The two folks working on Memorial Day evening were really chill vibes… They were efficient and friendly. Would recommend this Jambo based on their service.

They are very quick, efficient, and the food/drinks are always prepared greatly. I do appreciate that the environment is thought of with their paper straws. However, paper straws just do not work with smoothies. The past several times I’ve gotten a smoothie from here, I can hardly drink it because the paper straw gets clogged or bent. I’d highly recommend switching over to a different eco-friendly straw that isn’t paper.

Gabriella is the sweetest ever! Give her a raise! Or a bonus! Something! This location consistently fixes my hangovers and has never let me down. Thanks for getting me through age 21!

Every time I come in customer service is absolutely amazing. I love the team here at this Jamba Juice. If I’m being honest, Jamba Juice was never my go to, but the atmosphere here made me turn into a Jamba Juice lover.!!

A great place to go if you need a healthy smoothie. The location is great, sat neatly in the middle of Northgate 1. There is a wide variety of items to choose from which is a plus, since most juice shops only have a few options. However, since the service was a little slow, and staff got my order wrong a few times, I'd give this Jamba a 4/5.

Super slow. Waited 20 min despite 4 people working. Seemed to be filling a lot of online orders whole leaving all the in-store customers waiting. Smoothie came out as ordered but would go elsewhere next time. I have been going to Jamba for 10 years and never waited this long...ever. Oh well. Next time another place.

Shout out to Heidi for great customer service! After years of ordering the same item I can tell when the employees are not following the original recipe because the drink taste different. Today, I received my regular order with black dots inside my drink. This is highly unusual, it’s either mold or residue from a previous drink. My drink always comes in one color because it only has two ingredients. Please retrain the associates this is not the first time at this location.

The manager at this Jamba Juice is going to ruin its great reputation! My girl and I were in line to have our order taken when he decided to pass us up and help two other people. I had to voice my discontent before he decided to take my order. Then when our order was up they called out the name of someone else for my order. Once I had confirmed with the girl behind the counter, who couldn't speak, that it was in fact my order I see something black in the middle of my drink!!! I asked what it was and was told it was a piece of Kale... I have never had a piece of kale or anything else that shouldn't have been in my drink, in my drink, so this was quite a surprise. It wasn't until I asked why it was in my drink and how it got there that they offered to remake my drink. All in all, this was less than a one star visit and don't plan on any return trips here until the staff has been changed out for staff that are competent in their abilities...namely CUSTOMER SERVICE!
