I used to prefer the chilaquiles, but the last time I went (3 weeks ago) the tortillas seemed like they were the kind that were leftover, and the flavor and texture weren't to my liking. I think they have a lot of room for improvement in the restrooms. I think the place is pleasant, but the restrooms, which are really important, are very neglected.

I like this place, with an excellent view of a curious lake and its relaxing country views, allowing you to stay and reflect. The service is good. It's a place that could be improved because it gives me the impression that they're just starting out, but I like the atmosphere; it's very clean. The food is delicious. I ordered a pot of coffee, and it's sweetened with piloncillo. It's delicious! When I went, it was raining, and it feels very cozy there. I love it, and they can improve. I'll come back. 😌

Very good food but terrible service. You arrive and the waitresses and waiters look at you and act like they are stupid and do not serve you unless they want it. You ask them and they get upset. I asked for an orange and they brought it to me without flavor. I asked the waitress if she could prepare it for me with more sweetness and flavor and she got upset and returned it to me throwing it away. When I left it, she threw it on the table and did not clean it. I hope they improve their service.

I did not like it, I took my mom and grandmother to eat for Mother's Day and there were no tables, they gave us the option of sharing a table with other people who were already there occupying a large table when they were only 4, while another one became free and we said yes, when another one became free we thanked that family and changed by ourselves so as not to bother anyone else, when we changed the waiter came and scolded us saying that other people were waiting for that table, we told him that we had more people waiting and that they said that we would change to another one as soon as there was one free and he only answered, well there was no way I would take them and I replied we are also going to pay for the service we did not come to eat for free and I did not see the waiter again until I asked for the bill!! Another waiter from another table had to serve us or go tell our waiter that we took something because ours did not even serve us, he was serving other tables, we waited 30 minutes. for drinks and 2 hours for them to serve us food but I got upset because I understand that there were a lot of people but they served and attended to other people who arrived after us first, we asked for the cutlery because they served us without them and they didn't bring them to us we had to take the sauce spoons to be able to eat, I would have left there but my grandmother and my mother wanted to eat because it was late and it was their day I gave them the option of leaving but for them I continued there enduring the terrible service instead of looking good with them I was embarrassed.
