I love the product and have been a regular customer since they opened. However, lately they've been messing up orders. They add sauces you didn't order, or if you order more than two items with different sauces, they mix them up and prepare them incorrectly. They don't have a consistent amount of sauce; sometimes they add way too much, sometimes too little. They forget to include forks, napkins, etc. They say your order will be ready in 15 minutes, but I've had to wait almost an hour. There have even been times when they forget to include some of the extra items you order. I hope they improve their service.

Mi paquete llego casi sin salsas, practicamente era el pollo y las papas solas. Al ofrecer 4 salsas yo creo que lo minimo es que llegue bien cubierto todo.

No cumple con las espectativas que tiene de publicidad. En la App de comida viene diferente a lo que entrega.

The lack of experience and flavor in their products is very noticeable in every aspect. The experience at Papas Lokas was truly regrettable; they are extremely slow, erratic, and chaotic. The ordering area is so easily overwhelmed due to the lack of a proper system for customer service and organization. The place is only for takeout. My order took 1 hour and 20 minutes that day. They had more than 18 delivery drivers waiting for orders that were over an hour late. It's worth noting that I went on a Sunday at 5:00 pm. All this time, they took to check and recommend to the Papas Lokas staff that they not sell french fries, wings, or boneless chicken until they learn how to make food properly. The quality of their wings, in terms of size and freshness, is truly very...very...BAD...! The food portions are very small, and the sauce they use is very...very...scarce. Considering they sell wings and related products, they're competing in a market dominated by well-known franchises with established reputations for flavor and experience, given the high demand for wing restaurants. Their food could be better, but I think that will take a long time. It's cheap... but not worth it. The only redeeming quality is the friendly service from the staff, who, overwhelmed by the chaos, have no other choice.

It used to be a good place, but now they're incredibly slow and the service is terrible. As a result, they deliver orders incorrectly and the prices keep going up and up. I'm not sure if the one-hour wait is worth it, honestly!

The service was truly terrible. Either items were missing from my food, or it arrived without toppings on a large order. I was supposed to just pick up the food and pay, but the cheese sticks were missing. I complained, and they just said they made a mistake and that was it. Today, I ordered combo #6 for $430 through Rappi, and my food was without toppings, and the boneless wings were smaller than most of the competition's. I'm not one to complain, but when something is bad, it's bad. I will never buy from that place again, not even through delivery.

Terrible service. I've had my order delivered incorrectly more than twice. No matter how much I tell them what the order will be, they end up making it however they want. I don't recommend buying here, not to eat there, to take away, or through an app.

That's supposed to be a sample so you can see the portion sizes. I ordered them through Didi, and when I reported it, the store said those are the usual portions.

I placed my order via WhatsApp, I went to pick it up and they only had part of it, I didn't know the rest. They made me wait 30 minutes. When I was leaving, I checked my order and it wasn't what I ordered. Terrible service.
