come here with my friend hang out together. The quality of the tea is also good, but I’m not the one coming here for often.

My favorite place for Milk Tea. Quick service and the Jasmine milk tea is flavorful.

Adding flan to the toppings to go along with my Jasmine milk tea was the best decision I've made for milk tea. Ever.

Drinks are pretty good. Snacks are pretty good. Little small but worth the wait.

The quality of milk tea is excellent and the price is reasonably inexpensive. I will come here again in the future.

This smaller shop is often bustling with chatting customers. Since the Tea is made fresh for each order, it is one of my favorite spots. There are many tea choices available in black, green and herbal (caffeine free) teas. Since the tea is made to order, a lot of sugar isn’t needed. Milk tea is made with dairy free creamer.

If you're looking for string tea, this is the place. It's really good with the tea strength option (because strong tea and less sugar are really two different things). A friend introduced me to this and I've driven quite far to get here just to get the Assam milk tea extra strong with less sugar option.

Ambience is quite nice if you have time to sit and enjoy your drink. The staff was super nice and helpful. Be advised if you aren't spending more than $5 there is a $0.35 fee for using your credit card. My drink was really good. They are not stingy with the pearls and pudding which makes the drink all that much better.

Went here with my bf. It was nice, the place has a nice atmosphere to start with and is clean. The staff are friendly and the service is good. My bf got a Thai tea, I got strawberry pomegranate. They are very good, mine wasn't extremely overly sweet like other tea places I have gone to. I will definitely come back to this place when I go back to San Jose again. Worth the price. :)

Good place for drinks

Drink was refreshing. The interior is rundown and dirty though.

Decent tea. Got the oolong and minimum sugar but still a bit sweet.

They actually brew the teas properly, and mix drinks with care, unlike a lot of places. Quite consistent over the few years I've been stopping by. Some pretty cool combo drinks as well.

My go to place for boba. I love getting their Genmaicha Milk Tea with sea creme. I've gotten my bf hooked on it as well. Snacks here are great too!

Drinks here are good are fairly priced. Just as a warning, they will only fill up your drink to 3/4 if you ask for no ice. Service is okay

Drinks and snacks have always been fresh and tasty, except for Saturday night (7/9) when we ordered the spicy bread, the mayo used was stale, unappetizing and ruined the snack! Hope they would trash that stale mayo.

The drinks here were awesome, but the reason for my low rating is not because of the drinks quality but because of cleanliness. For a restaurant establishment they need to be spotless. Tables were dirty, windows and floors and window curtains were dirty. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is "very dark" in appearance and the lighting was not bright enough plus the restaurant needs a facelift to a more modern environment. Hope my "none bias review" will help the owners of this establishment to improve. Good luck

The drinks here were awesome, but the reason for my low rating is not because of the drinks quality but because of cleanliness. For a restaurant establishment they need to be spotless. Tables were dirty, windows and floors and window curtains were dirty. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is "very dark" in appearance and the lighting was not bright enough plus the restaurant needs a facelift to a more modern environment. PROS ▪The drinks are great! CONS ▪60% time bad/rude/inexperienced customer service. However, some days are better than others. ▪Bad indoor environment (dirty, noisy, and messy) Always take-out. ▪Besides the fried flour pancake, the food is very disappointing compared to its expensive price. I ordered a bowl of spicy ramen ($6.10 but I realize it is exactly the instant Korean noodle from Asian market) Not worth it. Try the snacks if you want something to eat, but not the ramen.

This place would've had 4 stars but they rang one order when my sister ordered two drinks. You need to order with a loud voice because they play the music so loud. Also was not impressed with the interior of this place. A bit worn out and dirty. Couches and benches looks like it has been through a lot of wear and tear.

I ordered the beef noodle soup but when I got home and since they post the puth in a separate bag they made the beef raw that it has blood still and honestly never going back there.

I ordered fries and drink. Drink came, but no fries. Okay, They're making it. Other people came and went, they ordered fries and got theirs. Where were my fries? Well, the fellow that gave me the drink probably marked the order as complete so they never got me my fries. I cancel the fires and were refunded but it still sucked. Dont come here. There are better boba shops literally 5 minutes across the street.

They only filled my girlfriend’s drink about 70% of the way since she asked for no ice. I have been to countless boba places and in my experience you normally get a full cup of tea, ice or no ice. However, they refused to remake the drink when I told them this. This is a place that clearly puts their own bottom line over their customers. I will not be visiting them again and would recommend that others instead go to the many other boba places in the area that put customers as a higher priority.
