They literally take the word fast food and throw it out the window. I order one thing and have to pull over and wait 30 minutes for the order to be ready. This is everytime I come here.

Some of the co workers are nice, so I didn’t want to do this. But iv been coming to this McDonald’s everyday for almost 2 years. Iv never hated McDonald’s more than I do now. The food is always bad, the coffee is bad, it always takes forever. It just doesn’t taste like the McDonald’s I’m used too.

They charged me for eggs i did not receive on my sandwhiches. Wouldnt refund me over the phone. The to go bag smelled like pot, the buns and sausage were dry. Someone needs to do some quality control.

If your uber/doordash just dismiss the order, it's not worth waiting thirty minutes to receive your food these people get paid per the hour.So they don't care how long it takes to wait in the drive thru for your order. And don't even think about calling to try receiving the order.Because they'll just give you attitude and say that the lobby's closed.

Each time ive gone here they've always lost my order when I order through the app. Not sure why they even have the table markers when they just call out your order so you have to get up and get it yourself anyways. One of the many terrible mcdonald locations. 40 minute wait on 2 burgers is crazy.

At 8:30pm today, Dec. 17, 2025. I went through the drive thru to place my order. I placed the first couple of items and could hear the employee responding to everything as well as the background kitchen noise. After I added in my fries to the order, the audio suddenly cut out and I was left waiting for about a full minute and said hello at least three times. After the third time the employee unmuted himself while halfway through a sentence and rudely asked if I was done. I asked if he had heard the last item on my order (fries) because the audio cut out and I wasn't sure if he could hear me and he was rude in his response and cut me off saying that he had already added it to the order. I explained that I couldn't tell if he heard me because his microphone cut out and he cut me off again and told me to pull forward. When I got to the pay window, they asked me to pay for a hot and spicy sandwich as well as a plain and dry burger and I explained that that was not what I ordered. After this the pay station employee went to go talk with someone and said it was alright and they would correct my order after I pulled in, once I pulled in to pick up my order, the guy still handed the window cashier the wrong order, I explained again and was told to park in the curbside pickup section so they could bring out my correct order. As I parked I noticed that car after car was also parking at curbside pickup after heading to the drive through window. Meaning that everyone's orders had been incorrectly taken. I understand that mistakes happen, as it is a queue system and one mistake can cause a large chain of problems. I would have been fine with this if they resolved the issue quickly and nicely, however, it took a solid 5-10 minutes to bring out the correct item (a Big Mac) and once the employee brought it to my driver window (I'm assuming this is the same employee who took my order through the headset at the drive-thru) I rolled down my window, had a big smile and said "hi there!" And his reply was to stuff the bag through my window and say "here" with a frown on his face. When I asked if this was the Big Mac he quickly opened the bag, tearing it in the process, peaked inside and said "yeah" and quickly handed me the bag. I was so surprised because the rest of the employees seemed nice and even though this employee or maybe another employee messed up along the line, I didn't expect them to take it out on their customers. Especially since they messed up an estimated 6-7 vehicles worth of orders. The only positive experience I had was that during the confusion they forgot to ask for my card, so the meal was free. I even asked the second window employee if they needed my card and they just told me to head to the curbside pickup area

Swung in to pick up a DoorDash order. Aside from being ignored the entire time by at least four workers (which I’m guessing is a McDonald’s thing now? Since this happens whenever I walk into just about any store)I watched one of the workers drop an entire bin of what looked like stickers, or unfolded drink holders or something on the floor, and proceed to scoop them all back into the bin, and set them back on the prep table? One of the other women workers slammed two separate bags of food onto the counter and yelled orders, which I get the yelling but dropping the bags the way she did like it’s a bother to do her job? I’ve seen two workers just standing around on their phones as well. Probably not the best store to come into

To be honest, this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The employees are rude every time and the line is always unnecessarily long. I keep coming back trying to give it the benefit of doubt, but I remember exactly why I don’t come. Last time I had waited over an HOUR in the drive thru and they canceled my order from the app, so I had to pay another time. Now I’m waiting a ridiculous amount of time once again.

Having 5+ cars parked bc the drive through is so backed up is ridiculous. I was waiting In the speaker for 5+ minutes for someone to NEVER actually answer me. Orders at the window with no apology or reasoning as to why nobody answered me. I pay, get to the second window & and immediately get parked. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for me to get my complete order bc they brought it out incomplete the first time.

On 10.10.25 I went to this McDonald’s around 10:30ish at night we were going to place an order in the parking lot because we saw that there was a long line in the drive thru I got out my car to use the restroom obviously it was locked but there was a guy trying to get the attention of the workers because they got his order wrong he had a few kids with him and they were all crying he was trying to tell them they messed up his order he was being nice at that. Workers kept waiving him off and laughing then a worker and his mom or grandma walked out of the McDonald’s with a bunch of food. Whoever the manager at night is should not be in charge of this place very sad service from all the night shift workers here

I’ve tried getting food late at night twice from this spot now, like 3AM - 3:30AM and they always say the same thing “we’re not taking orders right now”. It happens every time. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and this is just a sign of lazy workers. They don’t want to do their job. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. The atmosphere inside is terrible, it’s dirty and the staff doesn’t care. The food is below any other McDonald’s out there. Lazy workers that treat customers terribly

Never fails. Every time I come to this McDonald’s they have the worst attitudes, running around like chickens inside or make you wait in a long drive through line, finally get to window then they tell you to wait in a curbside parking. This is the only McDonald’s every time drive through “can you pull into #” just to wait forever more. This is the only McDonald’s that constantly does this only because they have like 10 curbside lanes and a big parking lot to have people waiting. Kyle definitely doesn’t do this constantly.

I am not the type to usually leave a review or even complain to anyone about an issue considering it’s mcdonald’s, you get what you pay for. However today just really set me over the edge. I placed a mobile order online and get to the speaker, immediately i’m told to order, no hi, hello, nothing. That’s whatever, it wasn’t that big of a deal to me. I make it to the window and the attitude isn’t much better there. I look in my bag after leaving the line, and my medium fry is halfway empty and they gave me a small frape instead of the medium which I paid for. I went inside the store and didn’t even mention the drink, i just wanted a new fry. I wait 10 minutes for anyone to even speak to me after 5 employees locked eyes with me while they were giggling it up. I finally get someone to help and I let him know what I need, now I have to wait another 5 minutes for a new fry while half the employees are walking around like they’re lost and confused all while laughing at whatever they were laughing at. I really could care less what they do at their job, I just want my food to be hot and what I actually ordered.
