It was really needed, after the previous Fonzarelli's closed! The staff is always kind and attentive. The place is welcoming, although I expected it to be larger, with the use of the upper floor, which is instead reserved for management. The kids' area is lovely: two large tables with low stools, one with a large touchscreen for games, and a wall-mounted screen. They can host themed birthday parties. It would have been nice to dedicate more space to the kids' area, because the touchscreen table is obviously increasingly popular and many children don't have the space to use the games on the screens. Also, one thing missing in this area is wall-mounted coat hangers, because there's really no room to hang jackets and bags without using the stools. All the other tables have regular chairs where you could normally put your jacket, but not here. If you could fix this, it would be a great way to show your customers a sense of respect. It's a shame the slide is outside and obviously not used in the winter. I remember that many years ago the slides were always inside, along with the ball pit, and the kids had a blast! Good prices with regular offers, especially on the app. Unfortunately, the sandwiches on the menu are so tempting, but in reality they're different: the burger in the photo often looks like a finger, but it's actually very thin! It's a shame the pictures are deceiving, but despite that, I always gladly return when I get the chance!

Il posto e uguale a qualsiasi altro MCDONALD'S ma il servizio fa un po' desiderare fate attenzione alla consegna se ordinate molta roba potrebbe sembrare banale ma spesso ti manca qualche prodotto oppure pietanze per la qualità va bene a volte scarsa nella consegna di patatine e spesso fanno molti errori nella consegna al tavolo Il bagno poco igienico e pavimento con molte robaccia a terra poco lavato etc.

Il cibo è molto buono se si scorda di che cibo si tratta, io ho fatto 2 ordini e il servizio al tavolo è risultato veloce, ma quando sono andata a ritirare il cibo al bancone ci è voluto un bel po' ho aspettato per quasi un' ora, l' ambiente è quello di un fast food

Personale non sempre gentile. Spesso sbagliano gli ordini. Ambiente non sempre pulito. Il cibo è quello, niente di più, niente di meno.

Come tutti i McDonald's Ma un ragazzo con la sindrome di down è stato molto apprezzato per la sua diligenza e disponibilità 👍

I had breakfast, and it was a normal breakfast. The service was good, and the lady was very polite, friendly, and professional—that's what makes their products so special. I was indoors. For €8, it's a place like many others. Nothing unusual. No red carpet or anything else you might expect.

Non posso essere obiettivo per questa recensione perché, personalmente, non mi piace il cibo che viene servito. Non mi dilungherò in dati, ingredienti, etica etc.. Il servizio è rapido ed estremamente efficiente. Lo staff è preparatissimo, disponibile e dinamico. L'ambiente è nello standard dei punti vendita di questa catena. Molto appetibile per i più piccoli, per ambiente e intrattenimento, fruibile per tutte le fasce di età e di reddito. Ampio parcheggio. Disponibile mc drive.

Cappuccino non buono. Tiramisù secco. Ho avuto un solo cucchiaino per tiramisù e cappuccino. Non hanno chiesto che tè volevamo. Per il resto solito Mac.

Fino a qualche anno fa era un posto pulito e accogliente dove poter mangiare qualcosa in rapidità, ora è un vero disastro.. soprattutto il drive dove la ragazza nemmeno saluta e dove per4 volte in 6 mesi mi è stato detto che la macchina dei gelati non funziona ... un vero peccato!

Vorrei precisare che abbiamo preso 4 menù e 4 Coca-Cola ma devo essere sincero non sono sicuro che fosse Coca-Cola .. penso sia la concorrenza dato che l’acquisto quotidianamente è riconosco il sapore differente ..

Mi spiegate perché ogni volta hanno la macchina del gelato fuori uso? Non penso che un azienda che gestisce più ristoranti (se vogliamo chiamarli ristoranti) non ha soldi per comprare una nuova macchina...

I decided to buy the new limited-edition Gran Crispy Chips sandwich. Personale incompetente e molto lento. Arrivo al drive ore 18:05 con due macchine prima di me sento chiaramente la prima macchina prende solo un toast la seconda un milkshake quindi due ordini molto veloci. Arriva il mio turno per ordinare mi dicono di aspettare aspetto 5 min per ordinare ordino un happy meal e una porzione di patatine . Vado pago e aspetto , 15 minuti senza nessuna macchina prima di me. Arriva la ragazza Giulia dicendomi di spostarmi con la macchina nello spazio appena più avanti per aspettare ancora. In questo momento ho espresso che questa è una presa in giro e non mi sarei spostata siccome non ci sono macchine e sto aspettando da 15 min buoni un misero hamburger . Magia in un minuto ho avuto la L mio ordine. Licenziatevi che fate prima, se volete prendervela con comodo andate a lavorare in un fioraio mica in un fastfood

Pessima esperienza, disorganizzazione nel personale. Abbiamo ordinato al totem due cappuccini e una brioche con servizio al tavolo e dopo venti minuti abbiamo dovuto andare al banco altrimenti stavamo ancora aspettando. Per altro uno dei due cappuccini arrivato nel bicchiere di carta perché ci hanno detto che non avevano più tazze. Assurdo.

Io non concepisco come si possa mettere un manager del genere dato che i percorsi per raggiungere tale ruolo non sono così semplici, ogni tanto frequento questi ristoranti quando sono in giro per lavoro e sono di fretta, Quest'oggi ordino al totem il quale al termine del pagamento mi restituisce un errore di impossibilità di stampa dello scontrino cosa a me necessaria per il rimborso spese in azienda lo richiedo al manager munito di comanda con il numero d'ordine e con fare arrogante prende a parlare per conto suo con una dipendente circa i gusti disponibili dei donut poi in un italiano incomprensibile mi chiede il numero di totem (hai il numero di ordine in mano cosa ti serve il totem) gli dico che non ho guardato non mi ricordo parte a borbottare qualcosa in una lingua a me sconosciuta... Tra i dipendenti credo non ci sia nessuno che parli italiano e non penso nemmeno tra la clientela comunque cibo freddo e quasi neanche commestibile state alla larga....

Mi sono recato a fare una colazione "veloce", ordino al tablet, mi reco in cassa dove trovo 4 persone in fila già visibilmente innervosite, 5 minuti dopo si palesa qualcuno alla suddetta, pago e aspetto al mio tavolino la bellezza di 20 min, stavo per andarmene. Se avete fretta insomma andate da un altra parte.

Non posso che scrivere in modo negativo. Ho prenotato con Deliveroo, arrivato l’ordine mancavano dei panini, abbiamo provato a chiamare immediatamente il ristorante ma non rispondono mai. Dopo aver chiesto il rimborso, abbiamo ordinato di nuovo i panini mancati, ma per due panini, di martedì, ci hanno impiegato oltre 1 ora. Dalle 20.45 ho dovuto aspettare di poter mangiare alle 22.20 assurdo. Una vergogna per una catena così importante. Sicuramente ci sono altri fast food molto più veloci. In tutto questo i panini pure freddi.

I'm giving a star to the service because it's already the 5th time I've gone to get takeaway and on the receipt everything was there and so when I paid when I got home a menu worth 9€ was missing and every time for that money I would have to travel 20 minutes for a sandwich when they have the order in hand and they still get it wrong.

I especially disapprove of the concept of fast food in general. Given the good food available in Italy, I don't think it's worth opening the doors to these concepts that are detrimental to our health and the planet.

Breakfast (negative review) It's become a tradition here: you arrive around 9:30 and the ordering kiosks are always off. Always. Never once have they been turned on. And if you think the worst, you're usually right... Result: a standing line, because obviously, without the kiosks, not even the app works. When you finally order, it often happens that some menu combinations aren't explained, or the employee will candidly tell you, "I can't combine that," even for things that have always been around. And then, there's no denying it, you start to wonder if it's an internal policy rather than a real impossibility. Lunch (neutral tone) Completely a different story. At lunch, everything works: kiosks are on, the app is working, the service is more streamlined. At the table, you expect just the right amount, nothing excessive. The quality? Well, classic McDonald's: you know exactly what you're about to eat.
