Excellent experience, the service is very good, and the product quality is unquestionable. Keep going and don't let many chains decline. Guatemala never needed a Starbucks. It already had this quality chain, and you can teach that foreign chain how to do things.
Excellent location and service. The only thing missing is better signage, as it's a bit difficult to find. Otherwise, everything was great.
I think it's pretty efficient for a toll booth. I never go during peak hours, but I wish they had more staff during those times.
This one in San Lucas is drive-thru only, it doesn't have tables, it works perfectly for stopping by for a drink when you're going from Antigua or the West to the city.

Quick and non-complicated drive thru cafe with various coffee and snack options. Convenient location on the way from San Lucas to Guatemala City, probably the only one! Staff could be more friendly and less monotonous.

Un punto muy estratégico pero para ser autoservicio son demasiado lentos para servir mi última visita se tardaron un poco más de 15 min.

I went to the drive-thru and the person there served me very badly. They almost spilled my coffee on my car and refused to scan the QR code for the points. Terrible service! It's a shame because the coffee is very good.
I went to the drive-thru in San Lucas and mistakenly went to the window instead of the horn, and no one ever served me at the window. I waited almost 10 minutes, and another car pulled up behind me and ordered. They opened the window and just said, "That'll be Q75." I replied that they hadn't even taken my order. They took it, and I asked for a sandwich without egg. They didn't care and gave it to me with egg. I complained, and reluctantly, they replaced it. Very bad customer service.
At 6 AM still closed, they don't comply with the schedule
Their oven hardly ever works, and they run out of ingredients quickly, which forces them to reduce their menu. This has happened to me three times now.
Terrible service... you place an order and it's delivered after an hour and a half and it arrives in bad condition... a frappe already seems like hot coffee... terrible, not recommended at all.
