Fantastic people and very clean seating. The staff is very attentive. The manager (Sebastián) even took the time to walk around and greet the guests, asking if everything was good. They do offer masks for those who should drop theirs on the floor ( like my dad). The food was cooked fresh. They also have a few self order kiosks and table service. We’ve eaten at lots of McDonald’s but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommended and we will return when back in the area.

Wow, I never go to McDonald's. This one was really well maintained. Are all of them like this or is this a rare gem? You can order at the computer or the counter (or drive thru). When you use the computer, you put in your order, near the end you take a number from the stack of numbers, and go to a table! My food was ready very fast. There were people helping if you needed help at the computer.

I'm a resident of San Pedro and I can attest to the fact that this KFC has no doubt shown much improvement over recent years, based on others' comments. I've dined here for almost 4 years and I've never had concerns about the food..... or the service. My rating is 4 stars because I've got nothing but good service here. And the food of course is standardized and the cooks do a good job.

This branch is great. The employees are nice and helpful and they keep the establishment clean. It doesn't get too busy therefore, the customers enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Though they work with. a skeleton crew, sometimes there is no one at the counter so let them know you're there.

The couple times I've visited the food was as one would expect from a fast food. The store was relatively clean. Employees were a little quirky but nice. It appears to me that this KFC isn't a busy place, so I think it safe to say you can pretty much walk in and place your order.

As much as one can expect from a quick service burger joint.. this is as best as it gets. Employees are courteous, polite and appear motivated. No other restaurant offers breakfast sammies at such speed and at a reasonable price. I'm thankful Mickey D's caters to the working populace..

Food is good but they are always forgetting something in my order, we always end up having to go back. Super annoying and they only give you literally 4 pieces of chicken in your bowls.

Okay! It's okay. Greasy chick and a coleslaw tastes it sour like but it could have been me me. It's good to go there maybe once in awhile. Not all the time.

Food was ok but lightly on salty side, on the other hand they forgot some items from my order and when I called to let them know over the phone they did not answer.

among the items ordered we received a bowl of old and overcooked corn plus a soggy 'crispy' chicken spicy sandwich. OG chicken and biscuits were as expected. Overall, Definitely not worth the money paid. Disappointing. I expected better from KFC.

The service was very fast here. The food was hot a tasted like normal KFC. The drinks were watery tasting. I do not enjoy Pepsi products that they serve. The eating area was clean looking. As with so many KFC restaurants the furniture looked dated. It seemed very 80's. No real problems not super either.

The good people didn't manage to mangle my order without providing what I had ordered... 5 out of 8 times so far is not too bad, but still disappointing. No one on shift there seems to be responsible for checking what is cooked and delivered against what was ordered... bummer. Bummer.

Place had a strange vibe. I walked in stood at the counter and nobody could be bothered to walk to the register to take an order. After I couple min of standing there I forgot what I was gonna order and took a seat at a empty booth . Couple more min I started a game of blitz chess . Then I finally yelled out loud I am ready to order.a few .in later someone came to the register to help me . Food was not bad but it was very awkward inside like the end of a first date .

I could't drink my coffee, the server put too much sugar. Also my bread was over toasted.

I ordered a two-piece meal and wanted two legs. They did not give me my biscuit and the legs were really small. I was a little frustrated when I went because it was so loud that I could barely hear anything at the drive-through. When I asked the drive-through employee why was it so loud and he said it was his manger. The manger give me a weird look because I was complaining. The manager was also the one who packed my meal.

Tried the Mac and cheese chicken bowl and was disappointed. As soon as I opened the container I saw that it had so much oil. The cheese was just stuck together because of the oil.

First time here and was so disgusted by the bathroom no soap and old appliances kept inside and toilet was flooded and it just ruined my appetite! Fries tasted old and chicken was stale, had to ask for a refund.

I was SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED in this KFC. (San Pedro) I ordered a "Chicken Pot Pie" and to my surprise after I drove off and began to eat it in the car I notice something wasn't right about it. The chicken inside of the pot pie was not the normal chicken breast or skinless chicken meat that is usually inside but this stale battered old tasting chicken strip meat chopped up and just thrown in there. It was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I tried calling the # on my receipt cause I was too far to turn around once I realized it wasn't right. The phone just rang with NO ANSWER and I called several times. Prior to visiting this store I had eaten these pies often. Needless to say this store ruined it for me and I haven't had one since. DON'T TAKE SHORT CUTS PEOPLE YOU ARE REPRESENTING KFC AS A WHOLE. 🤷🏾

2/2 times my order was wrong. This time everything was wrong. It’s almost like they did it on purpose. They could have randomly tossed food in a bag and had a more accurate order. The first time I used the drive thru. This time I did an online order so all they had to do was read it. I’m astonished how bad of a job they could do. Aside from this, the quality of the food is very bad. So it’s definitely a lose lose.

This place has the worst service ever. I did a survey to get sandwich as they said on the app, but the cashier didn't validate my code. She insulted me and told me I was a liar. Never coming back. Also, they allow homeless people to stay and eat out of the trash can. Disgusting and mean people.

The most uncoordinated, slow & low service.. I was there this morning and I was asked to park and wait after paying. I waited there for a while watching other customers having to park behind each other after paying. I’ve never seen anything like that before.. Not only did I have to wait so long, when I got the bag of food i could see hash brown crumbled inside. I didn’t have time to go inside the restaurant so I took what I had. I can’t believe they handed me a crumbled hash brown. Very poor service!!
