It's really good pupusas! They could be great, but they lack good customer service. Very slow service sometimes. Flies everywhere because they keep the doors open to let in air. They need more employees and they need to work on customer service and time management and organization. Waiters always forget orders when you go pay. They have to ask you what you ordered. Again their pupusas are amazing, they could have a really good business if they knew how to manage it! That is why they get two stars, love their pupusas, not so much their service. UPDATE: they are doing much better with their customer service! Better organized as well. Still love their pupusas! Super good pupusas! I changed to 4 stars!

Pretty good food. Tasty seasoning meals but I kind of couldn't taste the meat flavor in my asada... my mother in law loved her chicken soup. Portions are big, however it is over priced for the type of food.

Great food, horrible service. Cocktail finally came after I finished my food. A bit loud - 90db - for a place where you sit down and eat. Especially at 6pm.

The pupusas are bomb, but the vibes are interesting here to say the least. It's set up like a night club but I have never seen it full.

I was there with 3 of good friend they wanted to try some pupusas but unfortunately the pupusas that one of my friend got were not cook but it did look like burn out.. Waiter never came to see how everything was... So disappointed. The michelada was not the best but could be better for next time

I used to like this place, but I am not going back. The food was just OK, and nothing like the previous times we had been there. As I was paying the bill, the person behind the counter read the dishes I was being charged for out loud and everything appeared to be in order. She told me the total and I paid with my card, then the machine prompted for a tip and I left a 20% tip. I got a copy of the receipt, put it in my pocket and left the place. Later that night I had remarked to my wife that I thought the total price was a bit high and when I checked the receipt I found they had included a 16% service charge. I dislike places that automatically include a "service charge" without letting people know it is being included in the bill. Moreover, the machine doesn't even state "additonal gratuity", just the normal tip prompt. I will not be going back again!

GOOD FOOD... we have been there a couple times on a Sunday they have karaoke. I liked it ,however ,we requested pure water and they brought us bottled water ... no tap water available ...really??? Other than that it's just okay. Update 8/6/23 Bad service,(20 min for 4 items?) Also wrong price. They tried to over charge me $10.99 when the menu clearly states $8.99 for that item. The server gave me attitude because I want her to charge me what the menu states? No wonder I hadn't come back in 5 years.

I went tonight to eat pupusas. On Saturday night this places turns into a club and they charge $10. I had 4 people in my group and we there just for food and not for the dancing. We just left. We were probably going to spend more that $40 in food.

If you're looking to get ripped off go here. They will change the prices based on how you look. If you look good & are dressed nice prepare to get ripped off with over the top prices. They don't let u take a picture of their menu because apparently they've done this for years and don't want to admit it. If you talk to other people they will all tell you different prices nevrr the same price. Call and the price will also be different for the same item. Show up and they'll find ways to make it more pricy especially if you're a female that looks nice and presentable. I used to co.e here and stopped for this very reason. My bf qt the time had to do the ordering for the best price. When I would show up all those females working there stayed hating. I thought of trying them again however there continued this low life practice. This is not good business and there's plenty of other places with quality food and prices around without the hate added. Take this in account when going somewhere to eat. Eat here at your own risk. Haters never serve anything good including the food because they will only feed what they know how to make which is hate. Hopefully this helps the public. Bad business in many forms. Send your attractive man there and just observe for yourself.

I ordered through DD. One sopa de res & one yuca frita con chicharrón. It was all bad, looks like they used a pressure cooker on the soup, no flavor at all meat was tasteless, it was cooked too hot, same with the veggies. The yuca was not cooked thoroughly, not to mention the 2 little pieces of pork. Completely disappointed in the quality & taste of their food. They are trying to be too “smart” by cutting too many corners. Cuando ya saben que no comemos asi. Todo tiene que tener buen sabor. Hopefully they will make adjustments to fix the way they are cooking.
