I've been buying tortas there for years; they're delicious, but the prices have gone up a lot, and sometimes they run out of potatoes really fast. I really like the pickled chiles they give with the tortas; the pickled vegetables add a nice touch. The hamburgers aren't as good anymore since the quality of the meat has gone down 🥲—they're very thin. I wish they would add desserts and aguas frescas to go.

I ordered the plain burger, it tasted good. That's about it, but to be full you could order another one, or a side like I did. I ordered the lemon fries, but unfortunately they weren't cooked properly. I think they should improve them for the price. The service is good, and they explain the ingredients in the food they sell. Something that surprised me is that the entire time I was there, not a single customer came in.

Pésimo servicio, además de no tener el producto (comida) tardan mucho en entregar, además de que su organización para trabajar es pésimo como la atención al cliente. La señora es muy mal encarada.

I found the tortas a bit pricey... very limited in meat, vegetables, and cheese. The owner's service left a lot to be desired, since I only ordered one torta... and he said, "Just one?"! He was kind of annoying... but oh well, never mind. Obviously, I won't be back!

Well, I went and the service is terrible. The employees are always messing around, like kids. They put another order on my tab and tried to charge me for it, and on top of that, they tried to charge me more. The food was awful, not worth it. Oh, and the owner was really grumpy, with a sour face.

They need to pay more attention to the preparation of their salchipapas. The ones I bought were hard and inedible, and several of them didn't even have sauce on the tortas since I bought them to go and didn't realize. I can hardly recommend them. Thanks.
