Excelente!

Paolo’s is an amazing stop for great coffee and a quick breakfast! They have some great croissants and even better coffee. I’ve been so many time and will continue to go because its just that good!! My food faves are definitely the almond croissant, the Prosciutto sandwich and the bagels with guava butter! The vibes are always great and the baristas are AMAZING! 10/10 Highly recommend.

10 stars if I could! Paolo’s Playhouse is one of those places that instantly feels special. The coffee is local and delicious, the space is welcoming, and you can feel the care that goes into every detail. All of the grounds are locally sourced, and the owner’s passion for coffee truly translates into the guest experience. They even work holidays, which says everything about the care behind this place. Easily one of my favorite cafés on the island and a must visit in San Juan if you appreciate great coffee and even better people.

Iced mocha is my go-to drink, and they make the best one I’ve had anywhere. I keep coming back for a reason.

One of the best coffee spots in PR! The food is mediocre, and we found the banana bread to be extremely dry, unfortunately, but the coffee certainly doesn't disappoint. Really kind service also. Definitely our go-to when we're at the dog park around the corner.

Such a lovely atmosphere! The drinks are so unique with a blueberry lavender latte (which is what I ordered and actually got a second), matcha rose latte and mushroom chai tea latte, plus all of the regular coffee drinks that my husband loves. Pastries were fantastic too!

He visitado multiples veces y siempre me sorprende el buen servicio que proveen. El espacio del local aunque pequeño es comodo para disfrutar unos minutos y continuar con su dia. El Te de menta es mi favorita bebida entre todas las diferentes opciones que tienen.

Hace tiempo quería probar este local, y fui luego de una cita cercana. Bueno, primero pido un bagel y me dicen que no hay....pero si ven la foto habían 6 en vitrina, así que, díganme ustedes. El iced chai estaba regular, sabía medio artificial (o sea como si le echaron un sirop y ya) pero con un precio decente para lo que es un coffee shop especializado. Leí las otras reseñas y no tuve mal servicio, pero te dabas cuenta que el staff no quería estar ahí.

Se tardaron 25 mins para dos sandwiches. El cual uno de ellos nos lo dieron con el pan incorrecto. Las lascas de queso sin derretir…

Habíamos querido ir hace tiempo, el espacio es precioso y encantador. Sin embargo creo que será la última vez, lamentablemente, el servicio que nos dio la chica desde que entramos fue grosero y carece de educación, lo que afectó negativamente la experiencia general.

I ordered an iced blueberry lavender latte with the utmost excitement and received a white drink to my confusion. Not even a hint of blue or purple like the pictures but I tried it anyways because the barista didn't seem to think it was odd. Tasted like just milk on ice. Told the barista there was no taste and he added more syrups but still nada and no recognition from the workers that it didn't even look like what they advertised. He added espresso because I just wanted a regular latte at that point. It then became a flavorless watery latte for $6.40 as no more ice was added. He did offer to fix it if it wasn't good but I didn't have time or confidence at that point and ran to a nearby cafe to get something drinkable. I can see now that the reviews for this drink are all over the place and it was a mistake to order it here. A shame because I LOVE blueberry and lavender lattes but this was totally weird.

La atención al cliente es pesima, llegaron a tirar cosas en mi mesa e irse. La comida no sabia a nada y por mas que pedi un cafe con leche de avena me lo dieron con leche de almendra.
