Always a nice, pleasant, congenial Peet's location. Consistently good service with lots of smiles. And sometimes live MUSIC! Popular local spot for tutoring, job interviews, psych therapist, and various interactions that benefit from great COFFEE.

This place is great. A lot of people like this place. Their service is quick and they recognize regulars that go in there. Their drinks are excellent as I always order a special order and they know what I want when I go in.

Nicely organized. Thank you for graciously letting me know that I was in the wrong spot and that there was a line going the other way, 😆 Great place for old friends to meet up. Must be because it's been there so long. While I was meeting an old friend from high school, the couple of ladies next to us we're also meeting up after 45 years. Wow!

For an early Sunday it was my first stop before I drove home. A good butterfly croissant and an almond croissant. Both were delicious and taken care of rapidly.

This is a pretty good place for meeting up - not as good as the Peet's at the Cove in Tiburon, but comfortable enough. The coffee and tea are always good

The rude lady at the register today is quite NOT THE MORNING PERSON AT ALL…. Attitude 0 smile 0 just plain ugh…. I won’t be coming here again….. and the saddest part is that I literally live bald a block away….. bye Peet’s and bye Peet’s APP…. No longer my favorite…. I always tip… NOT TODAY… not one cent…. Older female super white hair…. ABSOLUTELY JUST BLAND ATTITUDE…. she needs to drink more coffee and smile more…. Not a good way to start a day…. And fix your attitude…. U could do better…. I’ll give u 2 stars…. At least you’re trying….

A while ago I gave this store all stars and a raving review. I have been walking in everyday to get coffee and minding my business. I have to say its no longer the case. The neighborood is different as we are getting harrassed by random folks hanging around there and walking into the store. Today some crazy guy just randomly tried to pick an argument with me, out of nowhere, he seemed unstable but I kept to myself and did not give into his provocations. I have to say however this gentleman will really provoke the wrong one, one of these days and it won't be the same outcome, and I truly hope he finds help. However the store management's approach to the situation was really left to be desired and if anything really disappointing on my end. But i will keep my true feelings to myself as the only thing i can control is decide how i will proceed and pick a different location for my coffee needs.

Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks and walked away with only one. They made my second drink and let it sit and sit. I was late for an appointment and politely asked them to just pour that already made drink into a cup, so I could go. They ignored me and let the drink just sit and get cold. I had to leave WITHOUT the drink I paid for, not to miss my appointment. Terrible. Shame on them. They owe me my money back, but I'd rather just never go back.

Walked in yesterday late morning to buy a pound of coffee. Someone was making a coffee, so I waited at the counter for a long time, figuring she’d help me when she was done. No one showed up or acknowledged me. Finally the young woman finished making a coffee, walked by the counter, and went in the back after totally ignoring me again. I left after that.

The customer service here is not bad for a Peet's, it's bad for any business. The baristas are fine but on two occasions with 2 managers I had a bad experience; first the elderly lady who overruled the cashier to give me a stale pastry (practically but not literally shooing him away), and then the young lady who wouldn't make it right when I came back to let them know what I received. So easy to fix but she acted like she had no power to make an attempt to set it right.

I’m a loyal Peet’s fan for life and it’s taken me 6 out of 7 visits to this location to write this review. The culture here is atrocious. Terrible training or leadership is highly evident at this location. As you can see from many reviews posted under this location they are meant for other Peet’s, of which I couldn’t agree more. It’s hard to find a Peet’s with poor service and culture. But this location isn’t a 4 star, it really isn’t a 2 star in terms of places to enjoy what most would consider what you expect out of a craft coffee house of any kind let alone Peet’s. I wait here for 10+ minutes each time I order a drink AFTER I wait through the line and always witness sheer chaos in every direction. This morning, one of the baristas (with a coffee shop full of people) actually shouted aggressively at a lady who was grabbing for one of her drinks that apparently was “not her drink yet” because it didn’t have the other drinks in her order placed into the carrier.. Peet’s, you really need to do better with this location. It’s a terrible representation of your brand.
