Thai restaurant close to Eastridge mall. Tonight I had the Green bean Chili with Chicken. It smelled wonderful on the drive home and I was not disappointed when I finally got home and was able to dig in. The guy ordering in front of me says his wife really likes the fried rice. My real test of a Thai restaurant is whether the kids approve of the Chicken Satay, that will be on next weekend's agenda. There's a bitter melon soup on the lunch menu, being a bitter melon freak, you know I'll be back just to check it out! The spiciness level is a bit on the mild side. Next time I'm going to ask them to increase the spiciness level for me. I like to "need" a glass of ice water. 😋 Their default spicy level is probably a good starting point for most people.🌶️🌶️
5/22/2023 family owned. Each dish made to your taste. Extra spicy tastes great.
So glad to see a Thai restaurant on this side of town! Ordered a lunch special of pad see ew (wok-seared wide rice noodles with chicken) and chicken satay. The pad see ew was flavorful and the chicken satay- moist and delicious. Recommend the Thai iced tea with lemon (cha manow), one of my favorite drinks especially on a hot day. The staff is very kind. They gave out complimentary Thai iced tea during their soft opening. Looking forward to trying out more items on the menu at Grab Thai.
Really delicious food. Reminded us of the street food from THAILAND Really authentic and super super delicious must try for yourself.
So glad I tried this place out. Chicken Satay & curry of the day were delicious!! The staff was so welcoming.

I’ve only done take out orders here but every single time, the food has been delicious! The pad Thai is my favorite dish in general, and I find it very flavorful and they serve a good portion. The staff is very friendly, and the place is nice and clean.
The food here is so good! The drunken noodle with medium spice was the perfect amount of heat. The people working here are so nice, we had a lovely experience.
The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were delicious and the portions completely filled the takeout container. The spice levels were a little hotter than other Thai places so those more sensitive to this should order one level milder.
This place has the best Thai food in San Jose. I usually Doordash from them but I decided to dine in today. The ladies were super nice and I got my food fairly quickly. I recommend this spot to everybody and they’ve never disappointed. The prices are decent and the place is super clean.
The food is so good!! Ordered through Grubhub and when my order was delayed in being picked up, they called me to make sure I didn't forget my order. I really appreciated that. Despite my order being delayed, the food was still hot and crispy. I can't wait to go back and try more food
Thai food with relaxed ambient, just like street food. I spent 1 month in Thai and can say that this place is very similar to what can be found in streets of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, etc. Ingredients felt very fresh and flavor very authentic. Great place at a good price!

We ordered spicy basil fried rice, and originally the $13 price tag seemed like a lot but we got so much food for that amount and all of it was really good! The staff was also super sweet, I highly recommend trying them out
For whatever reason, there just aren't many Thai restaurants in the San Jose Evergreeen/Silver Creek area. When we get the cravings for some Thai food, we tend to come here. It's a fast casual place, meaning you order your food at the counter, but they bring your order out to your table. Bottom line is they have a good selection of the usual Thai dishes you would expect. I would point out one dish that I particularly enjoy - the tom yum seafood NOODLE soup; you can enjoy this all by itself, and call it dinner. And the prices are reasonable. We recommend it.
Passed by the spot often and I think their hours are on and off sometimes, so I didn't get the chance to try it until recently. Ordered off of DoorDash while in the mood for Thai food. I chose the spiciest level the foods because I'm not sure what to expect when ordering from a new Thai place. The food came piping hot and on time. Wow, the heat was real! My mouth was blown away lol. The papaya salad felt spicer than the pad thai, so I ate more pad thai to balance out the salad. The pad thai was less spicy the next day. Pad thai: Not the best in terms of flavor; I think it could use more seasoning. The noodles were all stuck together. I think the heat made it pretty tasty though. Papaya salad: I wish the papaya was more crunchy and cut more thin like most places. However it was saucy and the spice was good too. Tom yum soup: Spicy! People said leaned more on the sweet side but it was good to me. Lots of onions. I wish there was more cabbage and mushrooms. All in all, a standard place for Thai food in the area.

I had the chance to sit down and dine in today vs. normal take out. At $11.00, I think it is a great price point for lunch. I tried the lunch special - green beans with choice of chicken. The entree came with heap of steam rice and generous portion of the stir fried and 1 egg roll. If you like very Thai spicy food, you will be disappointed with the heat/spiciness level here. I asked for Thai level spicy which is extra spicy is what this restaurant call it. Yet it's only mild at other Thai restaurants. It's not cheap eat but I think the price range is good enough to be considered for the budget eat category. I liked their fried cat fish entree on a previous take out order. Let me warn you. Although small, they gave me the entire cat fish for my order....including the head. If you prefer to eat just fish fillets like me, don't get caught in surprised until you get home and open up your order. If you are the type that enjoy eating fish head, more power to you and you will like such entree here. Tom yum soup is also very decent. Overall, a good neighborhood Thai restaurant.

Yummy Thai food. Pad see Ew is better than Pad Thai, which was too sweet. Salmon curry J’s pretty good sauce but the salmon was dry. Fried calamari was a little too greasy for my taste.
I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and I asked for it to be extra spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. I was hoping for some heat at least but got none. The noodles were filling though and they came with salad and a spring roll. I also got the kao moo dang and the curry of the day which they made panang with tofu. The Thai iced tea was good. All of this cost me around 40 dollars.

I needed something small portion. I ordered the wings. $12 for 6 wings a bit too much especially if they're microwaved... It's okay maybe the other dishes are better I don't know but for now that's my review regarding 1 specific dish.
I was so excited to hear about this Thai restaurant on this side of SJ as there's almost non-existent. Went in on Saturday lunch and order way more than we could eat as I wanted to try everything and bring it home. The crew were amazing! Ivy was the one at the cashier and when she noticed that some dishes might be too spicy she checked on us and made sure we get food that we can enjoy!!! And Laney who can speak Thai, Vietnamese, and Laos beside of her amazing cooking skills. All in all I'm very happy to find a pleasant place for Thai food (everything we tried was quite good!) and the service was very comfortable and as pleasant as the food! Very homie Thai food on this side of town!

I came here a few months ago and I liked the food; I usually get the pad Thai always got shrimp back then they use to do like 5 or 6 shrimps not anymore. They charge you $3 for shrimp pad Thai but they only put 3 pieces so $1 each you end up paying 15. Too much for some rice noodles. Thai lovers at century mall gets a very good pad Thai with 2 shrimps and chicken for $13. Well too bad I won’t be spending my money here anymore.
Ordering to-go at this place might be a mistake 😕 😕😕 They cheap out on your order, maybe it because they know you wont have time to come back and complain. I've ordered to go from this place a few times and while I thought their prices were alittle high, what I got was good enough for me to come back and warrant the prices. I loved loved the chicken satay when i first got it, the seasoning was good and the sauce was so tasty. But recently when I ordered again they only gave me 4 skewers instead of the usual 5 and the chicken was pretty thin. On top of that the sauce was mixed so poorlu that there was a layer of oil just sitting on top and the pickled cucumber salad was barely even pickled, just cuccumber thrown in vinegar water. I'm so disappointed because I want to support a local small business, but not when they skimp out on quality whenever they want like this.
I ordered on the phone and they told me that it would take 20 minutes to pick up. Then I came after 25 minutes and they made me wait for another 20 minutes to have my food ready. The owner was also very rude and had bad attitude to customer. The food was even worst. They used old oil for the fried noodles and the beef wasn't even chewable. The tomyum was salty and the chicken satay was not fully cooked.
