I always pass by PalettAmerica but never tried it until a few days ago, and I was shocked by how good the ice cream is! Super rich and creamy. I tried the coconut flavor and it was incredible. They have a great selection, including some healthier options too. The lady who served us was so sweet and friendly, and she patiently answered all our questions. I can’t wait to try more flavors and I am definitely coming back soon!

Who doesn’t love a frozen treat!!! While strolling we saw people having frozen treats and we were tempted to have one. There are so many flavors to choose from and we went for Passion Fruit Condensed Milk one. It was surprisingly tangy but we loved it and once we hit the condensed milk portion it’s sweet. We did not opt for any dipping or extras as we didn’t want to ruin the original flavour.

Never thought I would want a frozen treat on a snowy Canadian day but these had me feeling like I was on a beach somewhere tropical! I had the pineapple mint and my mom tried the passion fruit filled with condensed milk. We actually got into an argument over whose was better (they were both amazing). Love that you can taste the fresh ingredients, I want to try them all so I’ll be back soon!

My favourites are the passionfruit, tamarind and pistachio flavors. Their tender coconut and strawberry is also amazing. Warning: This ice cream is definitely craving causing good.

I recently had the opportunity to try this new gelato shop and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The gelato was incredibly creamy and smooth, with a rich, creamy texture that melted in my mouth. The flavors were bold and vibrant, and the variety of options available was impressive. One of the standout flavors was the cookies and cream dipped in white chocolate and crushed Lotus Biscoff cookie toppings, which was bursting with rich chocolate flavor and had chunks of cookies throughout. The mango dipped in white chocolate and coconut flakes was also a favorite. Overall, I highly recommend this shop. It's the perfect indulgence for even for a cold winter's day or a special treat anytime. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate, or looking to try something a little more unique like guava cheesecake, PlaetteAmérica is sure to satisfy.

The staff is very friendly. The Gelato is so good. Natural flavours and a good mix. Our favourites are strawberry cheesecake, mango and dulce de leche. We will be trying more.

These are so creamy, it's like magic. Not icy at all. Flavours are very fresh and not artificial or cheap tasting or overly sweet. So many options, and they all look good 🤩 try the Guava cheesecake flavour

This review is based on my experience of this business at the Brazilian festival on St Clair yesterday. I got one of their Paletta. It was the passion fruit one filled with condensed milk. It was so fresh and delicious. I don’t know how they fill the paletta with the condensed milk but I thought it was such a unique twist. I would love trying more of their other flavors as they all look delicious but they’re so far from where I live. I definitely recommend this place. If I see them at other festivals, will definitely get more palettas.

Palett América is a dessert kiosk located by H&M on Level 2. I tried the strawberry flavour and it tasted fresh and sweet. I can’t wait to try the other flavours

So delicious! My family and I tried the mango, the strawberry and the tamarind! Truly tasted like the actual fruit. It brought back fond memories of my childhood. These types of paletas were very common. A real treat to enjoy again!

Nice experience. Good selections available, we got sprinkles for my little one with no charge. Tastes wonderful. We got the strawberry cheesecake, hazelnut filled with Nutella and mango. If you order a few, they give you a thermal bag to carry them in. Only downside is the price. Pretty expensive for one paletta and disappointing that the bundle does not offer a better price. If they did, we would have bought some to go. All in all, good product and service and good to visit once in a while.

My mom and I got the dulce de leche cheesecake and the no sugar added mango. I brought her to try it because I’ve had it before and liked it. The dulce de leche was tasty, but the mango one had a weird fishy taste. Maybe it was a bad batch but I wouldn’t recommend the mango for sure

The popsicles are fine for what they are. Marketed as being made with fresh ingredients, it is an unhealthy treat for a person trying to be a bit healthier (to be clear this is not a healthy snack). …
