burger at this place has gotten 50% smaller for the same ridiculous price of $16. They should at least rename it to 50% Burger. Thank God I got extra condiments, coz apparently that's how I'm going to get full for today's lunch
I decided to check out the hot food here since I needed something quick and vegan. I figured it’s a health food store so they will have some options. I was told they can make me a beyond burger. No Dairy free cheese or any plant based options and then they put mayonnaise on it when it was requested as vegan and non dairy! obviously they just threw it together without even trying for $15
Sad barometer for the state of the area. I remember this place was packed and full of energy, the wine bar two deep. Amazing curated selection of consumables. Now....

I brought three “healthy” food boxes from the refrigerated foods to the counter. The cashier pointed out that one box was bulging and could signal spoilage, so I passed on it. The second one, a buddha noodle bowl, was sweet and inedible. Chalked it up as a loss. Then a day later (yesterday) as I opened this to heat up, noticed mold spores growing on top of it despite the exp date being 10/25. The cashier kindly pointed out that I should keep the receipt “just in case”, which was a bit peculiar in all my experiences in grocery shopping. I passed on it. In hindsight, it’s obvious now. I messaged the store before posting here, thinking they would reply, but they didn’t.
Please be advised this open couch is not an acceptable place to sit for a short moment to Google one of the wines for sale to see if I'd like it. "Excuse me this is not a sitting area." Decent market and pricey, but after many visits I won't be back. This isn't a museum. Take the wide open couch out of the wine section if you don't want anyone to sit in it. Absurd.
I just went there looking for ibuprofen! I am in pain and I ask if this is the pharmacy! The pharmacy is across the street seeing from my phone know!Which I didn't know at the time! She SAID:I don't know about pharmacy here-but we have some medicines! And she showed behind her! I ask do you have ibuprofen? O yes! She exclaims! I get few thing's and I went to the counter requesting ibuprofen. She said o yes I have this special ibuprofen for cramps-is that what you Purchise IT for? Yes I said! She said I have Midol! It IS ibuprofen! I SAID ok. I trusted she give me ibuprofen! I paid! It was VERY expensive!! 6.99!! I have NEVER Purchise 16 pills ibuprofen for this amount! I took IT ..but I don't feel ANY relief-SO I WENT to REED! She sell me ANOTHER medicine! Diuretic!!! Contains Acetaminophen 500mg.pain reliefs! Caffeine 60mg! Diuretic! Pyrilamine meleate 15 mg-Antihistamine! I just call and ask to speak with the manager! Explaining that I may have allergic reaction to this diuretic and I don't understand why I was given another medicine? He SAID I don't know the wall greens are on the other side! In fact I was looking for pharmacy. To my question Why is this happening? He didn't say anything. I just went to the store 5.36 PM. Two man's attacks me told me THAT I am LYING-and one of them cursed and walk AWAY. When I ask to speak with the manager he got angry. He curse and left! Here is one of the man's that attacked me. The other hide somewhere.

Visiting from the uk, Went in to look at the food hall and grab a bite to eat but due to needing the bathroom before ordering food was not permitted and got turned away. As a food hall this shouldn’t be allowed. Pretty quiet inside no atmosphere and a lot of empty stalls. Decided to leave and find somewhere else more welcoming to grab a bite. Can’t comment on the food or service.
