Super delicious tacos! And she (Lizzy) is so nice.

That was the best fish taco I’ve ever had in my life. The seasonings, the temperature.. it was so juicy, only had cabbage and salsa on top and was complete perfection. I’ll be dreaming about this until I return.

UNREAL!! I've eaten tacos all over the world, and the ones that come from this tiny food truck, are easily some of the best. They are overfilled with fresh, fragrant ingredients - juicy fish, julienned vegetables, crunchy slaw. I would have never thought that Veggie Tacos could be so filling and delicious. The ladies who run this place cook with heart and with love. Ate here twice in 1 day. Ask for the corn tortillas, since all tacos come on flour tortillas by default.

I think it has been 8 yrs since my wife and I were here, and I still have not found a better fish taco(salted cod). I think about this food stand once a month at least. Absolutely delicious, very affordable, and the lady running the place was really cool too. Now I gotta go find some fish tacos for dinner tonight, but they wont be as good as Lizzy's.

These tacos are amazing! We stumbled upon Lizzy’s Lunchbox by chance while waiting for a taxi, and I only wish we had found it sooner! Thinking we just needed a quick snack, we ordered to-go—but we immediately regretted not getting more. The taco I had was bursting with fresh ingredients and incredible flavor, leaving me wishing for another bite. This is the kind of spot you don’t want to pass up. The food is delicious, the prices are unbeatable, and if we had more time, we absolutely would have gone back. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and eat here—you won’t regret it!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE catch of the day fish and shrimp tacos cooked fresh and right in front of you. Lizzy is an absolute sweetheart and these were for sure the best tacos we had our entire time in Puerto Rico (including the main island)! It’s a food truck so I’m not sure if she moves around but these were THE BEST TACOS WE HAD ALL WEEK!!!

I can't find Lizzy's Lunchbox. Can someone tell me if they are still a business? Or maybe owner's close the month of August.?? The GPS takes me to the parking lot at Esperanza Beach and it's not there. I tried finding it five different days. It's not there or not open. I asked around, no one knows. Someone told me it was down the road in a green building - inside. The only green building around the corner is a small market - went in ... not there. Someone else said try across from Blok hotel. Not there. There is no phone number to call. Still giving five stars because of reputation...lol... shouldn't give bad reviews somewhere if you never ate there.

Pork tacos were great. Very fresh, two was plenty. And prices were some of the most reasonable ($4/taco).

Excellent tacos! I tired the beef, pork and fish. Loved them all. The flavors were excellent. They were filled with a lot of meat and yummy toppings like Pico and cheese. They had some hot sauce you could use too which was nice.

Got the fish, shrimp, and salted cod tacos - all delicious and packed with fresh ingredients. Prices were pretty reasonable too. Would definitely come back and stop by for a mid-beach day lunch if we were to come back to Vieques.

We came for tacos after a long morning at the beach and Lizzy's didn't disappoint. She's a single person taking orders and making the food with such a great attitude and vibe. We had chicken, pork, shrimp, and fish tacos (they were out of bacalao). We each ordered passion fruit juice. There are a few tables around, but I imagine in the high season people just take the food and sit by the beach. Know that these are NOT Mexican style tacos, but Lizzy's version is fantastic

If you are visiting Esparanza, you should definitely stop in. We got the Lobster taco, fish taco, chicken taco & pulled pork taco for around $23. we were both stuffed! My favorites were the lobster and fish tacos. You can probably get the hard tacos if you request them, but we loved the soft tacos.

I’ve been to vieques 3 times so far and Lizzy’s Luncbox always has the best tacos on the island. She always makes your food fresh on the spot so please be patient and wait for your delicious tacos to be prepared. When it comes to visiting vieques Lizzy’a lunchbox is a must!!!!

Came back later to grab dinner and really enjoyed the food too! We split a few salted cod, and shrimp tacos. Very flavorful and well seasoned! The tamarind juice was refreshing also 😋

AMAZING 🙌 We tried the pork, fish, beef, and chicken tacos and all were fantastic! We stopped by for lunch after reading the reviews, and then came back for dinner. Ingredients were fresh and we enjoyed these simple tacos far more than the 'fancy' (i.e. overpriced) dinner we had the night before at one of the beach bars. The owner/staff were great--fun to chat with, and great hosts. SO happy to have found something that was quick, affordable, while absolutely delicious! We had trouble finding Lizzy's initially because there is no signage if she is closed. It's the aluminum food truck directly across from the The Blok hotel.

Really amazing and flavorful tacos - but expect to wait a while. There is often a line and good food takes a while. The fish and shrimp tacos are a favorite, especially with a cold cup of tamarind juice. The veggie tacos were ok.

Come for the great fish tacos! It is a fun, casual atmosphere for families as well. Tacos are messy and you will need extra napkins.

Update, my friend got severe food poisoning (he got the pork, chicken and beef) after eating here I also didn't feel well. Please avoid until the sanitation standards improves. Or you will end up bed bound for a whole day. I got the bacalao, fish, and shrimp tacos. The latter two were particularly good! The only thing that I will provide constructive feedback on is that she uses her hands to handle cash and right after without cleaning or washing them she cooks and chops the food, which could be a hygienic hazard if the cash bills are not clean. I will suggest using gloves or things like that to keep the food clean. Additionally I do not think it's worth the price. The food was good but not "cannot miss" type of good
