Conversation had on favorite Grape Sodas from the past vs now by I (think) Mgr/Owner of that particular store in San Leandro by Target gave off a separates yet brought together feel in comparin' life-notes of flavors long gone. The staff is hella nice. This location is way better than the Hayward B st. location. That one never serves rolls, and your order is usually wrong and the chicken seems flabby and not good. Plus soggy fries. It’s worth the extra few minute drive to come here instead.
I know that Busy places like this will require a wait time. So I ordered online and about 25 Min later came to get my 50+ Wings and Fies. The order was ready for me to be picked up 25 min after the order was placed from my home. Everything was perfect and Tasted GREAT !
Love the Bayfair location. Owned and operated by people of color and they offer the highest level of customer service. Food is always made fresh and on time.

What makes me give the rating I did was because the manager, Roxanne, not only made it Right, but was Super Kind, Patient & hard- working! I appreciate when someone in such a position elevates to make the situation not only pleasant but resolved! She also went on to educate her staff on the proper way moving forward! I recommend this Wing Stop 10/10 Highly recommend! Roxanne is a Rockstar! Whenever Im in the bayarea this will be my location 💯

I usually order and then walk around target while i wait for my food! I have noticed a huge difference the last few months, quick service and great workers, especially during an actual global pandemic. Roxane is always nice when i come in, which i do a lot because my bf loves chicken wings 😂 i know some people are impatient when it comes to their food, but they clearly never had to deal with customer service!
People tend to double park. Immediate vicinity is a little dirty and some people complain of how it doesn't "feel safe". Kinda small inside so I usually get mine to go. Plus, I dont think there's a bathroom anyways. But! If you can get past it, I always get my Wingstop from this location. I often receive my order in less time than the time the cashier tells me. The saucy wings always have the right amount of sauce (some location skimp out on the sauce). The dry rub wings are never dry (on the inside) and fries are just right. Staff is nice and professional. Pretty consistent so far.

If you like spicy fried chicken, you will love Wingstop. Good fries, made fresh, and tasty chicken wings. Had to wait a bit, 25 minutes or so, but worth it. Louisiana rub was very good, not too spicy and crispier than other more saucy options, like the traditional buffalo style. All in all, very tasty. A bit pricey but they give you a lot of food.
Open very late and with killer wings this place is awesome. I loved the food here as well as the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and on my visit I even started joking back and forth with one of the employees. The chicken comes in a DIY ordering style. Choose your cut of meat, your sauces, and your sides and you will get everything fresh and delicious. Try and order the spicy variety as their sauce is very flavorful and delicious.
Order is always slow, so be warned. This time I ordered online but it was almost 20 mins LATE. Their wings are great tho. I never eat in, but it's just like any other fast food restaurant. Garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper are two great flavors!!
My husband loves their wings. I don't get the appeal. I would like some simple BBQ wings and that is not something you will find here. They have a large variety of choices to chose from. Their french fries, on the other hand, are amazing. The service is slow. Make sure you have at least 30 minutes to burn or order online/through their app well before you arrive.
My daughter loves Wingstop. The service was ok. We were helped immediately. That was the best part. We tried a new flavor I think it was Spicy Honey. Wings we waited almost 45 minutes for. They were extremely saucy. They overloaded them with sauce. I shook them off and still had plenty of sauce on them. Definitely not for me. The Korean wings were ok. I've had better at other Wingstops no less.
Order took way longer than the extremely than cashier said. Chicken was overpriced. Employees lacked customer service skills. The employees were just having fun while the restaurant was full of people waiting

The food is ok but I really come here for their rolls. I walked inside with my baby in his cart. Before I could even finish pushing my child in the door someone yells “you can’t bring your child in here”. Come to find out she was an employee out of her uniform and she was eating at the table. Her tone of voice and the way she snapped at me was rude and unprofessional. Their customer service stinks. There is a nicer way to speak and approach customers without an attitude.
Usually this place is really good with their customer service but today sucked. We waited in line for about eight minutes without being acknowledged. There was a young woman in front of us who was laughing and having a grand time with the cashier. There was another customer who walked in behind us and stood in line. A young man came around to the other register, looked her in the eye and told her to come to his register so he can help them. Uhm did you not see us already standing in line?? A few minutes later the girl in front of us finally left. Gave her a coupon I got in my email for a free large fry. Birthday coupon. She said happy birthday and so did the young man. As soon as he was walking away I heard him say, “it prolly ain’t even her birthday.” Since I used my card they needed to see my ID since they wouldn’t take a prepaid gift card that chase bank gave me. I told him he can ask her since she literally just checked my ID. Super rude today.
The manager working on Sunday May 6, 2018 was extremely unprofessional and lack the necessary interpersonal communication skills when dealing with customers and managing employees effectively. She needs serious training in dealing with customers in a customer related business. Although it can take extra resources, time and money, good customer service leads to customer satisfaction which can generate positive word-of-mouth for your business, keep your customers happy and encourage them to purchase from this particular Wingstop again.
Bad service. Almost no one reads tickets carefully. I keep having issues with this place. Missing items are the most common issue. Dips not included, sides not included, and now tonight, they gave away my entire order to someone else, keeping me waiting here well over half an hour while they remade it. No offers of compensation for bad service or for my time. Not surprised either. No manager there that late. Also, they'd lose all their money if they had to compensate people for all of their mistakes. These are online orders. You have the ENTIRE ticket there in print. How are these mistakes so consistent? How about reading tickets? How about basic competency and functionality? If you are the cook, don't try to be the cashier. Don't just roll up to the counter and start handing out orders just because he took a bathroom break. Put them on the shelf like you are supposed to and go do YOUR job! I want to like this place but I am almost always having to look over their shoulders and do their job for them. Watch your order CAREFULLY. They WILL mess it up like 9 times out of 10. Thanks for the ripped bag. Told me they were out of bleu cheese but actually had it in my bag. Wildly incompetent staff. Whatever. Time to find another branch if I ever want Wingstop again. I am done with this place.

The customer service is beyond unacceptable. They need to have corporate go undercover to see how bad it is. They told me 25 minutes and I waited over an hour. While I waited I witnessed several cashiers being disrespectful to paying customers. Who hired them? Throw the whole team away and start over!
This location is HORRIBLE!! They need to be a lot better organized!Here's what they need! 1. Designated Doordash personnel. 2. Designated phone order personnel 3. Designated lobby personnel! Doordash people are so rude, they just walk over people in the lobby, and they get helped faster than people in the lobby! Wingstop needs to recognize that people waiting to pick up phone/online orders are just as important!
Every time I give them a try, they show why I go farther away to get a better experience. The staff is Rude and constantly on their phones. They cater more to Door Dash and Uber Eats than regular customer. I waited an hour just for them not even to have my order on the line to get brought out. I'm NEVER going back there
Last night was my first negative experience at the San Leandro(Wayfair mall) location. This is my preferred location because of the normally quick, accurate and courteous staff at this location. However...... last night I had to wait 45 minutes beyond my estimated time for my online order, during that wait there was an employee cursing in spanish and being very obnoxious. He was so loud, everyone waiting could hear him clearly. Very disappointed and shocked that a manager would allow that behavior. The rest of the staff were courteous. Everyone in the store waiting for orders were silent, all you could hear while we waited was the foul mouth employee. It will be quite awhile before I go back, if I ever go back. Glad none of my family members were with me. 😯😒🤨
Walked in and ordered a 6 piece combo. 6 Wings! Decided to go to Target next door and grab a few things. Came back to Wingstop 25 minutes later but my order was not ready. Continued to wait until the 43 minute mark. When asking the employee if my order was still coming up, I got attitude as if I am inconviniencing THEM! At that point I had to ask for a refund. I used to come to this Wingstop all the time but in the past year or so, the service has gotten worse and worse. I ended up going down the street where my money was happily accepted and my order was fulfilled within minutes. Will NEVER be back to this Wingstop. If you are looking to get dinner at this location, please be sure to order around lunch time. They could not produce 6 wings in 43 minutes and the kicker was that there was another lady who ordered even before me, waiting for her food. She asked for a refund as well. Terrible, terrible service from employees who CLEARLY couldn't care less. I felt like I was at the DMV. I have spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars at this location but they WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME!
Came to get dinner because I am 9 months pregnant and needed a break. I asked to replace some spicy fries because my kids were going to eat them and the lady told me I needed to buy new ones. The lady said she would give me a refund and went to see if the fries were in the bag and she just threw the whole order away. So I was really sad I didn’t get my wings or the family meal I purchased. Especially on Mother’s Day with two kids with me and being nine months pregnant you would think they would be a little more nice.
Ordered for my co workers an I at this location and the whole order was messed up. Fries missing, fries made incorrectly, flavor of the wings weren't even the right flavors that we ordered. The list goes on. overall a bad experience at this San Leandro location.

Ordered thru web app which gives you an ETA for your food to be ready. I arrived promptly and paid only to be told my food was still being prepared. Sat down and waited, maybe 15+ mins passed till I decided to follow up. Girl at the counter checks my order and tells me that they're just waiting for my fries. The kicker is.. I never ordered any damn fries. After letting her know I never ordered fries, she looks through my bag and hands my food over and I rush out the door. I want my 15+ mins of my life back Wingstop..
I don’t know why would people even go there. They didn’t make my order that I made through App ( online) , I walked like 20 minutes just in hope to get my chicken and they said their frier or oven is down !! Seriously? If so then why did you take my order or if it was down later then why didn’t you called and text me so that I could avoid being there ! And a young African American cashier didn’t even greet to my “Hello” and rudely said “Wait” . Such a terrible customer service ! I would rather eat KFC then this.
I really wish I could give it 0 stars. Horrible service, got my name wrong. I ordered 30 wings AND 15 wings. What did I get? Only 30 wings smfh. STOLE 11.99 dollars, y’all can’t be serious. Also the fries was literally the scraps, all burnt and soggy. So terrible. Never going there again.
Takes way too long for the food to be done and one of the girl employees I think her name is maliya she so rude!! And another give free food too her boyfriend. This place is Ridiculous. You literally have too tell them you want to order if not they don’t acknowledge you. The food tasted good, but we had food poisoning the next morning very bad. Only person that didn't, did not eat with us. I will never eat there again and I hope they will take proper precautions after I called to inform them. I just made a order for 20 flats and only got 3. I call and talk to the manager and she said that I would have to come all the way back just to get a replacement order with no deal. Just got off work and ready to relax for the evening. She said the owner told her just to recook flats with no deal or give me a 20 piece on the house the next time im on that side of town. Then she hung up on me to tip it off.
I ordered online around 4pm and arrived at location at 4:40 order wasn't ready plus cashier didn't give ETA time of when my order would be ready. When I asked Fantasia the cashier she seemed to have a attitude Had wait an additional 20 min in store. Terrible service.

Ordered a 24 pack family meal. One flavor was boneless and two flavors where bone in. After I got home and opened the meal everything was boneless doubled check the receipt to make sure it wasn't my mistake and nope receipt was correct but they still messed it up. Learn to read if you want 20 an hour.
I ordered several things but they didn't give me the complete order. They were missing an order of corn with parmesan cheese. I asked for water and the person who stand there give me the order said "we don't give out free water" and turned around. If you know what, Of course I can buy the water. It took 30 minutes when she said it would take 20 minutes. -she was very arrogantly.

And then it's funny to me that she clearly understand what I was saying pretend that she think that I say something else. When I was doing to go pay Hanover her a $50 bill. She say oh I can't accept $50 but you can go over to Target and get change. So excuse me so you think $50 is not worth it it's still money. This is the worst Wingstop that I ever been to. I went there a couple times never had any issues but every time when that person serves me I have an issue. We can stop me to look at the reviews and start paying attention to the workers. The only reason why I went to that Wingstop because I was next door to T-Mobile. Otherwise I went to a different place. I didn't even bother go to Target I just left and went home. This is my last time going there I'm not going there anymore.
The gentleman with the ponytail displayed his unprofessional mannerisms, loud and proud. He rolled his eyes and had the most unwelcoming body language. I haven’t eaten at a Wingstop in years due to the mass hiring of teenagers. I get it. I was once a teenager as well. However, when it came down to work, I never missed the assignment with customer service. I politely left without placing an order.
Seriously worst location ever!!! I've been to wing stop all over the state and never had this bad of an experience! Over 30 minutes for 6 piece meal. Then the manager said the order wasn't late . . . What's that supposed to mean? If the person taking my order had said it was going to be over 30 minutes I wouldn't have placed my order. They were not even busy. On top of that two other GROUPS of people that came in more than 10-15 minutes after me got their food before me. When I went to check on my order they said it was just waiting on the fries . . . 10 minutes later, my chicken has been sitting their getting cold and I'm still waiting on my fries. Yet, the other two groups sheet me got their orders with fries! No apology from the manager or anybody and every single employee was rude! No thank you! Never again will I return to this location!

I wish I had a picture to share, words can not describe it, they were so bad. As a food business owner I was embarrassed and offended. I called the store and the manager who seemed concern as a manager usually is when they received these calls however his costumer service skills are almost as bad as the food I was served. He offered me a free order of fries with my next purchase, I almost died to hear such a thing. I never knew you can compensate $30 worth of crappy wings with french fries. I understand this may not be the experience for everyone who has ordered here but be warned that it can happen to. Its sad what Corporations get away with.
I'm the type of customer that don't check my bag before I leave. This was the 3rd time they forgot my brownie. I called when I got home and told them and they said they will take care of it next time I come in. The next time was today. I called and placed an order as I usually do and also reminded them that they had forgot my brownie last time. The manager basically said if the store didn't make a note of it when I had called, then it didn't happen. That manager Jasmine was cold as ice. She didn't care at all. I then asked for corporate number and called them to report the problem, which I didn't want to do because it seemed petty, but it will keep happening if I didn't. Corporate said that they will put in a report and also send me a $5 gift card. I appreciate what cooperate did but will never spend a dime at this establishment again as long as Jasmine is the manager.
