Great spot to catch the last of the sun around the square in San Sebastián. Staff really friendly. We tried the micheladas cocktail, you can tell it had been made well but wasn’t personally our thing.

The micheladas with shrimp are delicious, highly recommended. They're well-served, and the shrimp are tasty. The place is great, very traditional, and the service from the gentleman is exquisite. He's very helpful and kindly provides information about the town's attractions.

On a corner, across from the plaza of this beautiful "Pueblo Mágico" (Magical Town), a bar called La Barandilla Micheladas catches the eye, both inside and outside. Upon entering, the decor immediately grabs your attention. It's a small place filled with customers eagerly awaiting Don Javier's creation. I ordered a liter-sized Michelada with shrimp, jicama, cucumber, chili, a touch of spice, and salt 🍤, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Michelada is prepared with various sauces, according to Don Francisco's expert calculations. Enjoy!

Delicious micheladas right in front of San Sebastián's main square. It's your michelada and your shrimp cocktail in one glass. With one glass, you'll have your dinner and your drink for the evening, and with the second, you'll be satisfied. Plus, it's the only place in town that closes relatively late.

It's always a good time to enjoy a good michelada, and the best we've ever had are undoubtedly those from La Barandilla Micheladas, here in the Magical Town of San Sebastián del Oeste, in Jalisco, Mexico. Javier, the owner, is a great guy, an excellent host, and his bar has been around for over 40 years.
