This was my best Chicken Joint experience I've ever had; Robert at KFC was very nice, and friendly- he even remembered the names of the people he was serving and had a sense of professionality with a flare of comedic relief at the same time. It was such an amazing experience I've never experienced before in my life for a chicken joint. It was surreal in a sense that I never expected from a KFC, it was as if I was at a restaurant, I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence or just a stroke of pure mad luck but he seemed consistent in his services to the other customers before and after me. Hands down my top Life-time experience at a place such as this (KFC, Popeyes, Churches). To also touch on, the other servers/workers were also very friendly and nice- the establishment was very clean including the restrooms as well.

I would give it a 10 out of 5 stars if that was possible. The chicken is hot, crunchy, and juicy. While im talking about juice, the soda in the place is really good. But what if you dont drink soda? Then there is some good lemonade. The employees never got my order wrong and and they are really nice. I really enjoy this place and I prefer this more than McDonald's or Burger King.

It seem that the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller. Even the boxes are smaller at some locations.

The advertising for the $20 bucket is misleading and had to be ordered online, ugh what. Awaited of time

Food is standard KFC nothing impressive and the wait is a lot longer than "Fast Food" expect to take close to 30minutes or more from walking in the door to getting your food.

On hesperian they had what we wanted except spicy cause they would have to make it. O thg her wise ir was good

It's Kentucky fried chicken. The reason for three stars, well the half gallon soda given us leaked in the car. And when we got home we found out it was flat. Then they also did not include our cookies.

But I wouldn't go back for it. The barbecue was much less desirable, with merely the chicken, a couple of pickles, and some barbecue sauce and mayo in there somewhere. The tortillas were lackluster. Worth $5? Nah, and I think I'm safe now from trying the rest of the newly introduced chicken wraps on fast food menus out there. 😂 I am not anti-fast food, but I do have to feel like it's worth the $$.

Food is generally fine, the staff is polite but the last 3 times I've gone, I've come home missing items. Twice I've been missing sides and this time I was missing a Mac and cheese bowl. I should know to check, but it's still not acceptable.

The worker who was found at the intercom was barely paying attention towards us the customers

The prices are too high and the servings they give make you realize just how small the servings really are.

Their prices are slightly expensive for over seasoned mutant chicken but the cashier was kind.

Staff is nice but the food doesn't.... Fries wasn't crispy they were mushy and chicken tenders was super dry and solid and small!

KFC was always my favorite chicken. But now I'm considering not going back. The original chicken has mushy skin. Never cooked right anymore. The crispy chicken is soaked in grease. Also their chicken is way too salty. Most of the time the coleslaw and Mac and cheese are good. Sometimes dried up lately. I found a mushy green bean in my Mac and cheese the last time. I'm really sad how KFC is going down hill.

Worked all day came in to get some food it was terrible the popcorn chicken was hard the mashed potatoes and gravy was not hot and it was disgusting I gave them their food back and walked out thank you KFC for being a loser once again

I originally wanted to get some hot wings....they did not have ANY ready....after already waiting 10 minutes before trying to place my order waiting on the narrow drive through..I was told if would be 15 minutes for wings to be ready...so I settled for a different chicken item order..... the chicken was not fresh at all .....frustrating service...ever again at this place.

The got the 1 star only because you can't leave a comment without one. The food is going down hill. Had the Mac n popcorn chicken bowl and it was not only cold, but the chicken pieces some were soft and some were hard. I didn't Evan eat it, I brought it home and later threw it away. Not eating there anymore. I use to love thier Apple pies, but thier not like they use to be at all. The Chicken you can get at Valeria on the Corner of Winton and Hesperian is 100% way better than KFC.. You can get all Breast and you don't get charged extra either. Try it you won't be disappointed..

Undercooked chicken. The honey bbq isnt how it used to be. I wasnt told that it wouldn't be deepfried and i got some wings with drizzle of bbq sauce. Which i remember they had the best honey bbq wings and thats why i have kept kfc my favorite place to eat at. The potatoe wedges were undercooked, and the popcorn chicken was still hard as well, and undercooked. I am so disappointed at this placr3 very badly! I havent called to complain yet which i will. I have 6 mouths to feed and we got a dissatisfaction meal i have never received bad service from Kfc in my entire 20 years coming to KFC!

I was supposed to do a Door dash pickup from this establishment and they were rude and unprofessional. I will never deliver for the KFC in San Lorenzo again.

Terrible service. Came at 9:30 when they close at ten and they claim they are out of all chicken. When I press them and say how can you run out of chicken... They claim it is all frozen. Which means they just don't want to serve it. They want to close up early and have it clean so they can leave at ten. So rude. Third time this has happened at this location.

Terrible first they didn't get my meal right I had to go inside to tell them this isn't what I order they had my food under where the register was to pay for my food at the drive thru window and it gave me food poisoning I ended up vomiting 4 times throughout the night. No more fast food for me.

Drove 20ins in traffic to get there. Ordered. Got to window n they said no legs no thighs no biscuits but would replace with a cookie. Then get home n I find not my 3 wings as I ordered a 3piece but I get dead biscuits n only 2 very very small wings. Totally wrong.cwill be going to see a manager tomorrow n having soup.
