Abbiamo cenato nei migliori ristoranti della zona ma il Tannure è senza dubbio il migliore per qualità dei prodotti, organizzazione e professionalità degli operatori. Merita una nota particolare Luca (una fortuna averlo in team).

Il miglior albergo di San Vito: gestione familiare, ma di altissima professionalità, dalla cucina, (cene ottime, abbondanti e materie prime ricercate e di qualità), gli arredi moderni e di gusto, le camere nuove, curate e pulite. Nella via principale del paese, con spiaggia riservata, lo consiglio, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non andrei a San Vito se non qui! Stefania

Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli. Camere spaziose e confortevoli, letti comodi e ottima pulizia. Ristorante delizioso, la cucina è un pregio assoluto dell' hotel. Lo staff, dai proprietari ai camerieri, gentilissimi, sempre disponibili e col sorriso, attenti ad ogni richiesta e alla soddisfazione del cliente. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e visitare il centro.

We had the pleasure of staying for a week at the Hotel Tannure, located on Via Venza, on a half-board basis. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, complete with a lovely terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. The real highlight, which made our vacation truly unforgettable, was the cuisine. From our table, we could peek into the open kitchen and witness the professionalism and talent of the chefs firsthand. The dishes were always meticulously prepared with top-quality ingredients and served by a friendly staff attentive to every need. The helpful staff, always ready to offer valuable advice, helped create a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that we greatly appreciated. The location is also perfect: just steps from both the sea and the historic center. A recommended experience for those seeking a relaxing stay, good food, and authentic hospitality.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our family and had a wonderful time. The property is well-maintained, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for combining the beach and the city. The Peraino brothers' gourmet cuisine was nothing short of sublime. But what truly made our experience special was the extraordinary hospitality from the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but we were particularly struck by the attention they showed to our son: they immediately made friends with him, greeting him with a smile every time, and stopping to talk or play whenever they saw him. A few small details make it top notch, but you're on the right track, congratulations. The property is new, well-maintained, and elegant. On the ground floor, there's a very refined and sophisticated restaurant, one of the best in San Vito. On the first floor, where we stayed, there are several new, spacious, and well-maintained rooms. The only flaw: a curtain for better darkness would be appreciated, as would an elevator for easier access. Otherwise, the kindness and courtesy make this property a true gem.

Our dinner was a wonderful discovery, with attention to every detail, starting with our welcome: special thanks to Barbara, attentive and smiling, who immediately made us feel at ease. The atmosphere of the restaurant is immediately striking: designer furnishings, modern yet warm, perfectly in keeping with the refined cuisine. The welcome treat, a delicious finger food, was very welcome, pampering us with a creative and surprising cuisine. The chefs are daring and intelligent, unafraid to pair unusual flavors—such as the swordfish with watermelon (€22) and the eggplant, Modica chocolate, and mint (€10)—and the result is a perfect balance of innovation and flavor. Two superb first courses: spaghetti with sea urchins (€30) and spaghetti with scampi (€24) were accompanied by a bottle of Prosecco col fondo (€30). A must-have for anyone seeking a different, original, and well-executed gastronomic experience in San Vito lo Capo.

We searched Google for "gluten-free hotels - San Vito lo Capo - Sicily" and, among the many suggestions, chose "IL TANNURE"—and we hit the nail on the head! The restaurant is delicious, and the hotel's cuisine is its first and foremost strength: high-quality food, fresh, and typical local produce. The attention to dietary needs is superb; we were particularly pleased with their care for gluten-free food; they went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The dishes offered and prepared by the Chef are a way of showing their affection and attention to their guests. The hotel is elegant, well-maintained, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, a large bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and top-notch hairdryer. The internal courtyard is quiet and well-equipped for all your post-beach needs. The entire staff and owners are characterized by their kindness, passion, responsibility, professionalism, friendliness, politeness, and cordiality, always ready to accommodate every request. Ristorante bello ed elegante, servizio attento e disponibile, cibo ottimo! Abbiamo mangiato un crudo di pesce come antipasto e due primi di ottima qualità! Super consigliato!

Locale raffinato e arredato in modo moderno. Staff gentile e competente. I piatti sono stati serviti velocemente. Ottime le due varianti di cous cous e i loro brodini così come la frittura mista di pesce. Unico appunto da fare x gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare, a 25 euro fuori menu, che avrei pagato volentieri se fossero stati cucinati con più gusto... Non vale la pena prenderli. Anche il sorbetto ai fichi d'india e non ai fichi (converrebbe sottolinearlo ndr) è risultato alquanto insipido e poco gustoso. Nel complesso, siamo stati soddisfatti!

The hotel, located in the central area of San Vito and close to the main beaches, was completely renovated in a contemporary style a few years ago. The room, equipped with many amenities for a 3-star hotel, is very bright and clean, with a balcony and a bathroom with a window—a rarity in hotels these days. I really appreciated the soundproofing. The cuisine is undoubtedly another strong point of the hotel; the quality of both breakfast and dinner is above par for the hotel's category. Other pluses include the family-run management and the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the staff. There were a few minor niggles in the dinner service, which were promptly corrected by the dining room staff. The blackout curtains in the room could be improved, as they weren't large enough to cover the entire window. I will definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant to family and friends.

Molto meno il servizio , confusionario e poco attento .Al momento del check out ,con poca gente , momenti di imbarazzo per risalire al tavolo . This restaurant pretends to be on the level of its neighbor Profumi di couscous, but it’s not the same level. The service deserves 3, they lost our booking, but at least they gave us a table, although it was just in front of the access to the hotel, so not really comfortable place for the dinner. I can not highlight any food, because everything tastes average level, though the dish serving looked beautiful. I will give to this restaurant 3,5 comparing to others in San Vito Lo Capo
