We dined at Suviche at the One&Only, and the ambience alone made the experience memorable. I absolutely loved the interior design—elegant, modern, and thoughtfully done. The live music created such a warm, elevated atmosphere. To start, we ordered the chicken dumplings, and they were phenomenal—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The fried rice with wagyu was another standout dish, unbelievably good and something I’d absolutely come back for. For our main, we ordered the hibachi special, which included wagyu, chicken, shrimp, and octopus. Unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations. The food arrived cold and tasted average overall. The octopus was inedible, and the only truly enjoyable part of the dish was the sweet potatoes. We also ordered a side of bok choy, which was fine but nothing memorable. The staff was kind and did reheat the food when we mentioned it, but there was no additional effort to make up for the experience, which was disappointing—especially given the price point. That said, I would definitely return for the dishes that shined, especially the chicken dumplings and the wagyu fried rice. Overall, though, I felt the meal was a bit overpriced for what it was.

Extremely expensive for the quality of food and cooking. Nearly 50 dollars for a ceviche that didn't blow my mind is not what I expected from this restaurant. Their staff was very attentive and respectful.

I don’t mind paying for good food, but this restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. Food was mediocre.
