The food is good but make sure you check your order to make sure everything is there if you're getting it to go. The amount of times they've forgotten parts of my family's order is insane. It's to be expected at this point. Very frustrating to consistently drive home and not have everything there.

Got back to the house just to find out I didn’t get the okra and the wrong size of Coleslaw. Spent 90 something dollars, you would think they would make sure the order was right. Alex the general manager had an attitude about the situation then when asked if he could look up the order by the ticket number he said he would have to look it up all individually. Which is crazy I’ve worked at fast food places and you can look up the order by the number. He didn’t want to do he’s job that’s all it was. Worst customer service specially coming from a so called general manager… I will be filing a complaint with the district manager.

Return Refunded bc they wanted to give me something other than what i ordered & did not tell me until after they charged my card. Will not go there again.

They apparently did not have chicken tenders for their number one meal and I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make some tenders. So they neither had chicken nor were they express.

Cashier was horrible , bad attitude for absolutely no reason at all. Chicken wasnt fresh. It was okay at best.

The employee was a rude skinny man with long black hair. I asked him if the fries were fresh. He said they're up there aren't they?. The fries was over cooked and cold. the Chicken was over cooked and greasy. I will stick with Bushs Chicken up the road from there. I should have know when I saw a pile of Chicken and a tray of fries with very few customers, I know why now.

Very Gross place manager is rude and has a runny nose and should have stayed home. He was walking around with his cold Medicine around the food and even sat it down on the counter up front. Crazy they are still in business.

The chicken here was cooked in bad oil or recooked. The food had a funny smell and did not taste good at all. The crust was soggy and you can see in the photos seems to be overcooked. The biscuits were in a bag not boxed, and needless to say were hard as a rock. This establishment is hit or miss. Sometimes you get decent food and other times you get horrible food that’s a waste of your money. I don’t understand why they can’t keep this place clean and provide good tasting food. It’s quite disappointing.

So you’re a fast food restaurant that’s lost its mind on pricing. Chicken is one of the more inexpensive foods and you want over $60 for chicken tenders and two measly sides. It used to be half that now that’s just as much as going to a good restaurant not fast food, and the service wasn’t that great.

I came to eat some chicken and this is what they give in a 10 piece mix i dont recomend to come and eat this kind of chicken i wont be back here are the pictures and who atend us you need a job that you would need to love

We requested the 15 piece strip special and it was disgusting. It was a box of old strips that were falling apart with a puddle of old grease at the bottom. They looked and tasted old. It wasn't 15 strips either. It looks like all the old chunks just thrown into a box. The fries were stale as well. It came out to over $40 and was absolutely not worth it. This usually isn't the case. But it was bad enough that we won't be back anymore.

This is by far the Worst location! Every time we go here, they are rude and act like they have no time for their customers. Today at 11:45a Friday at Lunch time they said "Mac & Cheese is not ready yet" The food also looks terrible, shouldn't everything be fresh right before a lunch rush? The fries look old and dried out and the chicken is greasy, like it sat in the grease for A while. Hire Better for as much as you charge!
