Literalmente espectacular. Un plato mejor que el otro. Los meseros super atentos y baños que se pueden comer en los pisos. El chef quién es el dueño se acercó a la mesa y me vi en la obligación de decidirle lo magnífico de su comida y negocio. La comida esta a otro nivel la cortesía del chef de visitar la mesa es de muy buen gusto y las atenciones de pedro nuestro mesero fueron excelente... volvemos desde Rincon otra vez pero a probar el risotto de corn beef 😁

En nuestra reciente visita al restaurante de Panchi todo lo que degustamos estaba delicioso. Desde los aperitivos hasta el postre, además de una excelente atención! Volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Ponce.

Maravilloso el lugar, es lindo, decorado con clase y súper limpio, un ambiente familiar, cálido, el servicio es de excelencia por todos empezando por el Chef Panchi, buen amables y educados, gente fina. La comida, ni que se diga, deliciosa y la presentación de los platos AAAA. Todo Se process y se hace como en casa. En términos generales lo recomiendo sin dudar. "Great" of excellency

Súper, súper rico. El chef tiene tremendo don para mezclar sabores! La sopa de tomate y las croquetas de bacalao son exquisiteces. Pedimos para llevar y el plateo como quiera estuvo presente.

Sopitas de pimiento poblano, picante pero deliciosa. El detalle del pancito con la mantequilla ya derretida muy rico. El vino, un Tempranillo, estaba criminalmente caliente. Para eso son las vineras, amigo bar tender. El menú tiene apenas unos 6 u 8 platos, pero todos muy interesantes. El ruido estaba insoportable. Les hace falta una música de fondo más alta o mejor tratamiento acústico. O quizás es cosa de ser ponceño, hablar alto para llamar la atención. El salmón con majado de yuca estaba sustancioso y delicioso. Todo se sentía fresco y acabado de hacer. De postre budín de pistacho con helado; un tanto difícil de maniobrar en el plato pero murió finalmente. Muy rico. Definitivamente hay que volver.

Tremendo servicio. La comida fuera de este mundo, sopa de tomate deliciosa, filete de res delicioso y unas crepas anormales. Muy buen lugar para comer.

Best food I had on the whole island and most unique experience. Showed up on a weekend during peak hours having no idea that reservations were basically a must. Got super lucky that one couple were no shows and literally got the last table. We were using our phones to translate the menu to figure out what to order, and this amazing gentlemen saw us struggling and walked us through each and every dish. All the food was incredible, but the octopus might be the best I’ve eaten in my life, phenomenal! And the owner came over and greeted us, what a night to remember!

We had two dinners at Panchi’s including a small birthday party. We were warmly greeted and impeccably served the first night, and met Panchi who is the executive chef and co-owner. He studied culinary arts in Paris and was chef at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach for ten years before returning to his native Puerto Rico. The food is international with Caribbean accents. Our first night the two couples in our group were gushing with praise for the meals and desserts. Our second visit was even better because we were immediately recognized as returning guests and treated like family. I would wager this is absolutely one of the finest dining establishments in all of Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delicious dining. We had the shrimp crepes, which were very rich, but succulent. We also had the cod with taro, which was flavorful and it’s impressive to find fish that has not been over cooked. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating to tourists and we were greeted by the chef during the meal. Intimate, and well worth the travel out of San Juan.

This restaurant is the number 1 restaurant in Ponce as far as I'm concerned. Always the best service and freshest food. From the moment you arrive someone is greeting you, helping you park or escorting you to your table. The staff is very hospitable and attentive. The food is always fresh and although Panchi has his usuals on the menu, the specials is what I come here for. The food is prepared by someone who loves what they do and it shows. You can't go wrong here. Sometime it gets crowded. Your best bet is to make reservations.

The food was SO GOOD. We ordered the escargot, stuffed mushrooms, lobster crepe, and cowboy steak. The mushrooms were our favorite but the escargot was a close second. The waiters were all super nice. The man who took our order was very helpful giving us suggestions and we loved everything he recommended. The chef even came out to ask everyone how their food was - felt very welcomed and cared for.

We had a nice experience... The food presentation and the quality of the ingredients are very good. About the prices, they are a bit high but, it may be worth it. You got excellent table service and a casual dinning room. Although, people were talking really loud, to the point that our conversation were a little bit difficult to keep up sometimes. The parking area is some what complicated because of the space available.

This is a great spot hidden in Ponce. We were the first guests at about 6pm but the place quickly filled right up. Not bad for a Wednesday. Their appetizers are lovely - try the escargot - they're delicious. Everyone has good english if you need it. I'll be back the next time I visit the island.

Wonderful restaurant with fantastic food! Everything is made from scratch and is truly unique. We ate the duck with strawberry sauce and spinach salad and pork with tamarind sauce and pigeon pea risotto, everything was delicious. If you happen to visit Ponce come and visit, you will not be disappointed!

Excelente carta de vinos, y platos muy elaborados. La carta de comidas no es muy extensa, lo que hace muy fiable la calidad y movimiento de productos. El interior del local está cuidado, y dispone de aparcamiento exterior vigilado. El dueño es muy atento y amable. Cualquier plato es recomendable. En un local de esta categoría, deberían usar vasos de cristal incluso para el agua.

Los empleados muy atentos,la mesa bien servida.La comida un poco cara en relación a la cantidad servida en plato.El sabor bien, sin ser nada especial. No se le ocurra pedir "mojitos " no saben prepararlos,pura soda nada mas.

La comida es muy buena, el sabor y como se ve. Pero las porciones son extremadamente pequeñas. Y el costo, demasiado. Entre dos personas, facil se gastan más de 100$ y no sales lleno. Mi recomendación es que comas antes de llegar al sitio, porque te quedarás vacío, tanto del estomago como del bolsillo.
