Straight up lying about their prices. If you order pick up from the website it's hella cheaper than the price they charge if you order at the store. I wanted a side of gravy. It's only $2.99 on the website for that san pablo location, but when I ordered at the store they charged me $3.99 just for some gravy. Same thing with the other sides, it's cheaper if you just order pick up before hand.

I’d rather drive 10 more minutes to the other stores nearby. First time I ordered the ghost pepper wings but they gave me the original and the second time I ordered the same thing but they didn’t mix the ghost pepper powder well.

3 times this time I ask for hot chicken they told me in drive thru a young girl Surima no one else complains I can wait 20 min for hot chicken! I told her it’s illegal to sell chicken cold! And last time I did not complain my wings was muchie and chicken cold this time no! She was rude as hell!! Surima u should not be in customer service period

They messed up on my order ahí got ghost pepper wings an they only but 5 wings seasoning an the person who took my order was named Yoselin an has a bad attitude they need people who need to be more accurate with orders an I think she is a team leader case of the shirt an the manager idk she is some else also they need to do some about this place an the horse play all the time when the boss is not there is not high school for y’all to horse around talk to one another an work they need to do some about this asap seriously an need employing Spanish an English speaking people not just Spanish what is this world comeing to seriously

Went there for da fist time n i ordered n that guy on cashier was really rude n when i was done ordering he didn’t say nun just left i was standing there n waiting then i ask him after 10 min where is ma order he was like not rdy n gave me side eye n left when i got ma food i left dat place n ate food in ma car as soon as i got home i started throwing up n my stock was messed up so bad. Just letting yall know don’t go there worst place to eat.

Food at the san pablo ca location is sub par employees are rude and the restaurant itself is dirty. We spent $70 on chicken and it was under headlamps that tasted 2 days old. Pies were smashed and fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was all breeding and cold. This location is the worst

This place is literally disgusting! I had a craving for chicken strips so I came at 10:30am right when they opened got my order sat in the car enjoying my chicken strips. As I went to go take a big sip of my lemonade, I noticed something moving on the inside! After closer inspection, I had not one, but TWO large live fruit flies inside of my lemonade!! I quickly went back into the establishment to request a refund, and to inform them of what had occurred. All throughout the restaurant near the drive-through window, where they keep the fresh fruit juices is a smorgasbord of fruit flies! That is so crazy to me and the fact that someone could pour a cup of lemonade and not notice two flies going in is wild!

Used to like going to Popeyes until I found INFECTED PUSS in my sandwhich. I took a bite and immediately threw up. When I informed them of this they said it was batter, but it was very clearly surrounded by rotting chicken. Was not even offered a refund and was said I could get another meal. I went vegetarian because of this location

Use to be good but they don't even have workers that can speak good English to assist with issues. I have the app and tried ordering before coming but the app wasn't working. Wanted to redeem points so I decided to got to the store and explained this. Tried ordering the same thing but the price was higher than what was on the app based on my point rewards. Cashier scanned the code but still same price which didn't make sense if am redeeming points. Ask to speak with the manager and he said it as scanned but it clearly still showed my points on the app. He barely could speak English which didn't help the situation got frustrated and left. Then a man working around the food coughing I looked at him and he was shocked I caught it. I just left never again.

Just ate there and had the worst dining experience in fresh fish sandwich and cold fries. Clerk was very rude when I told him the fries were cold and rudely told me the next batch would be ready in 10 minutes. 2 minutes later throws the bag of fries on the counter same fries still cold and heated in the microwave. I’ll never go there again and will tell all my friends about how disrespectful they are!
