Despues de varias veces de tener la intencion de ir, finalmente pudimos coincidir con el horario y que no fuera su dia de cierre. Desde el chavo que nos atendio de inicio, nos trajo todas las opciones de cortes que tenian del dia, nos los explico cada uno a detalle, y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Mas tarde conocimos a los dueños, quienes se acercaron super amables a presentarse y brindar una excelente atencion. La comida estuvo deli todo, nos falto probar el postre pero la verdad pedimos mil cosas. Nos habian mega recomendado el restaurant y lo estaremos recomendado ampliamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, tienen musica bastante agradable, hace cero calor y eso que estabamos ahi a las 5pm y nos fuimos a las 7. Tienen lugar de estacionamiento, y el lugar es sencillo y limpio lo cual lo hace bastante bonito. 100% estaremos regresando !

Was a FANTASTIC experience. Ricardo treated me like family, and making great recommendations on both food and liquor. I ended up getting an incredible pepper empanada and the ribeye with a baked potato and all of it was delicious! I then was able to take a nightcap and smoke a cigar in their outdoor lounge. Friendly staff, great vibes overall. They brought out a huge selection of meats you can order first so you can see what you’re getting into. The food was fresh and flavourful. I absolutely loved the different selections, such as the ribs, ribeye, and the bone marrow. The potatoes were on another level, hands down best potatoes I’ve had in my entire life-and that’s saying a lot because I’ve had a ton of potatoes. They were perfectly seasoned and the sour cream brought a rich flavour to them. Not to mention the bacon was delicious, so crispy and crunchy. An honourable mention was the melted cheese plate, it was the perfect texture and I loved scraping the cheese from the plate after. The place is decorated very well, and it has a cute feel. I especially liked the birdhouses on the wall outside. Highly, highly recommended La Vaca Tinta. The food was a reasonable price as well. If you’re in the Cabo San Lucas area please check it out. I was blown away and I’m sure you’ll be too.

We just had a wonderful experience at the Vaca Tinta. The whole staff expressed so much desire to please our group, and they did. It began with an excellent explication of the menu, it was followed by providing such a delicious meal. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the attention we received. It seems that this restaurant has only been opened for a month and a half. I predict it will soon be a very popular place for people in the neighborhood.

The steak was good. I ordered the flap meat chairman platinum. It was just a perfect steak. The customer service was one of the best I have ever experienced. They are very attentive, always checking in with you to ensure all is well and very friendly. Shout out to Estrellia she welcomed me graciously and introduced me to my server. Easily the best steak i’ve ever had in my life. Restaurant is beautiful, the service is incredible, the wine is amazing and the food is absolutely incredible. Sebastian was our host and he took great care of us all evening. I had the new york striploin and my partner had the burger. We live in Canada and I’m going to be daydreaming of this meal until we return to Cabo. We ended the evening on the patio chatting with the owner and drinking wine and he was so sweet. And what a setting - great attention to detail with nice, breezy covered patio - really perfect setting for a meal. We loved the antique lights. Very enjoyable and comfortable. Excellent service and attentiveness from beginning to finish. Drinks were excellent and wine was fantastic. We started with empanadas and polleta cheese appetizer with bread. Bravo. Dishes were lobster, ribeye, picanha, and rack of lamb. I’ll be damned if everything wasn’t just spot on perfect. Even the baked potato and the grilled vegetables were excellent. We were celebrating birthdays, so we finished a great meal with pecan pie ala mode. Save room for the chocolate martini or an after dinner drink. Absolutely perfect and excellent. A great venue with super attentive and friendly staff. The open air vibe was a lot of fun and added to the experience. Super intimate and made for a great dinner with clients. I had the tomahawk steak with grilled veggies and would highly recommend. Waiter suggested we start with the empanadas as an appetizer which was an excellent call.

By FAR our favorite place in Cabo, I have been coming to Cabo since I was a little kid. This place is the best place in Cabo in every aspect, food was amazing, drinks were beautiful and delicious, atmosphere and service was exponential. From the server to chef to owner(s) they were all amazing. We got the fresh ribeye with grilled vegetables and baked potato. Along with wine, and some suggestions from our server that being their shrimp, (FANTASTIC) and mini beers, and a mixed drink of Spanish liquor and espresso (also fabulous). We have been here before and also ordered a glass of their chocolate liquor on the rocks which is incredibly smooth and tastefulness. If you are looking for a place in Cabo that you will not regret and will comeback to THIS IS THE PLACE! We will be back many more times thank you so much to all the staff!

This might just be the best steak I have ever had. Everyone in my family got a different cut (filet, picanha, flap steak, and NY strip) and each one was insanely delicious. The melted cheese and sausage platter and la vaca tinta salad were also incredible. The space was smaller but inviting, the ambience felt like family, the staff was kind and knowledgable, and this is overall our favorite restaurant in Cabo. Went twice in 3 days. The only reason we would not suggest this place is if you don’t want to have steak ruined for you forever, because you’ll never have better.

Our dinner was over the top delicious!! Our group of 8 were all impressed with our assortment of mango margarita drinks & service from the bartender checking to make sure our drinks were ok. We selected tomahawk steaks to bone in New York strip steaks. All were excellent!! The grilled vegetables and potatoes were all a compliment to our meal. For desert we ordered a banana Flambé that was prepared table side. The chefs prepared our meats to perfection. Everything was fabulous!! I highly recommend this diamond in the ruff. Es un buen lugar para pasarla bien con los amigos , el área abierta que tienen está bastante bien para poder convivir , los platillos no están mal tienen buenas porciones y sabor, lo que no me agrado mucho fue el término de la carne y la temperatura con la que llegaban los platillos a la mesa. No importo tanto el tiempo de espera , pero después de 1 hra esperas un corte jugoso y caliente, algo que no pasó.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said. I informed the staff clearly that I have celiac disease. I was told they had gluten-free bread. When bread was brought to the table, I specifically confirmed it was gluten-free. I was assured that it was. After I had eaten some, the server returned to tell me it was not gluten-free. For someone with celiac disease, this is not a minor inconvenience. This is a serious medical issue. My first night in Mexico turned into a nightmare. I had to leave the table, return to my room, and attempt to limit the damage while my wife and friends stayed behind. To make matters worse, the food I had ordered prior to being glutened was brought out while I was gone — food I could no longer eat. We told them we were leaving. Friends kindly covered the bill. On the way out, the owner asked how everything was. When I explained that I was celiac and had just been served gluten after clear confirmation, he said, “I will make it right.” They did not make it right. Our friends were charged 100% of the bill — including the meal I could not eat because of their mistake. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a restaurant responds when they put someone’s health at risk. In this case, there was no accountability and no follow-through. If you have celiac disease or a serious gluten intolerance, I strongly advise extreme caution.

En todos lados dice que su servicio comienza a las 5 pm y ahora se les ocurrió hacer un mantenimiento que no saben a que hora terminarán. Pésima experiencia y muy poca preocupación de los dueños (incluso en la puerta dice que habren a las 5 pm)
