Okay so I am a Mario's baby, from birth to now...so trust me when I say yesterday 11/08/2025, I wanted to go behind the cou ter and help the staff in the San Juan branch, the cashier was cashing, serving and trying to keep a smile, the managers were assisting in making pizzas. I felt proud that under the stress everyone was attended to. I asked the online order cashier if they were hiring . It's sad that youths can't handle a fast pace environment when that's where the learning takes palce. Even through I had to wait 1hr and 20 minutes for my pizza ..the customer service was worth it

Visited the branch at approximately 9/half 9 tonight. The cashier have exceptional service. The place was very busy and she still was kind, helpful and courteous. My boyfriend and I didn't mind the wait a bit because of the way we were greeted. Kudos to her. Did not get her name. My order # was 440..

One of my favourite Pizzas at home in Trinidad. I often call in and make an order for pick-up so I can enjoy at home with friends and family. The setting is nice. The restaurant is often packed with persons. Consistently good quality and taste.

Awesome customer service over the phone. I placed an order online and called to find out if I can have it delivered and the girl said she don't want me to be hungry for too long and that the wait for delivery was 2hrs but if I picked up, it would be less than 30mins. She was so nice and friendly. Pizza was delicious as well 😄

I have visited the San Juan branch and there has been a great improvement on the overall atmosphere and performance of staff as well as the food. Thanks and keep it up! It's a lot more inviting now to come in to this branch.

I love this pizza place more than any other... But you see tonight (July 01, 2020) after dealing with an employee with the nastiest attitude whom had to take my order displeased me... I decided it wasn't right to get upset of of something like that. Then when came home to enjoy my 3 family sized specialty pizza's it so happened that if was half cooked... As u said before I love Mario's Pizza (independence sq.) But you see that San Juan all my experience there just gets worst... before I forget to mention they were closing 9:30 and I came in before 9pm

Nothing here to see. Pizza was just cheese and grease.

Although the establishment was empty meaning having no customers at the time,i still found the delivery time for receiving my order was not acceptable,and to make matters worse when my order #was called the cashier didn't complete my entire order, she left me standing there at the counter awaiting the completion of my order, Poor customer SKILLS.

It took almost an hour for a pizza... and when I looked to the back where they cutting the pizzas everyone standing there talking and laughing and no one in front to inform the customers about the orders.... only for when one of the staff members finally came in front to cash in orders myself along with 2 other customers pizza just sitting there...

I bought two family sized pizza it was dry like the desert it lacked cheese and the toppings were poor quality. I will have to stop purchasing those hard bake and cheese you all calling pizza. Very poor and declining quality of food. I am very upset and annoyed.

Extremely rude workers, very disrespectful, and don't care about customer complaints. I sent my nephew to get one of their specials advertised on FB, at the store, they said they know nothing about it. Made a complaint to head office but they never get back to you after calling a number of times. Kept saying they're looking into the matter, the person who's dealing with the matter is no longer here, all sorts of bloody excuses. Never in life again!.

Very disappointing experience. I called in my order though I was nearby. I decided to go in to pay and wait to realise my order wasn't in the system yet because the order taker is different from the cashier. Because of the limit of 5 persons in the restaurant the staff basically kicked us out in the rain to wait. After 25mins waiting in my car to shelter and I asked the security about my order and he said they haven't called my number. Realising the person before and after me got their orders I asked him to check. From the doorway I can see my order on the shelf and I had to physically asked them to check and it was there all the time. I had to wait over 35mins for this pizza. Very disappointed in the staff at Mario's San Juan. If they check the security footage everyone was complaining.

The WORST. I ordered a family size pizza on Saturday 1st February about 6:25pm, at around 7:15pm I received a call from their driver asking for directions which I proceeded to do. I would normally order at the San Juan branch because I live El Socorro and all my info and directions they already have. I received a call at 9:00pm from a next driver saying that the first driver came to my gate twice and was told by a lady that she did not order any pizza, seriously,we spoke ,where is your cellphone to contact us when you are approaching the street or even blow your horn.The other driver said he'll bring my pizza now which he did with a stink attitude and was really rude, mind you I am 9months pregnant, so they took 3hrs to deliver my pizza that end up being cold no condiments and attitude with it. I CONTACTED the branch demand to speak with the manager asked her if I'm to pay for this her words were * NO CHARGE* told the driver this he got upset tried to contact the manage no answer said go ahead then to be receiving a call from Mario's saying something else to frustrate my pregnant self, I am so disappointed will not be buying from you guys anymore, I could have easily gone into labour that night , shame on you that lady manager who worked that night for stressing me out.
