Amazing Taco Bell on my way back from work. The staff are very kind and they always get my order correct

Well-run location of the national chain. Dining room and restroom were clean. Employees are friendly and engaging. Food arrived quickly and properly prepared.

By far the best Taco Bell in the state I’d say, hot fresh everytime.

Went through the drive thru and had top notch service. The tacos were ordered were super hot, so that was certainly a plus. Definitely recommend this Taco Bell.

I absolutely LOVE this branch . Food always taste amazing for some reason and the staff are always so friendly !! Feels good to give a big chain like this my money not just cause of the food but the service. I wish I could give more stars !! I want to specifically point out the drive thru ladies that work both morning and day time always always the nicest girls working

This is a good Taco Bell location. Seems to be fairly new, dining area is clean, easy to find parking. Typical Taco Bell fare, no issues there. I found that I really like the “Breakfast Salsa”, good flavor with little bite. My only complaint is that I asked for a drink carrier and told they didn’t have any. It can be difficult to carry multiple drinks.

If this was the San Juan Capistrano location it was average. The drive up cashier had no orders pending but he ignored two of us at the counter inside. No one else acknowledged us waiting there. The interior counter attendant was on her break. The other customer wanted a coffee refill but he had to buy a new coffee. Dining room was clean and condiment section was very orderly and well stocked. Unlike the Mission Viejo location this had self-service for soda and water. I presume the lackadaisical wait staff was youth and inexperience. I was there once myself

I've shrinkflation but this is ridiculous. Ordered 3 Taco Supreme meal. Barely a few strands of cheese, just a hint of meat at the bottom. Basically just taco shell and lettuce. Seriously???

I usually love the crunchy tacos! I ordered four tacos for me and mom,and all of the shells were cracked in several places and the meat didn't taste good! The tacos were basically unedible...that was a first for me,I may never go back,I'm so disappointed.

Visiting from out of town so stopped by this Taco Bell, ordered drive-thru, and ate in the parking lot. Nacho fries were cold when we received them, and I ordered a couple Cheesy Gordita Crunches. Weirdly, the flat bread was soggy and stuck to the paper for being freshly made to order, causing the flatbread to tear or the wrapper to stick to it. And one of them was completely crushed and had like no cheesy inside. Here’s a picture of my “fresh” Cheesy Gordita Crunch after opening it.

today Thursday I went to Taco Bell at this location. It was around 3 O'clock. the two girls working in front were very very rude. very bad attitude. There was not anybody behind me. so it wasn't like they were busy or anything and there were only 3 cars for drive thru. I asked for couple of more napkins because they only gave me two with my food. They made me wait too long and my food was cold. so I wanted to get couple of napkins from the sink on the side and the girl practically yelled at me not to touch any thing. very very bad customer service. that was the last time I go there and for sure I will tell my friends too.

The drive thru was quick especially after the new remodel. One thing I recommend is check your order before you leave to verify you have everything. I asked for hot sauce and the lady told me it had some already, it didn't! They forgot two items when they specifically said they were there. Just check everything before leaving since you did already pay for it

I had ordered thru the app so it could be easier but when I got there they kept me waiting and told me my order wasn't ready ,when I asked again about my order, It was already there,all the time I spent there my food was just sitting there.no organization at all
